The owner was welcoming and advised me that he was open till 5pm on Saturday, and that I could bring my computer in, which I did. If I had not resealed my screen onto the motherboard he would have looked at the cable issue that minute. He advised that he would be able to look at it on Monday morning and call me first with estimate for work to be done. He called me in the beginning of the work day and gave me estimate. I called back, he answered phone on first ring and I said, "Let's get this done." He advised that the computer would be ready in a few hours and it was. He called me as soon as it was done. I went to the store and he turned the computer on for me and showed me that it was fixed. I logged on to see my menus. Next he assisted me with a very helpful addition which was adding two thirds more memory and processing power for very reasonable price. He took care of the upgrade in a few minutes adding the new memory and processing right when I was in the store. Professionalism and being a man of his word, fixing my computer quickly and right the first time has made me a lifetime customer as he has earned my respect/trust. He is a person of his word and takes doing things right and timely a very high priority. Very refreshing to have a business owner that truly cares about you getting back up and running quickly when your computer is out of commission. I was growing rather sick of the bland case and lack of upgrades possible with it's limited size. Upon opening it up and replacing the power supply, I kind of thought...wow this has a lot of wires and I don't have a set of instructions on where the pin setting are. So I went to my local MILWAUKEE PC in the falls and decided to hand that task off to them. I had to bring my computer in to see if the motherboard would match the case configuration as sometime the big pre-built companies will vary the screw placement configuration that make this type of upgrade impossible. Luckily it turned out to be a match. Originally while discussing this service request I was quoted a 2 to 3 day window to get this project completed. The weather and the complexity of getting to the motherboard were in my favor. I brought in just before an afternoon of heavy rains so traffic at the store was slow. By the time they were able to get everything out to check screw placement, it was too far along to stop...SO in essence they were able to do it while I waited. Boom talk about having a great customer service experience. It was (pun intended) the perfect storm so to say(groan). That kind of service is beyond what I expected and I'll go on record as saying that it is unlikely that everyone will have the same experience or be that lucky(a 2 to 3 day turn around is totally expected on service like this. Well they earned my respect and earned my return patronage. I came back a few days latter and purchased a new state of the art video card. My experience was more than satisfactory.

My power button broke so he had to open the laptop up and charged for one and a half hours for that. I don't know what parts were, if anything. It was finished in a day and they then said it had to be cash or check. Yelp had "Accepts Charge" but they don't . I specifically looked for that. The total was $212.00 and screwed me up as money is tight right now. I also don't like that you do sign a paper before hand, but you don't get a copy nor a receipt. So, the laptop is working, it was swiftly done, but I don't like paying cash for repairs. You never know.
