The…read morestaff is knowledgeable about the products and services offered through AT&T and I have not dealt with anyone rude or unpleasant. I've visited the store several times for questions on my home AT&T U-Verse service as well as my AT&T wireless service/devices and have had my questions/concerns addressed each time. The lack of a higher rating is due to the wait time and sales efforts to push unnecessary services and accessories. On several visits I have waited over 30 minutes for help where there have been no more than 3 or 4 other customers waiting in the store. When finally serviced it does seem to take the service reps a very long time to look up account information or proceed through the checkout process. Half the time spent with sales reps it seems like they are looking up information on their iPad devices or "checking on something". When purchasing/upgrading phones I also have felt heavily pressured into purchasing accessories or services I was not interested in. I understand that there may be some commission based incentive for sales reps to do this with customers, but these types of experiences are what drives me to shop online rather than in-store.

I signed up for att service through Target. I was told I would get statement credits for paying the activation fees up front, discounted lines and reimbursement for the payoff of my devices (turns out it was only for my phone not my tablet). In the form of a visa gift card. Went online and submitted the information for the reward in the form of a screen shot because I didn't get paper statements. They declined to reimburse because they didn't like the submission format. So I had to call my old provider and sit on the line for an hour and request a paper statement by mail. Once I received it, I went back to their submission site and it kept telling me I could not submit because I had already submitted. I replied to their email, there was no response. So I called. Turned out I needed to go to an alternative website to submit. The person on the phone was really nice and walked me through the resubmission process where I uploaded all 5 pages of my bill. This was all still within their 60 day required time frame. After I submitted the page said to wait 6-8 weeks to get my card. The other day I realized I had not gotten my visa gift card. So I went into my email to search for information and there was no record of anything. I call in and ask what's up and after 2 phones calls, 4 employees, 1 manager and a hour and 15 minutes of my time they tell me I'm SOL because their system failed. That there is NO ONE, that can make this right. Even if there was no record, how would I know i had to go to a special website for resubmission of my firms unless I had actually done it? Furthermore, the reimbursement of the activation fees only came after I called them back and reminded them. If I wasn't paying attention they would I shorted me that. So I was supposed to get $150 back for paying off my phone and they now refused. This stinks like a scam to me. I do not recommend switching. Oh yes, when I asked to talk to someone higher up I was told there was no one else higher up to talk to me. What a shame.

When I was tired of waiting for my iPad to be repaired ("It'll take four hours...it'll be another two days"...12 days later still not repaired), I went to pick up my iPad and the OWNER refused to give me my iPad. I actually had to call the police! The officer informed me that they've been called a few times because of this guy! He finally returned my iPad because the officer told him to. He then wasn't going to refund my full amount because he "did work on it." After an hour and a half, I got my iPad and my full refund. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS KIOSK!

I was able to ditch my purse on many an outing because I could keep my id, a couple of credit cards and some cash right on my phone! However about 3 weeks ago, I found the rubber like edging peeling. It was not severe, so I carried on. Within the past week, I noticed that the corners of the plastic frame that hold the phone are cracking and slowly breaking off. I am not a rough user, nor do I drop my phone. So this was when I decided to speak with the staff the next time at the mall. Yesterday, I spoke with a polite woman who informed me that what I was showing her was "normal wear and tear". On one of the similar, but not quite equal cases that I had purchased from Wish for about $8, this would be an acceptable response. But for a $50 case that was probably less than 2 months old? Not ok in my eyes. After discussing it further, she would not be swayed to offer me any sort of allowance. So I visited a young man who offered me another similar but better constructed case for $20. Also bought 2 tempered glass screen protectors . The total? The same as I had paid for the case from Cellairis. They won't get my business a second time.
