When we first walked in, we weren't greeted and ended up standing around for a bit waiting for someone to become available. Not a huge deal, but a simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Once a rep was free, the service itself was good. He was friendly, took the time to walk us through plans and promotions, and answered our questions without being pushy. Most of the deals seemed tied to specific upgraded Samsung phones, though, so it didn't end up being much cheaper than what we currently have. I actually appreciated that he suggested we also check back with Verizon to compare before making a decision. We did that and ended up staying with our current provider, but it was nice to not feel pressured. The store itself is in a really convenient location right off the freeway, with plenty of parking. It was clean, organized, and easy to access. Since we didn't end up switching, I can't speak to the full process, but for a quick visit to gather information, it was a decent experience overall--just could have used a better first impression.

Plus the inclusion of Netflix basic which we already pay for is a bonus savings and then Apple TV is like an extra. It's been about three months now and still no problems, no surprises, and no dropped calls. It was an easy process to purchase my new phone and its been fine since day one. After having a Crackberry through US Cellular for six painful years, its been a relief to have clear reliable service with Verizon. I don't miss US Cell, and I don't miss the series of shitty Blackberries my employer has provided me with over the years. If there is a museum out there looking for artifacts for their cell phone display, I have one of every BB since the 7100. Remember that one? it was the one that was the size of an iPad and had that retarded thumb wheel on the side. But I digress... Now that I have my $0.01 iPhone 4, those are all faint memories for me now. I love that damn thing. I feel I'm now finally "one of the cool kids." Verizon, can you hear me now? Thank you for not sucking as much as US Cellular.
