After I had my iPhone 12 screen replaced, the device and software detected that this was not OEM specs. Lesson learned after $250 later. After a few weeks, I also discovered my phone heated up very quickly whether in my pocket, in my car on the holder or at Amfam field. Sometimes requiring 20 minutes or more to cool off. This never happened before. As a review of uBreakiFix, I was able to go on line and get a quote and reserve a time to get my phone fixed. 2.5 hours later it was completed. In that respect, they were fast and responsive. Easy to navigate website. Would I go back? Probably not...now I would take it back to an authorized repair facility (Best Buy or the Apple Store). I wasn't saving that much, it was just closer and speed. After thought it wasn't worth it.

I'm thinking that's strange that's a $130 dollar difference. My mom gives him her card and I decide to look up the phone and sure enough he charged us $150 for a $60 cellphone. The guy rushed to put my moms card threw so I was unable to stop her in time. We did however return later after visiting target and purchasing that same phone for $59.99. They however did not refund all of our money under the guise that it would be $15 for the screen protector and $35 because they upgraded her phone and called it an activation fee. Even though when we originally came in he told us there was no activation fee because she already has a SIM card with them. After a lot of back and forth we got tired of arguing and took the $100 refund. In the end the guy currently behind the counter said that he was sorry and he was just covering and that they as in all phone carriers are lying when they quote you the price of the phone or else how else are they going to feed our families. Maybe some Carriers quote you a little more but my ass they quote you $220 more then what the cellphone is actually worth.
