Did a quick pick up and had to run in the store to pick something else up. Even though they were super busy the staff were super helpful and attentive and quick. I got my order to my car and I then ran inside to pick something else up. At first I couldn't find it so I asked for assistance and the staff took time to stop what they were doing to assist me. Went into the store looking for a specific item. None on the shelves. Saw a box on top of a pallet in the middle of the aisle. Asked an employee if we could get one from the box. "I am not in this department today. You will have to come back later". Went to Walmart up the road instead. Terrible customer service. read more

The Grafton, WI Target is one of the worst Targets I have been in. NO selection on the shelves and NEVER have my size in clothes. The store is clean and organized, workers are nice but it is frustrating to shop here because of the lack of products. They never seem to have the cleaning supplies I am looking for and are always sold out of Mrs. Meyer products. The dollar spot is always empty. The Menomonee Falls location is soooo much better and is usually fully stocked. I think that Target in general is highly overrated! Expensive mass produced merch. read more

Visited this location for the first time in a Sunday afternoon. It's definitely a newer target and very clean. Their bathrooms were the best kept of any Target I've been in--and I go to a lot of Targets! I was greeted by a very friend young woman which was a nice touch. I was able to make some returns with no issues. I was disappointed at their "bullseye" area (the $1-$7 area), it was not very large compared to other stores and it was picked over. I like this store, but they don't enforce the state's mask mandate - or care about their customers. I brought this up to staff members when I observed customers not wearing masks. The response I've gotten is that they can't do anything. Sure they can. They can ask the customers to leave. I've boycotted going into any Target location. The only business they get from me is online, which means no spur-of-the-moment purchases, like clothing or greeting cards or fresh (or frozen) food. The only thing I really buy from them now is protein bars. I order enough of them that I don't pay shipping. You can dress it up all you want, Target. In the end, it's all about the $, not the customer. read more

Seems like the value is not there anymore, nor the ethic. I purchased a TV and mount. I went to set it up and I open the box for the mount and there are pieces in cheap ziplock bags, all the main screws are missing that are needed for assembly and items just scattered around the actual box. I tried calling the Grafton store about it this morning and no one ever picked up the phone. I tried a couple of different departments and still received nothing, just got hung up on repeatedly. Came in specifically to this location before work because it's close by. There was a new album released today and I came in the rain because I was so excited. When I first asked, the employee was really helpful, however, the album has different versions. The kpop group is a five member group and there was a Target release for each specific member. The employee went to the back and grabbed me a random version. I thanked them and they left, but when I looked on the app it said they had the other members available. There was a specific member I'd wanted to get, so I found someone else, apologized profusely for being a bother, they didn't seem to care or acknowledge it and told me they'd call someone to help me in electronics. The same employee came back to help me and again I apologized so much I literally said "I'm so sorry I know this is really annoying but there are specific versions-" and they interrupted me and told me "whatever we have is what we have." They were really short and snippy with me. I work retail, I have for a long time. I'm currently a manager at my place of employment. They were doing inventory this day, and I understand it's chaotic and stressful, but I was being so nice and apologetic. I know the last thing anyone wants to do is worry about going in the back and finding a specific version of an album when there's so much else going on. But my question is, why isn't the stock out on the shelves on release day to begin with? Where I work we always make sure that whatever is set to release is out and available for customers on the day of release. With Target being even a bigger store I would think they'd want to get the stock out to avoid having customers ask over and over? Regardless, I was just really saddened with how I was treated at this location. The one by my house is always much more accommodating and compassionate. This isn't the first negative experience I've had at the Grafton location and it makes me not want to return. I already have terrible anxiety asking someone for help in a store and it doesn't help when I'm snapped at for asking a simple question. I'm sure I won't be the only one asking today either, since it's release day for the album and the stock isn't even on the shelves. I appreciate your time and hard work, but maybe you should consider treating the guests who show up with nothing but kindness, a little better. read more

I love this Target, I think it is one of the best in the Metro-Miwaukee region. Every time I stop here to shop, the store is tidy and clean, items are in stock, the bathrooms are clean, and the line is never long. The associates are friendly and willing to help; I can never seem to find items like light bulbs and aluminum foil. Even though the parking lot might seem like the store is busy, it is easy to get in and out of this store in a timely manner. I don't mind driving the couple extra miles to shop at this Target location :) read more

I was staying in Grafton unexpectedly and this Target was close to my hotel so I stopped to get some items I needed. The convenience of being able to get pajamas, food, and a bottle of wine all in the same place. Target stores are usually clean, this one is no exception, the people that work there are nice as well. The reason for only 3 stars is because of how long it took to check out. The self checks were 2-3 deep and they only had one lane open with 9 people in line. If I would t have needed the few items I had, I would have put them back and left. read more

If it's under 20 deg. out; just stay home- you don't need mouthwash, Chex Mix or a new pair of socks that bad. This Target has the standard parking lot, gigantic property line, and awkward smell when you first walk in; nothing like the smell of new shoes with a side of popcorn in the winter. Target's are my worst fear and I seldom go in alone in an effort to halt myself from buying, well... everything. If Target Shoppers Anonymous existed, I would be the President. Overall my experience was great here; same stuff as every other Target so I can't complain and there were more than 5 underpaid teens waiting to check me out by the time I regained my self-control in the nail polish aisle and was headed for the register [read: swift checkout means anxiety attack was avoided]. Phew- I made it out with only face wash; miracles DO happen! read more

It is a Target so you will get the same layout and feel as the rest of them, which gives you a sense of you knowing the store. The parking lot is huge. When walking in you see just how large this Target location is. You start in the clothing with the food and household needs on the far left (north side) of the store. The selection for clothing is extensive here ranging every demographic and have speciality clothing such as scrubs. They have a great selection of board games and household items here too, which is where we spent most of our time. The cosmetics and hygiene section also spans over several aisles and can provide whatever you're looking for. The staff isn't the best here when asking for items yet is a good layout and overall decent experience. read more

If you've ever been to a Target, they're all pretty much laid out the same, which is handy when you know exactly what you need. This one appears to be popular because there were a million people there, but I was still able to get in and out in a timely fashion. Target is hands down one of my favorite stores ever. This Target location is huge, I mean huge! You can see it from the highway and see just how big it is. It's next to an equally huge Home Depot. The store is clean, bright, and well organized. It's one of the few Target stores I know going in there that it will be a good shopping experience. When I've dealt with the staff, they've been helpful and never copped an attitude, so a huge plus for me. If you're in the area, this Target is worth checking out and spending the minimum $100 while you're there. read more

Customer service department is definitely lacking. Don't get me wrong, I go here all the time, I love target and have made many trips since this experience. I bought a dish set when I moved here that was on clearance as it was an opened box item. Paid a great price for it and was thrilled to get it home, in the dishwasher and on my table. But when I got home there were several dishes missing. Boxed it all back up, headed back into Target and went straight to the customer service desk. The woman took a minute or two to acknowledge I was there and then wasn't in a pleasant mood to help. I told her I was looking to exchange the dish set for one that was complete. She said it was no problem and asked for the receipt. She took the box, scanned the receipt and handed me the receipt back. I asked her if it was okay for me to go get the full dish set. She then handed me a refund receipt and told me I could go and purchase and dish set I wanted. What a load of crap! She would not honor the price of the original dish set because she had just refunded me my money! I told her that it was awful customer service and walked out. I really love target, but had a terrible experience at this one. One of their employees showed true laziness with an "ugh, great" and eye roll when she was asked to go get something across the store for me while I was checking out. Since I've been here so many times, I figure that I'll write a review. It is a Target store, plain and simple. Typical service, typical products, right hand entrance layout. Awkward entrance to the parking lot makes it a hassle to get in and out of here. A simple 4 way stop would have decreased the crappy choke point they instead created. Always be wary of buying food at department stores... i.e, be on the lookout for expired or soon to be expired product. But, that being said, a lot of stuff is still pretty good quality. You get what you pay for when it comes to the store brands for clothing... read more

I am becoming more and more disappointed with Target in Grafton. It really took me over the top when I went to purchase more of my infant's formula the Up & Up brand and there was none on the shelf, none in stock, and none to be ordered any time soon. I went back a week later to find out there still was none in stock. Only to be told I could travel 30 minutes into a not so good neighborhood to find some. This is not very good service especially when a new similar product store just opened up down the road. You'd think you'd want to keep your customers from going there. read more

I bought a new tracfone yesterday and your employee, Cierra, went above and beyond providing me good customer service....she set up my phone so it was ready to be used, transferred my contacts from my old phone, and gave me very clear instructions on what I should do at home to get my phone activated. She was extremely friendly and courteous. She even gave me her card and told me to call her if I had any additional questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. While I agree that this target is lovely, huge and clean -- I am amazed at the horrible customer service I have received from the store -- I alway, always have to wait in line for a cashier to open a lane and I had a run in with Dana the store manager on the last trip and I have vowed to never return. My daughters and I were doing summer clothes shopping and had over 50 items to try on -- you can only bring in 6 at a time and the second time out to get more stuff the lady in charge of the check line made a comment that she felt that we had more in our dressing room that we shared with her -- so I had her call a manager, had my girls get dressed and had the manager count out our clothes -- and found that we had the exact amount that we said we had in the changing room. I expressed that they make it difficult for us to try on clothes and seem to cater to the crowd that are steeling and ripping off clothes than allow us to actually purchase more than our far share of items. I tried to express to Dana the store manager but she totally blew me off. Sad -- I tried to ask her to check out her competition because I never have that problem at Kohl's, Wal-mart or Justice!! They seem to like it when we have $1000 plus shopping spree -- not try to make us feel like we are doing something bad by trying on lots of items! GRRRRR! read more

I like the products in Target, but they are a bit pricey sometimes. Also, I don't care for the layout of the store. But this particular Target has good parking and I like the little food court they have and the bathrooms are located in a good spot. read more
