I had a very short wait (less than 10 minutes) and Sydney assisted me with the process. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Since there was lull while I was there, a number of other associates interacted with me and they were all VERY friendly! Been a customer for years, i cancel my cable and home phone line and i…read morefind out they're still charging me for it even though i cancelled before my next billing cycle. After talking to multiple employees they all say i shouldnt be getting charged but billing wont credit my bill and told me to suck it up and pay the bill. Never again will I be using Spectrum.
