The ramen was very mild and skimpy on ingredients. Many other ramen shops for 15-18 dollars provide 3-4 pieces of chasu, whereas this restaurant provides only two thin slices and charged almost 5 dollars for an extra side of it. Their toppings are outrageously overpriced and unfortunately the quality of their ramen is also below average. The service is also very inconsistent and slow, where the person who ordered one bowl of ramen before I ordered mine got his 20 minutes before mine arrived. So just be mindful if you're in a rush. Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

We were coming from a birthday party and looking for some ramen. Someone at the party said this place was ok! Not an overwhelming recommendation, but I'd agree. Service is great. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of seating on a chilly night. I can't find the name of my ramen, but it was the "house" special. It was ok! I had it with the wavy noodles. My wife had the tan tan and felt the same. My general view of ramen is that all is enjoyable. I've never had bad ramen, just OK and great. This is in the OK category. Kids had the noodles with butter. Next time, we would just get a side of noodles. I guess they were too buttery? (I don't understand either.)

A "at home" feeling in this restaurant! Although decor is not much of an attraction, the food is quite delicious. Came here after a workout and it was quite refreshing! Service was fast and the waitress was very nice! Also the prices?... PERFECT! Reasonable for Ramen -Ramen-fanatic

This place has an inflated rating due to hipsters not knowing what real ramen is. I'm sorry but the food here is just mediocre at best. Expensive prices for subpar ramen I really expected better. Prices are very high for what you get. $8.00 for fried tentacles and I can count how many? (Like 8-10?) sorry I'm pretty disappointed. Also., turn the damn air conditioning up. We're all eating ramen. Some spicy some not. All of them pretty much with boiling broth. Ordered edamame, tentacles, Japanese sausages, two ramens and it was all just okay. Ran out of water and they didn't refill it. Service was okay but they didn't check on us or refill our water carafe. It's only four tables.... Worry about you patrons more than the Grubhub meals. You offer 15% dine in discounts but does that mean I get 85% service? Sorely disappointed with the entire experience.

Salmon and tuna poke bowl. Not worth the price. Had better elsewhere.

I was starving so I Uber Eats their poke bowl. I should have stuck with Ramen as I usually do. It was suppose to be tuna and salmon but I needed a magnifying glass to find it in this bowl. The fish was cooked from the hot rice. Not appetizing at all! It was absolutely the most uneventful culinary experience I've had in a long time. I'm left HANGRY after this order. Guess I'll head to my kitchen to cook. Something I should have probably done from the beginning. NOTE: The ramen is usually good so if you order from here only get that. Good luck!

We made two stops here during our stay in New York this past weekend. It was extremely surprising to find out none of the local ramen spots offered mayu :'( SMH As we drove over the bridge heading into Brooklyn, I searched for a Ramen spot and called around before settling on Slope. I decided on slope because they had other choices besides pork. We ordered and picked up then took it home and was thrown back by the flavor of their chicken ramen broth. I quickly took the noodles out because they didn't add anything except a chew and I be didn't want them to continue to soak up all my good broth. I was not feeling well the next day and needed soup to settle my stomach; plus it was raining so . . . RAIN = RAMEN everytime in my book! This time we dined in and I didn't barely eat any of it but knees to order without the noodles and was offered rice instead. My guy enjoyed his and I enjoyed as much as I could. We'll definitely be back when we're in NY again hopefully they'll stand out and add some mayu to they're menu.

I love this ramen place!! Cute, clean environment. The employees are so friendly and accommodating. The food is tasty, fresh and authentic. I love spicy so I added kimchi and sriracha to my veg ramen and it was one of the best! We also got the panda sake and it was so smooth and delicious.

Service was really, really poor. I felt invisible the whole time. The Ramen was decent, but not worth it.

To start, I ordered their matcha lemonade, which was super refreshing with a well-balanced matcha flavor. We also had the cucumbers with onion dressing, and they were delicious -- the dressing paired perfectly with the crisp cucumbers. The fingerling potatoes were buttery and flavorful, and we also ordered the curry wings, which were very good. The curry flavor was subtle and paired really well with the parmesan cheese, giving them a savory depth without being overpowering. For my main, I had their steak ramen, which was a collaboration they were featuring at the time, and it's probably one of the best bowls of ramen I've ever had. The broth was incredibly flavorful, the steak was cooked perfectly, the egg was beautifully seasoned, and the shoestring potatoes added such a great crunch. I'm honestly going to be dreaming about that ramen. I'd highly recommend making a reservation. This place is absolutely worth it.

It is pretty dimly lit inside and a little noisy. I got the Tokyo Classic Tonkotsu Ramen and the highlight was the noodles for me. They were perfectly chewy. My husband had the kaishin don, I had the Ozakaya donburi set and our girls shared the shoyu tonkatsu ramen. The fish was so incredibly fresh here and the rice was seasoned perfectly. My donburi set also came with dashi broth that the waitress later brought over to pour on top of the leftover rice in my bowl to be enjoyed at the end of the meal. The broth and rice combination was really comforting and satisfying. This dish was something I wanted to try in Japan but did not get a chance to experience when there, so I was excited to try it at Ozakaya. I was really pleasantly surprised by the ramen here as well. Although the pork could have been better/more tender, the broth was rich and seasoned so well and not too salty like other places. Last but not least, the service here was excellent and efficient. I would definitely come back here the next time I visit Brooklyn as there were many dishes on the menu I wanted to try!

This place is super popular and I get why. It was packed but the service was insanely quick and efficient, which I appreciated. We shared the chirashi (9/10) and a spicy tuna roll (7/10) and it was honestly more than enough food for both of us. The sashimi is chef's choice so you're getting whatever's freshest that day. Overall, the quality was excellent. A couple of pieces were a little on the flavorless side, but nothing that ruined the experience. I'd still give it a solid 9/10 and would definitely come back if I'm in the area again.
