Fortunately, the sales manager stepped in and spent the next couple of hours with us, discussing our needs and helping us narrow down the many available options. Since we weren't committed to any particular brand, we had a wide range of choices. The first appliances presented to us were all top-of-the-line models. I don't necessarily have a problem with that, but I always find it helpful to compare those premium models with second- and third-tier alternatives to better understand the trade-offs. I wish appliance dealers had better tools to make those comparisons easier. It turns out that quality appliances are expensive... or at least the ones we ended up selecting! The sales manager also helped us work through all of the other details and put together a package proposal that included package discounts. Overall, we felt well taken care of. We're not sure yet whether we'll be purchasing our appliances here, but based on our experience, we would definitely shop here again.

The salesman we encountered was friendly, but wanted to sell us a different brand than we requested and hardly wanted to show us the brand that interested us. In the end, we found better promotion and delivery prices elsewhere, but we'd still keep this place in mind.
