My power button broke so he had to open the laptop up and charged for one and a half hours for that. I don't know what parts were, if anything. It was finished in a day and they then said it had to be cash or check. Yelp had "Accepts Charge" but they don't . I specifically looked for that. The total was $212.00 and screwed me up as money is tight right now. I also don't like that you do sign a paper before hand, but you don't get a copy nor a receipt. So, the laptop is working, it was swiftly done, but I don't like paying cash for repairs. You never know.

Being co-owner of a family business emphasizing service, when it came to looking for a reputable…read morecompany to assist with our various computer needs, we looked to find a firm that honored the same affirming ideals. After some time spent encountering the typical hit and miss one would expect in a field that so many companies seem to come and go daily, we were grateful to have found S2 Computer Support that had all the prerequisites we were hoping to find in one group. It meant a world of difference to us to learn that they could provide us with everything we had been looking for from one company, rather than having to contract with multiple different vendors. Ever since we contracted with S2 several years ago, we have not had the need to look elsewhere for any of our computer needs. S2 is locally owned and thus has always been readily available to be of assistance either by working at our facility, or in the case of a quick fix, logging into our system, which cannot be done without one of our staff members accepting an invitation initiated through their portal. I have never had even the slightest concern, nor have they ever given me a reason for concern, that confidentiality would be breached. I have always found working with them to be extraordinarily advantageous, and I believe their charges are reasonable and competitive. Over the years, they have helped guide us in our computer system's purchases, and I have been able to rely on them to help keep our system up to date. I commend them for their successful efforts to ensure our work is consistently saved and all of our data is backed. In addition, the staff of S2 has been steadfast in ensuring the protection of our equipment from viruses and those whose sole aim is to disrupt or damage the property of others. Overall, in this area, I have always remained comfortable in relying on them to prevent cyber-attacks on our systems, and I continue to be able to entrust them to resolve any difficulties that any business is bound to have on occasion. They continue to be beneficial in keeping our computers up to date, both in the Funeral Home that our family owns and directs, and my home office of which improves our efficiency by having readily available all prevalent information that may be needed 24/7. I continue to rely on them to initiate new programs that have proven to be beneficial in aiding our staff to be more resourceful, and when requested, they have provided training in implementing new programs. I am comfortable in saying that I have found, and I believe I can state that everyone that works for us agrees with me, that all of the S2 staff are honest, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient. Perhaps most importantly, I can depend on them to keep us up to date in dealing with the countless changes that take place daily in the computer industry. In closing, I would like to voice my opinion in what is perhaps the most important face of all, that being, the people of S2, "truly know their stuff".

I purchased one of Eddie's custom made high-end gaming computers. This is the best computer I've…read morehad in my life!! Its performance smooth and buttery, and the computer's physical setup is intuitive - not to mention a literal work of art. Sometimes I'll just stare at it and go, "ahhhh....I got so lucky to wander into Eddie's store." I came to Eddie and his wife due to issues with a gaming computer I bought on NewEgg. They quickly informed me that the computer had been assembled with cheap parts from Wish.com and Alibaba, an apparently common practice at NewEgg nowadays. Eddie offered two options: repairing my computer at a great price, or using it as a trade-in towards one of his masterpieces. I chose the latter option, and was pleasantly surprised by how much he offered for my trade-in. Eddie and his wife Sarah are wonderful people: patient, kind, informative, and supportive. They're also fast and efficient workers with a deep understanding of the computer world. I had a blast nerding out on gaming computer components with them before walking out with my prize. I'm looking forward to returning every eight or so months for checkups, at no cost to me. You won't regret coming to Eddie's Gaming Computers and Repair for all your computer needs! Edit: I was unhappy with the level of fan noise and had a few WoW-specific issues with tabbing in and out. Eddie did two full remote sessions with me to fix these issues, and they even fixed a few things for free when I brought the computer into the store. You cannot go wrong with service from Eddie and his family!
