No scraping, sanding or priming like their contract promised. Because of this, less than two years later, our entire home is peeling and chipping. The team that worked on our house had ONE goal...get the job done as quickly as they could! We tried countless times during the process to question their process and were continuously told to wait until the job was completed. By then it was too late. A year later when we noticed problem areas, they sent the crew back to slap some paint right over the chipped areas. Do not use this company!

Can't answer that because they never responded. Value? Since they didn't respond, can't answer that either. It's not worth anything of value (because you can't pay anything) if you get no response to the quote request for service. The bottom line is two-part. 1: Yelp needs to stop suppressing valid reviews. Please make sure you open "not recommended" - chances are the majority are valid and the positive ones are paid or fake somehow. 2: If a quote request comes, be a decent business and respond, even if it's to respectfully decline to serve.

All cracks and holes filled in before starting the coating process. Very happy with the adhesion of the coating to concrete and over all workmanship except for 2 areas of concern. FIRST is TIRE marks. 2 of our cars left tire marks shortly after the floor was completed. One car was a sports car and one was a basic daily driver. We now park on "pads" so the marks don't get worse as we use this space for gatherings also. SECOND is the chip coverage and color difference because of it. If the chips do not cover 100% of the base coat then the base cot is NOT UV protected therefore fad in sunlight. Very disappointing to have that happen. At the time of install(May 2021) it was guaranteed to not leave tire marks so we tried to work through that with Brian but nothing ever came about what could be done to fix it.
