I signed up for att service through Target. I was told I would get statement credits for paying the activation fees up front, discounted lines and reimbursement for the payoff of my devices (turns out it was only for my phone not my tablet). In the form of a visa gift card. Went online and submitted the information for the reward in the form of a screen shot because I didn't get paper statements. They declined to reimburse because they didn't like the submission format. So I had to call my old provider and sit on the line for an hour and request a paper statement by mail. Once I received it, I went back to their submission site and it kept telling me I could not submit because I had already submitted. I replied to their email, there was no response. So I called. Turned out I needed to go to an alternative website to submit. The person on the phone was really nice and walked me through the resubmission process where I uploaded all 5 pages of my bill. This was all still within their 60 day required time frame. After I submitted the page said to wait 6-8 weeks to get my card. The other day I realized I had not gotten my visa gift card. So I went into my email to search for information and there was no record of anything. I call in and ask what's up and after 2 phones calls, 4 employees, 1 manager and a hour and 15 minutes of my time they tell me I'm SOL because their system failed. That there is NO ONE, that can make this right. Even if there was no record, how would I know i had to go to a special website for resubmission of my firms unless I had actually done it? Furthermore, the reimbursement of the activation fees only came after I called them back and reminded them. If I wasn't paying attention they would I shorted me that. So I was supposed to get $150 back for paying off my phone and they now refused. This stinks like a scam to me. I do not recommend switching. Oh yes, when I asked to talk to someone higher up I was told there was no one else higher up to talk to me. What a shame.

Answered all my questions and picked out appropriate accessories. Transferred all data to new phone, which was greatly appreciated. His name is Nate. Highly recommend him and Consumer Cellular. I arrived around 11:15. There was a short wait, but prompt service once an employee became available. Consumer Cellular must be doing something right. There was a steady stream of customers from the time I arrived till I left.

Holy obvious!! is all I can say about the way an employee did everything he could to "look busy"…read moreinstead of assisting my mom and I. Why the heck would an employee write our name down in the queue just to be ignored and overlooked (but he kept looking our way and he had to notice I was noticing his actions, unbelievable!) I know his name but I won't say it because we did address our concerns with the assistant manager who initially made all the excuses for his behavior but my mom and I did a mouth twist because we're like really?! We know what we observed while we waited and waited for some assistance. This dude roamed around the store helping everyone that was already being helped just to avoid helping us. I'm sure it's all on camera because who doesn't have video surveillance these days?? So to you Marcus--shame on you! Changed my mind!! My mom is in a wheelchair for goodness sakes so you deserve to be called out. I hope his avoidance was truly addressed because I know how employees that work together and have all this camaraderie can pretend to reprimand another employee but truly behind closed doors they're joking with each other pretending like the customer was the problem. We weren't. We know what we saw. It should all be on tape. Our visit was on 7.24.26 @ around 10:30 am. We were there for about an hour or more because my mom continued with her purchases even though I would've preferred to leave the store and send in a formal complaint but she wanted a new cell phone and a landline and this is the only brick and mortar this side of creation, smh. Do better dude!

The replacement AirPods have a hardware defect: they enter a continuous pairing loop that drains the case battery even when not in use. On 7/27/2026, I drove ~50 miles each way to the Apple Store at Bayshore, 5715 N Centerpark Way, Glendale, WI 53217, in heavy construction traffic. I then spent nearly 2 hours in-store while technicians ran diagnostics. During the visit, I was first told the AirPods would be replaced, then later told no replacement would be provided, even with manager approval. I was told my only options were to keep the defective product or send it to a repair depot with up to a 2‑week turnaround, leaving me without my AirPods. I was also not informed that ear tips should be removed before sending them in, risking loss of accessories. This caused significant wasted time, travel, and inconvenience. Apple confirmed the defect but failed to provide a reasonable immediate resolution.

I was given an option that saved me $1800 over 36 months and a $200 gift card. Everything was explained except that I had to use my debit card which was worded as a bank not debit card so my auto pay is on my bank credit card which I thought was a bank card, nope it's not. I could have saved an additional $1260 over 36 months if the actual word debit card was used in the sign up process. Every day wording is essential when explaining contracts to people because everyone knows what debit card means vs bank/card most people don't think of their debit card as a bank card. Debit cards specifically say debit card on them and not bank card. Shame on me for not knowing that and shame on us cellular for not saying the term everyone knows. The $200 dollar gift is only good for 3 months so I put the card on Amazon as my primary credit card on file and I bought a $200 gift card with it that has no expiration date so I could leisurely spend it over time so as to not loose it. Overall I did save at least $2000 + over 36 month without knowing how much my Internet would have gone up over the next 36 months. It's definitely worth looking into for my situation.
