Worst experience ever!! Visited this store to trade in a Samsung phone and go back to Apple. Was told I could get a free watch and tablet. Walked out with an Apple Watch and a Samsung tablet (yes, you read that correctly, a Samsung tablet). Didn't make sense, but hey, it was free, so I didn't put up much of a fight. Spent the first 6 months, trying to get the trade in value applied to the new phone. Bill was over $800 a month, until I finally got it resolved. Then started the "free" watch and table issue. I have spent over a year, trying to get the promotion applied to my account, for the watch and tablet to be free. The Apple Watch promo was able to be found, but there is no promotion for a Samsung tablet and I will have to deal with that one. If Moises is the only one working, go somewhere else!! read more

I really don't see why this Mexican-American business is preferable to my house, but whatever. This tiny little storefront offers limited phone services, but is a good place to get the cards you need to make phone calls to Mexico or Asian countries. They sell some other stuff that is of no interest to me. The helpful store clerk lent me some scissors to get into the package that was delivered to me as the sender decided to wrap it in four layers of packing tape. Maybe that last part wasn't at all pertinent but I've had a lot of coffee today.

I went to the Greenfield location needing to rent a tux & suits for my wedding after experiencing…read moreterrible service at the Brookfield location. I was greeted the minute I walked in the door and was assisted by 2 sales associates - a gentleman who appeared to be in charge and a young lady by the name of Cheyenne who was in training. Both of them were so helpful and I was able to order everything that day for the groom and groomsmen in less than an hour. The next time I went to this store (a month after my first visit) with my fiance for his fitting Cheyenne was again working and remembered me immediately and assisted us on her own with the fitting and was able to answer every question we had - very impressive considering she was still fairly new- and in such a pleasant, friendly manner!! I again had to visit the store a week later as we had a change in groomsmen and wasn't sure how to do it. I walked in and immediately was greeted with a warm welcome and there was Cheyenne ready to assist and again was able to make all the changes I needed quickly and efficiently as if she'd been doing this for years - it's such a relief as a customer knowing you have someone to service you who knows what they're doing and is on top of everything - having been in customer service for over 10 years myself I have no doubt Cheyenne's abilities along with her personality will continue to be a great asset to the Greenfield store!!!!

Little did I know that these guys only offer a fraction, about 5% of what your item is worth. I had a Milwaukee 2407 drill with all its bits and even a spare battery. I was offered $6. They have the same one there for sale asking $70, and mine looked in better condition. With low ball offers and major mark ups like that, it's no wonder this dude drives a band new RangeRover.

I recently bought a laptop here after my old one died. This was at the end of February. Here it…read moreis May, and I had a major problem with it; the internet kept dying out while I was in the middle of doing something. Very annoying! Generally, I was able to reconnect but this would happen several times in a day! It was not our internet carrier, as my brother had a laptop that was running just fine, so I knew it had to be something in the computer. Finally, I could not longer reconnect at all, so I took it in to the store to see if they could help. There they ran a diagnosis and thought it was something in the hardware that was blocking it. I was advised to call Dell (the model I had) to see if they could repair it. I did have a warranty (2 years). First I had to call where the warranty was being held, and after they ran a diagnosis, they told me the problem was not in the hardware but the software and they transferred me to a Dell representative.. Right off the bat, I was told I had a warranty for the hardware but not the software problem and I needed to buy protection to fix the problem. It seems every time you call one of these outfits, you get a sales pitch. Finally I asked for what was the best bargain available so I could get this fixed! Prices ranged from $129 (1 year) to 225! After having already paid enough in February, the thought of that was troubling, but I went with the $129, figuring if I had to get a tech, it would cost much more. After 2 hours(!) of going over various issues, we found the problem though we still don't know why it happened; the internet was completely disabled. We managed to get it back up and running and I was happy, somewhat. At first I was angry at Dell, but it really wasn't their problem, it was Office Depot who should have told me I needed better coverage, so I could have paid at the time of sale. All I can say to people who buy their computers there, make sure you get a comprehensive warranty.
