But I'm not here to review purchased items, I'm here to review the company's Port Washington store. Located on the southern end of the downtown strip, this store has a "woodsey" feel. There is much more product in the store than I initially anticipated and one could spend a fair amount of time browsing everything from womens and mens apparel to dog accessories to cook books to candies. There are many unique items that make fun gifts for relatives and friends; I often come here to find something for that hard-to-shop-for person. I have been in this store many times and it is always clean and well organized. The associates are friendly. However, a strange phenomenon occurs in this space. Time does not seem to exist. Not for the customers, not for the employees, just not at all. Ever. Don't get me wrong, the calm atmosphere is relaxing and I dont enjoy the hustle and bustle ever. It's often a neccessary evil. However, it should not take 40 minutes to make a simple exchange with 2 cashiers and a customer at each register. When an older lady tried to cut in front of me in line, after I waited all that time, I nearly lost my cool. The snail's pace is my only issue about this store. I do reccomend checking it out if you are in the area, and definitely for a unique gift item. Just know that it isn't a store you can just run in and run out.

My husband and I used Men's Wearhouse in Grand Chute and Grafton. The communication amongst both was horrible, one store would tell us one thing and the other something different. Everyone was fitted/ordered prior to the deadline. The pick up time was 3 days prior to our wedding. Out of our 6 reservations, 5 suits didn't fit and were stained in multiple spots. The bride's father's suit jacket was too large and had multiple large stains. The groom's father's suit did not fit at all and had to be completely reordered. The staff was not confident it would be here for our wedding. The staff at Grafton said they would hand deliver it on the wedding day by 11am, if it was available. Therefore he had to drive an hour to Grafton and back on the wedding day to pick up all of the reorders. 3 of the groomsman suits were either too small or too large and had to be reordered. With only 3 days to reorder, we were lucky the suits even made it on time for our wedding. And thankfully the groom's father ran to pick up the orders. After we returned the suits we brought up our concerns to the Grand Chute location with all of the issues that occurred. We were told that the day manager would speak with the location manager for a resolution and get back to us. A week passed so, we called the customer service line to see if there was an update, because the Grand Chute location wouldn't answer. They came to a resolution that all the reservations would get 50% off due to all of the issues and caused stress on our wedding day. We were told they would be issued in 2-5 days. 5 days passed and no one received their refund. Called again to see why the refund was not issued. Was told it was due to the way our wedding party paid and they said they would issue a check and mail it. 4 days passed and there is no check in the mail, called back to see what the hold up is and was told we should have them in hand already and nothing they can do on their end and it will be 21+ days for the checks because they were having issues on their end. The communication amongst their so called customer service and stores/managers is horrendous. Nothing but lies and talking to different people that have no clue what is going on. I'm assuming they are hoping we would just forget about all of the issues and the refund. Unfortunately, we would never recommend using Men's Wearhouse for your wedding or prom. Or for any of your suit needs. Stay away from them unless you want unnecessary stress and just a hassle. *Will update review as everything gets fully resolved.

The workers at this store were much nicer, and the store was much more organized. You know how on the racks for men's pants, they have those rings with the waist size? At this store, the 38" pants are actually in the 38" section! So are the 40" waist pants! Imagine that, you almost never see that. I scored some really nice button-down sports shirts for summer here for less than $20 each. Totally what I was looking for at a great price! dress-pants or suit separate pants can usually be found in the $30-40 range. Just be careful that there are also "non-clearance" items on offer. You may think you are getting a great deal, but a pair of boring khaki shorts should never cost over $40 "on-clearance". Best of all, these are really nice suits! The fabric is wonderfully soft and we made it to the wedding with minutes to spare looking like a million bucks. The store has a really nice assortment of suits, rental tuxedos, shoes, belts, hats, vests, jackets, shirts, and wallets. They even do dry cleaning! However, the few times I have been forced to ask for help with something while shopping at this Meijer, I've invariably been met with palpable disdain from managers and employees at having to be bothered by a customer. It's really quite alarming how consistent it's been, despite the fact that I am a polite person who remembers to preface with "please" and end with "thank you". On top of that, if you see something on sale, you MUST take a picture of the shelf label, because it will almost never scan at that price. $2 item that says buy one get one free? Nope, they're going to scan at $4.99 each. They also go for weeks without restocking basic items. Aside from these issues, it would be a great store, but it suffers due to the employees' resentment. If it's because they're not paid enough, I sympathize, as everyone in retail deserves more than what they're paid, but at the same time, you know the amount when you take the job.
