Long lines due to T-mobile absorbing US Cellular. The wait is long but it is clear, after checking in online, Andrew is mega multi-tasking: dealing with a couple with 3 business phone lines to transfer to T-Mobile, helping a colleague with a complicated procedure and fielding phone calls. Completely professional, unflustered, juggling lots of personal information and processing 3 clients AND my issue was v impressive. All done with a smile. read more

I rarely need to go to a cell phone store but I needed a power adapter asap for my new phone. At first I thought it was going to take all night, but after 5 minutes I had 2 customer service representatives helping me! One was a very helpful tech who upgraded and wiped out my 2 phones and the other rep took care of my return and purchase of accessory! All in all it only took about 20 minutes! read more

Ryan is a consummate professional. He made a daunting process pleasurable. He answered my many questions with patience & clear communication. He volunteered smart & valuable information. It was a pleasure meeting Ryan. I look forward to doing business there in the future. Unfortunately, I can't give 5 stars as my initial meeting was with an employee who wasn't having a good day? read more

I would give it less stars if possible. Waiting over an hour to get a sim card swapped out because we were a Sprint customer and HAVE to in order to continue using the network. A few workers doing maybe the basics with other customers waiting as well wondering when they would get serviced. Utterly ridiculous!!! read more

I called two days earlier inquiring about the availability of a specific model. On the phone, I was told that they had them in stock. When I got to the store they told me they did not carry them. They also implied that the misunderstanding was my fault. Then they tried to sell me a much more expensive model. This was a complete waste of my time. I am so disappointed by the experience that I'm not only done with them, but am looking for a new mobile provider. read more

History

Established in 1994.

T-Mobile changed wireless for our customers. Un-carrier made us who we are and it has become synonymous with 100% customer commitment. We set out to change the game, and the results speak for themselves. When VoiceStream Wireless was purchased by Deutsche Telekom and became T-Mobile USA, we were just like the other guys. We knew in order to stand out, we'd have to make a big impact. Enter the Un-carrier and the beginning of the end of the wireless industry as you knew it. We do it for the customer. The Un-carrier's momentum has become a consumer revolution that sets T-Mobile completely apart from the competition--with business results to match. T-Mobile¬¨'ĆONE abolished data limits forever. We simplified pricing and introduced a single plan that includes unlimited data, talk, and text. We set out to relieve our customers' pain points and ended up creating a wireless revolution. Join us and be part of the Un-carrier movement.

It's been about three months now and still no problems, no surprises, and no dropped calls. It was an easy process to purchase my new phone and its been fine since day one. After having a Crackberry through US Cellular for six painful years, its been a relief to have clear reliable service with Verizon. I don't miss US Cell, and I don't miss the series of shitty Blackberries my employer has provided me with over the years. If there is a museum out there looking for artifacts for their cell phone display, I have one of every BB since the 7100. Remember that one? it was the one that was the size of an iPad and had that retarded thumb wheel on the side. But I digress... Now that I have my $0.01 iPhone 4, those are all faint memories for me now. I love that damn thing. I feel I'm now finally "one of the cool kids." Verizon, can you hear me now? Thank you for not sucking as much as US Cellular.

The Apple Watch promo was able to be found, but there is no promotion for a Samsung tablet and I will have to deal with that one. If Moises is the only one working, go somewhere else!!
