My power button broke so he had to open the laptop up and charged for one and a half hours for that. I don't know what parts were, if anything. It was finished in a day and they then said it had to be cash or check. Yelp had "Accepts Charge" but they don't . I specifically looked for that. The total was $212.00 and screwed me up as money is tight right now. I also don't like that you do sign a paper before hand, but you don't get a copy nor a receipt. So, the laptop is working, it was swiftly done, but I don't like paying cash for repairs. You never know.

They continue to be beneficial in keeping our computers up to date, both in the Funeral Home that our family owns and directs, and my home office of which improves our efficiency by having readily available all prevalent information that may be needed 24/7.
