HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT COME HERE. My wife and I stopped in to buy two new phones, that's it. I specified with the rep that we wanted the plans to remain the same because our old plan had HBO MAX included. Well he ended up changing our plan without telling me and added an additional $10 onto the bill for a useless feature. I came back in to get this resolved and they refused to fix it. The manager even refused to talk to me about it. With the rep telling me that I had to call AT&T to voice my complaint. What's the point of an AT&T store if they can't directly manage my phone plan? This is ridiculous I've been an AT&T customer for over 15 years. From this experience I'm going to drop my plan with them and go elsewhere. I have dealt with this store a few times over the past couple of years. Never once did I have a bad experience! None of the employees ever made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, and in my opinion, they are more straight-shooters than actual AT&T stores. A couple of weeks ago, my father purchased an iPhone and needed it switched over to our family plan that we've had for over a year. The actual AT&T store that we visited in Glendale told us that it was not possible to get the iPhone switched over. Since we live in Grafton, we decided to swing-by to see if we could get a different answer. Andrew was gracious enough to help us out, and had it switched over to our family plan in no time! They are also the reason we decided to switch over from Spectrum/TWC after 25 years to UVerse. read more

So went to the Grafton AT&T after a bad experience at the Mequon location. Ken and the other associate (I didn't catch his name) were very helpful. I was having an issue with my camera on my phone not working. He listened to what I had to say and let me show him the issue. He then proceeded to try to fix it. I have insurance on the phone so he explained all my options. I have a phone coming now and when I receive it they told me to bring it back and they will transfer all my things. Now that's great customer service. read more

Avoid at all costs, absolute scam artists. This store should be shut down by AT&T. My very elderly grandparents went in to have a flip phone replaced. The employee told them flip phones are no longer manufactured (a blatant lie). He continued to lie and take advantage of them by convincing them they had to buy brand new iPhones with huge data plans and contracts, AND a DirecTV package! They don't even know how to turn on an iPhone or even access the internet, they had no idea what they were purchasing or what their monthly bill would be, and they certainly didn't want or need a new TV package. When they realized they had been lied to, and tried to get out of the contract and return the phones a few days later, they were told it would be $800 to terminate the phone contract and $400 to terminate the DirecTV contract. This employee and his manager should both be arrested. read more
