Not only was he able to turn on my water damaged iPhone and restore/back-up all of my data (like photos, apps, messages, etc), but he sat with me to explain the process as I downloaded all of this onto my MacBook and then onto my new phone. Talk about spectacular customer service! I had actually gone to the Apple store and they told me that since my phone had water damage there was nothing they could do about getting it back on. Paolo told me he was able to turn it on quite easily and it really may only need a battery change. He had this information for me within 30 minutes of me dropping the phone off (tops)! The replacement AirPods have a hardware defect: they enter a continuous pairing loop that drains the case battery even when not in use. On 7/27/2026, I drove ~50 miles each way to the Apple Store at Bayshore, 5715 N Centerpark Way, Glendale, WI 53217, in heavy construction traffic. I then spent nearly 2 hours in-store while technicians ran diagnostics. During the visit, I was first told the AirPods would be replaced, then later told no replacement would be provided, even with manager approval. I was told my only options were to keep the defective product or send it to a repair depot with up to a 2‑week turnaround, leaving me without my AirPods. I was also not informed that ear tips should be removed before sending them in, risking loss of accessories. This caused significant wasted time, travel, and inconvenience. Apple confirmed the defect but failed to provide a reasonable immediate resolution.

To make a long story short, after going to the Apple store with my Macbook Pro (2018 model) that had both a non functioning track pad and keyboard they told me a replacement of the "top case" (meaning the whole integrated keyboard, track pad and battery) would be approx $600 which was similar to the remaining value of the computer. Like with previous computers, there comes a time where the money to fix the box seems better applied to getting a new box and just updating the whole rig. So I spent $2800 on a new MBP but kept my appointment with Premiere to see what could be done about fixing the old computer. Apple was not taking new service appointments for some reason but they did suggest Premiere as an authorized Apple service provider...so I kept my appointment which was no cost to me until they did some diagnosis etc, so I had nothing to lose by having them take a look. Within about two minutes of checking out my broken box they immediately told me that this funky all-in-one "top case" design was a known headache and Apple itself offered a warranty coverage of some sort and that the whole top case could be replaced for $130 total. I had them do the service and then tested the box which was in great shape. I returned the newly purchased box (there is a 14 day no-questions return policy when buying new box from Apple directly) and got my $2800 back. All along the way they were transparent about what they were doing, open with respect to evaluating my box and letting me know there was still 4-5 years of great operating life to be expected, and generally professional. Like I said, I can't recommend them enough and their tech skills were really top notch. I have a great deal of computer knowledge and 30 years of Apple experience specifically. These folks are as good as I have dealt with and have my complete confidence. You can't do any better.

The owner was welcoming and advised me that he was open till 5pm on Saturday, and that I could bring my computer in, which I did. If I had not resealed my screen onto the motherboard he would have looked at the cable issue that minute. He advised that he would be able to look at it on Monday morning and call me first with estimate for work to be done. He called me in the beginning of the work day and gave me estimate. I called back, he answered phone on first ring and I said, "Let's get this done." He advised that the computer would be ready in a few hours and it was. He called me as soon as it was done. I went to the store and he turned the computer on for me and showed me that it was fixed. I logged on to see my menus. Next he assisted me with a very helpful addition which was adding two thirds more memory and processing power for very reasonable price. He took care of the upgrade in a few minutes adding the new memory and processing right when I was in the store. Professionalism and being a man of his word, fixing my computer quickly and right the first time has made me a lifetime customer as he has earned my respect/trust. He is a person of his word and takes doing things right and timely a very high priority. Very refreshing to have a business owner that truly cares about you getting back up and running quickly when your computer is out of commission. I would recommend this business strongly for getting your computer fixed and updated!! I give this business a 11 out of 10 stars because 10 is just not high enough.
