The owner (assuming that's who he was and not just a disgruntled employee) is a total tool. It's not very clear the parking in front of the shop is for Lake view customers and not USPS. He pulled a truck out behind me and blocked me in. I asked kindly if he could pull the truck forward a few feet so I could back out and he said no, that I had to wait for him to unload stuff (also wasn't a loading zone) and that I was parked in a vape store spot so I'd just have to sit there. Sat in my car and had to wait for him to unload probably 5-6 minutes. Little does he know I've been a customer of the store before. Not to mention had his actually 5 or so year old kid in the store, like that's appropriate. Will never spend a dollar of my money here again. read more

This is one of the friendliest most knowledgeable shops in town. The staff is wonderful, asks then finds the best variant for your needs even if they are just for fun lol. I'll be a long term customer and it doesn't hurt that it's right down the street from me. I've been going to Lakeview for years. They are all super nice, always helpful, remember me by name and my usual purchases. Love having short chats. As to a previous review that mentioned that there is chatting while another costumer waits... it's called customer service! Went here for my initial vape purchase 3 months ago. Was happy with my intro to vaping. Showed me my choices and never tried to up sell me just to make more profit. As a matter of fact suggested the cheapest starter package they had. Had me try quite a few different e- juices from their juice bar to find the flavor I liked best to start my vaping life. This was done by the co-owner. Fast forward to today. Went in wanting to upgrade to the next step. Matt, the other co-owner, spent plenty of time with me explaining different options in what the next step in my vaping life could be. So first time trying to vape bigger gentleman very fast to sell me a starter vape. With in two hours had to come back cause the battery wouldnt allow me to go pass 53w when its rated for 50-65w so disappointed in his customers service exchanged the battery. New battery still the same problem go back in the morning and hes a complete ass making seem like its my fault says hes doing me a huge favor bye returning but the product he sold me was defective. I would have just brought a different vape but his attitude was just out of control! Tell me I just have to vape at 53 wtf if its rated up 65 I shouldnt have to limit my self to 53 he also told me these batteries last all day! Slap my money on the table and walked away. Lakeview is one of my two favorite vape shops in SE Wisconsin. Of those two, Lakeview has the best selection of hardware and is more comfortable for taking your time while shopping and tasting juice. I don't get down to the south side often. But I always stop here when I do. read more
