Ordered some fabulous drinks tonight and got served in a big way by Jhace! Freki, too! Tiff and Doug got Diet Limeades with real fruit strawberries, and I had a Diet Dr Pepper with real fruit - cherries and limes. I wonder if I like this drink because it's so good, or if I like it because of the book The Neon Rain? Or both? I dunno, but it's a great drink combo! From the great taste of the Dr Pepper with the lime and cherry, down to the last of the Sonic ice where I can squeeze the last bit of lime on top of the cherries and crunchy nuggets, then enjoy it as a dessert! And that Strawberry Limeade? Man, that's almost a toss-up, to be real. What a terrific combination. And right now, 1/2 price drinks? That's gonna get us back in for the weekend, for sure. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL me and my bf took my brothers to get drinks and the machine wasn't working and the employee kept hanging up on us so we moved and the lady said if we were gonna play then we had to leave or she was gonna call the cops mind u yes my brothers were laughing bc they found it funny the machine kept hanging up but they 8 and 12 will not be returning horrible service also we tried explaining about my brothers and she still said we had to leave shows the respect for their customers also my mother said her name is katie read more

It's hit or miss depending on the time of day but I usually love the staff and the food isn't horrible but sometimes the wait is a bit long but it's ok. It's busy most of the time. Absolutely love the chili cheese tots (they keep me coming back). read more

So I place my order through the app at 8:14. Order in check in spot and checked in as soon I I ordered At 8:28 the order showed completed. At 8:42 I still had. It received order while in the same spot. I called the location phone number and inquired about my order. Someone informed me my order was delayed due to the pretzel bacon burger taking so long. By the time w received our food at 8:50, my frito chili burrito was hot from the warmer but Fritos had essentially dissolved. My corn dog was wet cold and mushy from sitting in its bag waiting for the pretzel burger. The chili cheese tots were ice cold. The pretzel burger was hot but inedible from how sloppy it was. I couldn't hold on to it for all the grease cheese and 47 gallons of mustard all over the bun. The diet dr. Pepper was great. We were so disgusted by the time we got our food and got on the road, we stopped at Taco Bell next door and three our $30 order away except for the Diet Dr. Pepper. I've had a couple of good experiences at this location. I'll admit I don't expect much from what we would consider fast food, but stopped here a couple of weeks apart and got good food and good service. The burgers were pretty tasty. On the first visit, it was truly excellent, made just right and a bunch of bacon. The tots were crispy and not greasy. Second visit was pretty close on the burger. They did mess up a bit and added ingredients that weren't requested but it was rather minor. We just removed that ingredient. There unsweet tea is actually pretty good. So many fast food places can't seem to get that right. It tastes like to was made in the coffee pot or it has that funky taste where it obviously isn't fresh. On both visits, we pulled in a stall, ordered through the app, then once ordered said we were there and out in our stall #. I think both times we waited less that 10 minutes and probably closer to 5 minutes to get our order. The lot was clean and both times there were plenty of stalls open on both sides of the building. I could see them getting filled up of it were really busy but we had no problem either time. If you want to grab a quick, casual bite, this is a pretty good place to do it. I realize with most fast food places their is turn over and changes which could affect quality and service but at this point we have had consistency at this location. read more

As Vicky L and I journeyed North in search of a castle in Louisiana, we realized that snacks were a great idea and so we were on the lookout for a drive through that was acceptable to both of us. We spotted the Sonic sign AFTER we pulled off the highway (it's not so visible from Hwy 25). We were planning on hitting up another fast food chain...I can't remember which one. This place is fantastic. I'm never disappointed. They're never out of anything. They're speedy, efficient, and friendly. The Sonic app gets a little wonky sometimes. One-time, the app didn't deliver my order, but charged my card. Based on the information from my mobile banking app, the manager basically comped the order. Sonic, Inc. got paid, but there was no guarantee his store would get credit for the sale. The app got really glitchy again today, but this store still got it all correct, and really put the speed on. The service was meh, but the boba was served with small straws and the blasts had about 1/4 of them missing in the form of a big air pocket... and with almost no Oreos at all. Major disappointment. Also, two tiny napkins for five large drinks and two salty snacks. read more

I normally wouldn't waste my time leaving a review for fast food.....but today at Sonic I was INTENTIONALLY given something wrong and I just think it is so petty and malicious. When placing my order for a kids meal I stated I wanted tots - she then asked me again if I wanted tots or fries - I told her tots - I went on with my order and she asked again tots or fries? I told her tots again. I then proceeded with my order again (just a coke) and she asked AGAIN tots or fries. I again told her tots. Proceeded with my order and AGAIN for the 5th time she asked tots or fries. So I told her "I've told you several times already that I would like tots" after I answered that time she then proceeded to ask what else I'd like to order. Never was I rude nor was my tone. my order was brought out to me. We left and checked the bag and she put fries in the bag instead of tots. it wasn't worth my time to go back (tho I should have because they pricniple) but the the intentional malice by this girl is disgusting. It was a kids meal for a CHILD - ahe asked 5 times and 5 times I stated what he wanted - she applied it to the order - just to put fries in his bag anyway. Its so stupid I wasn't even going to bother but because I know full well as does she and everyone else involved inside that it was intentional I'm atleast going to call her and this sonic location out and needless to say I won't ever go back. One with Reese's cup add peanut butter. I ordered a rt44 coke. Frank got a medium lemon strawberry slush. My blast didn't have hot fudge. Charged .60 cents for. Frank's didn't have peanut butter added charged .60. Discovered while driving away. Ate my extra expensive blast. Took a sip of my trough o coke. The gave me I sweet tea. Receipt was correct. Worst service. The people taking orders do not listen to the customer and when you tell them 3 times that what they have on the screen is wrong they tell you that you have an attitude. When the car hop comes out to your car you tell them to wait to make sure the food is right and the burgers on on the bottom of the bag under 2 orders of fries and popcorn chicken being smashed and you tell them that and that the person needs to listen when ordering she tells me if your order is wrong just press the button and walks away and then I tell her that is what is wrong with this place they just dont care about the customers, and after I shut my door she comes back to my car and yells at me. Wife's business and employees spend approximately 40-50 dollars a week here. Wife ordered food to bring home after work. They left out 3 burgers. We live way to far to go back at the moment so I went somewhere local to get my dinner. Wife went the next day and asked if they'd just replace the order of 3 burgers 3 corn dogs and three tots.
