The staff here was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Although they weren't able to fix my problem (it's not fixable), they were able to explain to me exactly why. The staff here is very sincere in their customer approach and I would definitely return.

The technical/store personnel are very courteous, speak in laymen's terms that a non computer tech can understand. Recently my MicrosoftOutlook app stopped functioning. I tried everything to reconfigure system and it didn't work. So, the technical store supervisor reconfigured email and was on my way in less than an hour. As a result, I picked MPC to build a new updated system that was cheaper today than 11 years ago. It's great to have a local business that I can trust with a most important personal and business tool! Mega Kudos to the MOC team.

Nick is my hero! An unfortunate incident on a flight to MKE had me pouring almost two ounces of…read morewater out of my 3 month old laptop. I had little hope of it ever working again. I immediately stopped at the nearest PC repair where both gentlemen suggested I "wait 3 days for it to dry out", saying "opening the laptop casing would take some time and be too risky"...so they ultimately gave me no hope. Frustrated with that response, I drove to Computer Repair Specialists. Without hesitation, Nick removed the casing & battery, carefully dried all the components and the motherboard (it was evident that water would have NEVER dried out on its own), removed the corrosion that developed in the past few hours, and re-assembled...patiently explaining the procedure for 45 minutes while I anxiously hovered. The next day I held my breath and pressed the power button...and I COULD NOT BELIEVE it powered up and has continued to work perfectly. I am so grateful for Nick's knowledge, patience, and service - he 100% saved my laptop!

I called the business on Saturday in the morning and the owner answered the phone…read more He took the time to hear the process. I went through in fixing my IMAC screen. The owner was welcoming and advised me that he was open till 5pm on Saturday, and that I could bring my computer in, which I did. If I had not resealed my screen onto the motherboard he would have looked at the cable issue that minute. He advised that he would be able to look at it on Monday morning and call me first with estimate for work to be done. He called me in the beginning of the work day and gave me estimate. I called back, he answered phone on first ring and I said, "Let's get this done." He advised that the computer would be ready in a few hours and it was. He called me as soon as it was done. I went to the store and he turned the computer on for me and showed me that it was fixed. I logged on to see my menus. Next he assisted me with a very helpful addition which was adding two thirds more memory and processing power for very reasonable price. He took care of the upgrade in a few minutes adding the new memory and processing right when I was in the store. Professionalism and being a man of his word, fixing my computer quickly and right the first time has made me a lifetime customer as he has earned my respect/trust. He is a person of his word and takes doing things right and timely a very high priority. Very refreshing to have a business owner that truly cares about you getting back up and running quickly when your computer is out of commission. I would recommend this business strongly for getting your computer fixed and updated!! I give this business a 11 out of 10 stars because 10 is just not high enough. Just like in the movie Spinal Tap, their Amps went to eleven instead of 10. This business truly Rocks!!!! This computer is used for virtual live music sessions, IMovie and recording on Logic Pro 10.
