ATTN CITY OF MKE: DON'T patron this business! From the moment you drive up you will see it's an eye sore. Very unorganized, unprofessional and unskilled. They are hiring because their best talent left. They do not honor warranties. When I got the tint, she said that I can come back if any issues happen. I admit I waited a month because of moving to school. I did everything right! I left the windows up and didn't touch it for literally a week and drove my other car. Now the window will not stay up. It slip down where I have the hold the button up for the window to stay up. I took my car back in and before they even looked at it, the woman told me that the window skipping has nothing to do with the window button. She also said "it's just a sticker" and cannot break the window button. I have had this Mercedes GLC for 6 years and I have other Mercedes. I've never experienced this since all my other cars came with the front windows tinted. She was very unhelpful and already argumentative. So I decided to just get it fixed somewhere else since I obviously cannot trust them. I had already decided to not come back there after originally getting my tints done because the owner\mechanic was very nasty to me when I wanted to ask a basic question about the window. I asked, can interrupt you to ask a question, he said "no, you can go ask her at the front". Then he parked my car on the side of the building next to some sketch alley with the key inside and doors open. NEVER again, and it was expensive! read more

I went in to get service, tinted windows for my SUV. Quality was decent...few blurry bubbles... however what happened when I left was a privacy issue. The owner gave my information to a male customer who contacted me hours later via FB Messenger. (The owner asked for my name and phone number at the beginning of the service). He said: "Hi. How are you today? I saw you at expert electronics getting your windows tinted. and I had to ask the owner your name. It would be nice if you would add me as a friend I'd love to communicate with you" There was no prior conversation between this other customer and myself to even indicate that this was permissible to do so. read more

The radio in my husband's 2013 car died. We went to Best Buy first and there we were told that we'd need to spend about $800 in parts to put in a new radio. Joe gave us a much more affordable solution and was super cool about it taking care of it in his shop. I strongly recommend. read more

Took my BMW here after running into some issues installing a new radio. I just called them and they had availability for me to come in immediately. Joe was able to quickly and cheaply diagnose the issue as a blown fuse. After he replaced my fuse, I blew it again trying to slide the radio into place, which he was able to quickly fix again. Thanks to Joe's help I was finally able to get my radio working after 3 weeks of being confused as to where my issue was. I also saw him tinting another customer's car before he was able to help me with my radio, which looked great! Very professional, knowledgeable, and honest! Would recommend to anyone. read more

I really wasn't going to write a review on this company, but I felt compelled to do so to help someone else from making the same mistake I did by trusting these people who I thought were honest, Joe feels that he has to consult with Daniel who is always behind the desk and greets everyone when you come to not the shop as if he's the owner, I noticed that anyone who comes in wanting to speak with Joe he will not allow you to talk to him instead he will ask what do you need then go in the back run it pass Joe and whatever he has said or convinced Joe to do or say he comes back with an outrageous price, I took my truck there to have an auto start and alarm installed asked before arriving how much would the cost be since I have my own equipment, spoke with Joe he said it's $70.00 an hour and a said they would get it done within an hour I waited an hour and 45 mins. and they still didn't get it right, after leaving I had to come back because they didn't connect the alarm after they did the light kept flashing, took it back now the when I hit the hit the alarm it chirps 5 times instead of once which is suppose to arm it. I called to ask why the alarm isn't working and having a difficult time starting Daniel again goes talk to Joe comes back telling me I could bring it back but they charge me $70.00 an hour to check it and tried to sell me one of their systems, I feel now that they didn't know what they were doing, because how is there a charge to check out your own work? What ever they did to my truck burned out my ignition switch, now I have to get it repaired and have the remote start installed by a more professional person... If you want a good professional job done to your vehicle I suggest that you find a good shop with good person that's familiar with all type of electronics.. read more

I took my 2016 Audi S6 to this shop to get all the windows tinted. I know people who have had their cars done there in the past with no issues and the tint looked good so I had no concerns. I dropped my car off and at the end of the day I got a call saying the job was done. I picked up the car, looked at the windows and noticed bubbles right away. I figured it would all disappear over the course of the next few days. The inside of my car was kind of a mess from the spray they used to apply the tint. Not a bid deal but it was clean when I dropped it off. After five (5) days the bubble and crease bubbles were all still there. The windows looked like crap. Ive been having my cars tinted since I got my license about 25 years ago. This was the worst tint job i had ever seen. Took the car back and was told the tint would be replied better this time around. When I dropped it back off I also asked for a tint strip across the front windshield. Two full days later I went back, after not receiving a call to tell me the car was done, and was told first,the back windshield really wasn't that bad and they decided not to re-tint it. The window had at least three 1/2 to 1 inch crease bubbles in it along with several other bubbles all over the place. It didn't just look bad it looked horrible. The rest of the windows looked just as bad, again. The tint strip was equally as bad with not just bubbles but the driver side of the strip was a good 1/2 inch thinner than the passenger side which was very obvious if you took one second to look at it. Aside from the horrible, second, tint job my car stunk like weed mixed with smoke and was even dirtier on the inside than it was the first time around. I essentially gave up on the shop and went elsewhere to have all the tint peeled off and re-applied. The guys at the second shop couldn't believe the horrible work. They weren't even laughing about it as much as they felt sorry for me. Fast forward a couple weeks to when I drop the car off to be re-tinted. I get a call by the new shop telling me the third break light cover is cracked and had been glued back together. This was another gift given me from this shop. All in all, after I replace to brake light i will have spent $300.00 for work/damage cause by Expert Electronics. This doesn't count the $300.00 I will be paying for their crap tint job to be removed and a new one completed. I don't know if Expert Electronics lost the people who were tinting there or what but I would never suggest anyone go there if they care at all about what kind of work is done on their car. I'm a pretty laid back person and this is the first review I've ever felt compelled to leave. In any case, lesson learned. If i could give then no or negative stars I would. read more

Have brought a few cars to Joe over the past few months to have their windows tinted, and they've always done an absolutely magnificent job. Brought them my i8, my wife's CLA, and our new Rogue, and they did a bang-up job on all of them. So much so that when a month after they did my i8 - they noticed something that they didn't like on one of the windows and insisted that they re-do it. I was perfectly fine with how it looked but they weren't. Incredible service and just over all good guys. Easy location and parking just off North Ave at humboldt. read more

Absolutely worse tint job ever has hair in it. Air bubbles all the way around. Manager is arrogant and rude.m No help at all. They will no refund money. Asked them to just pull the tint off as I was not looking for a free service. Manager is condescending and arrogant. If you go during cold weather waiting room has no heat and if you use restroom I would advise a tetanus shot as it is that bad read more
