Then last year I bought a furniture set. In about year in half it started giving me problems with the reclining. I thought their would be no problems since I bought there New Leaf insurance that states on their website that they cover motor framing and accidents. They sent a tech out and refuse coverage because they said the frame was bent. Crazy thing is this frame is all steel and it's just me and my wife and nobody hardly ever sits in that loveseat, anyways I paid all that money for insurance and they will not cover it. They contacted colders and yet they still have not contacted me back open claim sent a Better Business Bureau and still no reply. Worst customer service ever. New Leaf insurance coverage is a scam. If you do decide to buy something here do not get their insurance. It's worthless.

When we arrived, we learned that it happened to be the salesperson's day off. Fortunately, the sales manager stepped in and spent the next couple of hours with us, discussing our needs and helping us narrow down the many available options. Since we weren't committed to any particular brand, we had a wide range of choices. The first appliances presented to us were all top-of-the-line models. I don't necessarily have a problem with that, but I always find it helpful to compare those premium models with second- and third-tier alternatives to better understand the trade-offs. I wish appliance dealers had better tools to make those comparisons easier. It turns out that quality appliances are expensive... or at least the ones we ended up selecting! The sales manager also helped us work through all of the other details and put together a package proposal that included package discounts. Overall, we felt well taken care of. We're not sure yet whether we'll be purchasing our appliances here, but based on our experience, we would definitely shop here again.

More recently, we came to look at dishwasher and fridge (two different occasions a few months apart). We had done a lot of research beforehand and visited a few other retailers prior to our visit. The salesman we encountered was friendly, but wanted to sell us a different brand than we requested and hardly wanted to show us the brand that interested us. In the end, we found better promotion and delivery prices elsewhere, but we'd still keep this place in mind.

We have repeatedly been overcharged on our account as well. So, my daughter comes in and the person that "assisted" her tells her something completely false about what is needed to change service. He was incredibly snarky and rude during this process and she left in tears. My husband was on speakerphone with them during this as well and called me after to say how horrible this person was being. I called to get the name of the person who did this and am waiting on an answer, not sure if I will ever get one but I also have a name of a lead that I am going to file this with as well. No matter what the issue a representative for a company should never cause a customer to leave crying. It is showing for some reason that I am in California, but I am in Wisconsin. Just found out the salesperson that dealt with my daughter was named Landon, who coincidentally was the one who told me they would find out the name of the associate who did this to my daughter.
