On 7/27/2026, I drove ~50 miles each way to the Apple Store at Bayshore, 5715 N Centerpark Way, Glendale, WI 53217, in heavy construction traffic. I then spent nearly 2 hours in-store while technicians ran diagnostics. During the visit, I was first told the AirPods would be replaced, then later told no replacement would be provided, even with manager approval. I was told my only options were to keep the defective product or send it to a repair depot with up to a 2‑week turnaround, leaving me without my AirPods. I was also not informed that ear tips should be removed before sending them in, risking loss of accessories. This caused significant wasted time, travel, and inconvenience. Apple confirmed the defect but failed to provide a reasonable immediate resolution.

How did I get the original discount so easily and renewing it is impossible and a big waste of time, I have no idea. On top of this, we hadn't received a printed statement in two prior months, so back to the store to get things straightened out. It wasn't our fault!!! Walking through the door I was quickly greeted by Phil G., who turned out to be one of the most dedicated customer service reps I've had anywhere, even when I was running a bank. We went over past history and he ordered a printed statement. When it arrived at home it was $16 higher than my monthly rate. Back again I went and an amazed Phil worked to restore the old service and price. It took a while but Phil was everything you want in a salesman, kind, communicative, knowledgeable, and most important successful. Thanks Phil and I wish you continued success!

I was given an option that saved me $1800 over 36 months and a $200 gift card. Everything was explained except that I had to use my debit card which was worded as a bank not debit card so my auto pay is on my bank credit card which I thought was a bank card, nope it's not. I could have saved an additional $1260 over 36 months if the actual word debit card was used in the sign up process. Every day wording is essential when explaining contracts to people because everyone knows what debit card means vs bank/card most people don't think of their debit card as a bank card. Debit cards specifically say debit card on them and not bank card. Shame on me for not knowing that and shame on us cellular for not saying the term everyone knows. The $200 dollar gift is only good for 3 months so I put the card on Amazon as my primary credit card on file and I bought a $200 gift card with it that has no expiration date so I could leisurely spend it over time so as to not loose it. Overall I did save at least $2000 + over 36 month without knowing how much my Internet would have gone up over the next 36 months. It's definitely worth looking into for my situation.

All I got was a run around. The people at the 800 number said they couldn't take my payment and so couldn't set up an account, the people on chat either thought they could do it and were unsuccessful or didn't know how to try. The first dealer I called said they couldn't connect my hotspot to their network, even though I verified it was good to go on their website. Lot of going around in circles and not getting anywhere. This all changed when I called the Cricket dealer on 7235 W Greenfield Ave, West Allis, WI. I explained my dilemma to Robert, who told me "no problem, we can get you going" or words to that effect. I drove over and found Robert to be personable, but more importantly, very knowledgeable. Despite a few hickups in the process of getting my hotspot connected to their network, he quickly worked through the problems and got me up and running. If only I would have called that Cricket store first I could have saved myself half a day of frustration. I highly recommend this store, and especially Robert.

This is my first yelp review, and it's an important one. First, Jarrod and Kathy are some of the…read morenicest, most straightforward people you'll ever meet. They are not 'pushy' at all; they are knowledgeable, and truly care about their customers and trying to figure out how to make your purchase/experience a positive one. I first went to them in early September 2015 by referral from a friend -- I made my first vape purchase, but held onto it for another 10 days because I wanted to finish the carton I had just purchased and make the commitment to leave cigarettes a real one. I have never attempted to quit in my life, and I always said that I would by this age, then this age, and so on. Ultimately, the only thing I could commit to (to myself) is that when I decided to stop, that would be it. I had my last cigarette on 9/11/15 and I have never gone back. Not even a puff. And I credit some of that to Jerrod and Kathy's helpfulness, encouragement, and customer-centered approach that helped me to find something I liked and was able to stick with. Fast forward 1 year, and just before my anniversary date, I invested in a new mod (one that was much more complicated than my first). Shortly after that day, I began to use the system and was overwhelmed by the increase in complexity/options I didn't understand. But, I played around enough to where I thought it was 'okay.' Then, I tried a particular juice and HATED it so much I had to dump it. After admitting to myself that I may not have a clue what I'm doing, I decided I had to go back to the store to find out why I wasn't liking the experience at all. As a result, I made it to the store a little before 'closing' on a Saturday night. Except that they had changed their closing hours and I was over an hour past that. However, since Jerrod was there, he welcomed me in and spent a long time (especially considering they had been closed for over an hour) discussing my issues and options with me. It is truly rare to find people like Kathy and Jerrod, who wholeheartedly care about their customers and their business. With the new regulations, I really worry about places like this one losing out, and eventually folding all together. You just don't get service or an experience like this in the places that can afford to play the game with the Feds. If we lose Hugh G Vapes (and others like it), I guarantee utilizing a vape to quit smoking cigarettes will not be nearly as effective. P.S., I drive from the East Side to Mequon to buy every single thing I use for vaping. That's certainly not because Hugh G. is the closest, or most convenient option.
