If you have a weakness for plants or fun garden/ home decor, I'd advise you to plan accordingly and carve out a good part of your day to putz around the grounds & store because there's SO much to see here! I visited the location in the village of Mount Pleasant (near Racine, WI) to check out their 8-acre corn maze. The theme this year is the Loch Ness Monster, but I wouldn't let the theme influence you either way as it did not have a significant impact on the experience. The maze is divided up into different sections/quadrants that can easily be identified by different colored (blue, yellow, white, and green) strips running throughout the maze. The colors don't ruin the level of difficulty; they simply let you know that you are progressing into the next section and are really something of a safety measure. I moved at a relatively brisk pace and was unencumbered by small children. That said, it took me approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes to complete, walking roughly three miles. I thought it was a neat experience, and it gave me a nice touch of nostalgia as I haven't done a corn maze since I was a kid. I recommend checking it out, but I think it would be challenging to do at night or with children requiring a stroller as the ground is obviously dirt and not even. *Also make sure to use the restroom prior to entering

I thought a small trophy would make a cute personal gift for a relative, friend, or business associate when the owner brought out a keychain. Not just an ordinary keychain. This one was crystal with an engraving inside of someones pet. I was told that with a photo of the pet or person a precise likeness was engraved and placed inside the crystal, and when a small button was pushed it even lit up. Wow,, What a neat gift that would make for my daughter. I spent the next 2 weeks at her house 100 miles away desperately attempting to get just the right pic of her much adored dog never believing just what I would see when I picked it up. I was stunned.. It WAS the dog. Not just the copy of a Border nor a drawing or painting. How they did it was beyond me. My daughter was beyond thrilled, and said it was the best gift she was ever given, and I was the greatest mom in the world. How cool is that!
