They refused to fix it. We struggled to find a company that would repair windows. We called the builder of our house to see if they had a recommendation for us. They recommended that we see if Bliffert would be willing to help us out, as Bliffert is the current company that they work with for windows. We were pleasantly surprised that Bliffert agreed to repair the window if we found & purchased the parts. I appreciate the work that Bliffert did for us tremendously. What we thought were hardwood doors are actually made out of painted particle board. Scott at kitchen Masters was not able to help us find out what color paint we could use to repaint the doors and drawer fronts of almost all the lowers. He said that they didn't keep records that long?.? For the $ we spent, I expected the cabinets to last longer than 8 years. I gave a 2 star rating only because all the installers and electricians etc. were very professional.
