more like 4.5 stars i found natalya through google, she was the third physical place i went to after my note 4 fell flat on its face.... then the bottom 75% of the touch screen wouldn't work.... then i tried some at home methods which may have screwed up my phone even more that the screen went 99% black in about 36 hours. i paid natalya 2/3 what a better known place wanted to charge me. only advantage is they had the lcd and digitizer that day while i had to wait for the part to come in. it honestly all worked out in my favor, i got to experience a cheap loaner nokia phone, i got to listen to the cds in my car and fall inlove again with music i havent heard in over a year, i learned even though my (probably 10 years old) gps hasn't been updated since its been bought it still works and is accurate (im guessing mke hasnt changed much) the part was ordered friday, came monday, natalya fixed it in what had to be 30 minutes. great, great, fast service. the screen actually surprises me, i have a love hate relationship with my phone but since it's gotten fixed, im just plain smitten. and again, it was cheaper, especially after shopping around and thinking it could be fixed for like $50. so paying less than the quoted price at other places is always a plus, even if its not $50 plus she was so nice she even tried to save my mirror "screen protector" that i have multiples of. told her dont bother, screw it thanks so much read more

I got my cracked screen fixed here. The resolution of the screen did not match the original apple screen. The front camera takes low quality pictures. My home button was also wiggly. The lady was very nice though & the repair was cheap and my phone worked so that's why I'm rating a 3 star. read more

Took my iphone here about a month ago to get the shattered screen replaced. The lady was nice and told me that if anything went wrong such as a discolored screen she would replace it with no charge. 2 weeks later the entire screen pops off and my screen was all blue, i took it back in and she refused to fix it. She said "i dropped it thats why it popped off" when that was not true. I took it to Ubreak Ifix and they replaced my LED and my screen and told me that everything inside was wrongly put back together and thats why the screen popped off AND that the screen that was on my phone from Fix Phone Land was not a proper iphone 6 screen.
