I do wish there weren't so many vacant storefronts but I understand malls have changed over the years, which is unfortunate. Bayshore also offers a variety of restaurants, including the Cheesecake Factory, which many of my friends love to go to for their large menu and delicious cheesecakes. My one negative remark that I will make is that I do not like to go to this mall after dark. It doesn't feel very safe to me, so I stick to only going during the daytime hours. Oh... and there is that one time the parking garage collapsed in 2023... I never park in the parking garage- I never liked them to begin with, even before that happened.

Each time I've been here, the workers have been sweet and really helpful. They don't get pushy trying to get you to buy more because the products speak for themselves. One time, I went for a consultation because I was looking for several makeup products for my wedding and a lot of those things I religiously use now. The other times I've been here were just quick stops to pick up replacement items and I appreciate that they don't try any sales pitches to get me to buy other things. I know I can just grab what I need and be on my way.

I was concerned that it was all over-priced cards and wrapping paper and while yes, there was plenty of that, there were also a number of surprising other items and I spent far more time in the store than I expected to. Surprising bonus: You can earn and redeem Barnes & Noble rewards here. I came looking for a couple rubber stamps and an ink pad that was part of a gift and was mildly successful in that task, though the friendly staff did explain that stamps were not really popular right now and I nodded in that knowing way of how things can be so cyclical. I'm sure six months from now you won't be able to swing a dead cat without hitting a rubber stamp display and at that time, I won't need any. I also perused the clearance cards and found some good deals and was interested in some of the items near the register but none of them had any prices on them. Great that they are 50% off, but if I don't know what they are half off of, I'm not likely to buy them. Will never understand why stores have things out without prices, how many lost sales must that drive? All in all, a decent store that I will return to when I am in need of some cards--especially if they still have that clearance section!

Heir customer service is spot-on. Plus, they often host workout classes led by yoga instructors and personal trainers, which is fantastic. So, basically -- if you're looking for excellent yoga attire, running clothes, or simply everyday activewear, Athleta is the place to go, and their Bayshore location is where I'd recommend (although I haven't yet been to their new Wauwatosa location, I'm sure it's just as good).
