The owner (assuming that's who he was and not just a disgruntled employee) is a total tool. It's not very clear the parking in front of the shop is for Lake view customers and not USPS. He pulled a truck out behind me and blocked me in. I asked kindly if he could pull the truck forward a few feet so I could back out and he said no, that I had to wait for him to unload stuff (also wasn't a loading zone) and that I was parked in a vape store spot so I'd just have to sit there. Sat in my car and had to wait for him to unload probably 5-6 minutes. Little does he know I've been a customer of the store before. Not to mention had his actually 5 or so year old kid in the store, like that's appropriate. Will never spend a dollar of my money here again. read more

Best vapor and CBD shop. Competitive pricing, large selection including products for pets. Friendly staff that knows their products and will spend time helping you. If you haven't been here I suggest giving them a visit. You will be glad you did. read more

This is one of the friendliest most knowledgeable shops in town. The staff is wonderful, asks then finds the best variant for your needs even if they are just for fun lol. I'll be a long term customer and it doesn't hurt that it's right down the street from me. They have a huge selection of concentrates, flower and glassware I think I've seen since head shops were a thing in the 70s (gods I'm old lmao) Get yer butt down here and support a local biz that does so much in for the community! read more

This is the best vape shop around Milwaukee. They have tons of options, a rewards program, competitive prices, and knowledgeable staff.

I've been going to Lakeview for years. They are all super nice, always helpful, remember me by name and my usual purchases. Love having short chats. As to a previous review that mentioned that there is chatting while another costumer waits... it's called customer service! It's called being friendly, not rushing customers through like they are irrelevant! I definitely recommend them, they are very knowledgeable and willing to help you with old or new equipment. Thanks you guys!!! read more

we were out of town and looking for supplies for our vacation. kinda surly cashier, talked down to us, maybe a bad day. we asked for a dry flower vape, he sold us a pen for dabs (shrug emoji) google the product name before buying from an unfamiliar shop in a prohibition state - lesson learned read more

Been going here for years and they are always helpful and fully stocked. The staff is friendly and always attentive to the customers

Went here for my initial vape purchase 3 months ago. Was happy with my intro to vaping. Showed me my choices and never tried to up sell me just to make more profit. As a matter of fact suggested the cheapest starter package they had. Had me try quite a few different e- juices from their juice bar to find the flavor I liked best to start my vaping life. This was done by the co-owner. Fast forward to today. Went in wanting to upgrade to the next step. Matt, the other co-owner, spent plenty of time with me explaining different options in what the next step in my vaping life could be. Gave plenty of pros and cons to the different options available to me so when I did decide on what I wanted it felt like I had all the information I needed to make the proper decision for my individual wants and needs. read more

I have been going here since the shop opened. I live 5min away from a vape store now but still drive 20min to go to lakeview . It's the best place in Milwaukee and the staff is great. Woul give more stars if I could read more

The staff is rude .. Matt the big boy the stinky one is always busy chatting with people and leaving customers waiting ... lies and over priced products I can find on line at Amazon way cheaper.. read more

Best prices in the city. Fun and courteous staff. Huge selection of juices and mods. I am a loyal customer to Lakeview and will be for many years to come. Thanks Matt, Bill, Rob and Brenen. Couldn't ask for a better vape shop. read more

I have had only great experiences here. They are friendly, answer all questions, and seem to know what they are talking about. You can always argue about prices, but they seem reasonable, have a pretty generous rewards program, and it's a local business. read more

The first time I went to Lakeview Vapor I wasn't ready to make a purchase, but instead went in with a list of questions. How much would an initial purchase be? How much to maintain on a weekly basis? Monthly basis? Will this truly help me quit smoking? All my questions were answered, along with questions I hadn't even thought of. I went back two weeks later to make my initial purchase and it was probably one of the best decisions I have made in my life. Over three years later and no cigarettes for me. It wouldn't have been possible without the help and patience from the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Lakeview Vapor. I can't thank these guys enough. I highly recommend this shop. read more

Great staff, my wife and I both made the switch from smoking and they were patient, courteous, and answered all of our (probably stupid) questions. Transition from smoking to vaping was easy in large part to the great people at Lakeview. read more

Decent prices but no website for orders and not the most corteous staff. I would suggest going to Infinite Vapor instead.

Customer service was exceptional Matt and rob also Aaron was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended place

Lakeview is one of my two favorite vape shops in SE Wisconsin. Of those two, Lakeview has the best selection of hardware and is more comfortable for taking your time while shopping and tasting juice. I don't get down to the south side often. But I always stop here when I do. read more

Very helpful staff. I was just getting into the vape scene to quit cigarettes and they helped me find the right device for me. Recently went in to upgrade my tank and had great help once again. I also was able to try some flavors in the back and found my new favorite. I'll stop up sometime to chill in the lounge. Thanks guys. read more

So first time trying to vape bigger gentleman very fast to sell me a starter vape. With in two hours had to come back cause the battery wouldnt allow me to go pass 53w when its rated for 50-65w so disappointed in his customers service exchanged the battery. New battery still the same problem go back in the morning and hes a complete ass making seem like its my fault says hes doing me a huge favor bye returning but the product he sold me was defective. I would have just brought a different vape but his attitude was just out of control! Tell me I just have to vape at 53 wtf if its rated up 65 I shouldnt have to limit my self to 53 he also told me these batteries last all day! Slap my money on the table and walked away. Not even sorry or hey lets find u something else nope just disrespect. That will leave a ugly taste in my mouth. Never tell any one to go to lake view vape wish I new the owner! read more

Today was the best experience I have ever had out of all of the vape shops that I have been in. The staff was amazing and took the time to educate my wife and I about vaping. I picked up a few vape kits a year ago, but never got proper education on how they all worked. Lakeview Vapor is the shop that we will go to for now on!!! read more
