OMG!! Fantastic. A month ago I purchased my Verizon phone from a Walmart. I made my payment thru my phone and set up auto pay at same time. Big mistake. You have to make you first payment before setting up auto pay so payment was not taken out of my account. Joseph spent an hour and half on phone with Verizon to get my phone reactivated. He and another rep there were God sends. If I had to spend that much time on my own I would have said screw this and went to another carrier since I own my phone now. Thank you so much guys.
