Gary looked at my vacuum when I dropped it off and diagnosed what was going to need to be repaired on the spot. He spent time explaining what had happened, and what he was going to do. When I picked it up he was helping another customer with a similar Dyson Model just as he had helped me when I dropped my vacuum off. He took time to show the other customer what she could do on her own to fix her out of warranty vacuum. Then he spent time with both of us showing us how to clean or replace the air filters.
