Despite having three cashiers available, they informed me that an associate couldn't process my purchase unless I used my Kohl's charge card. Although, I do have a Kohl's card, I wanted to use my debit card and preferred to go through a cashier instead of self-checkout. Unfortunately, they still refused. With a funeral to attend, I didn't have time to visit another store for my son's dress pants, so I had to navigate self-checkout, needing assistance a couple of times. I was told this is Kohl's policy. On my drive home, I reflected on the lack of assistance and decided to contact the store manager to express my dissatisfaction. When I called the store, the person who answered said the manager was unavailable and that she was in charge. I asked for her name and title, but she refused to provide them, after expressing my concerns with the lack of customer service, she reiterated that this was the direction corporate wanted them to take with customers. I will only be returning to the store to return the items I didn't need. I tried to call corporate office and was unable to speak to someone about my concern. In addition the kohlsfeedback.com link doesn't work to provide direct feedback. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service of Kohls.

The outside looks like a house. As you enter, pretty clothing is displayed on what looked like the home's enclosed front porch. As I stepped inside, the beautiful atmosphere continued. This shop felt a bit more high end. It offered men's and women's clothing and accessories. Everything was displayed in such an attractive way. My friend tried on a few pairs of shoes, as we were lucky enough to be shopping when a new assortment had just arrived. The woman working was lovely and elegant who offered assistance and patience. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the wares sold in her shop. In a town where tourism is king, it felt nice to spend time in this attractive shop!
