Ordered some fabulous drinks tonight and got served in a big way by Jhace! Freki, too! Tiff and Doug got Diet Limeades with real fruit strawberries, and I had a Diet Dr Pepper with real fruit - cherries and limes. I wonder if I like this drink because it's so good, or if I like it because of the book The Neon Rain? Or both? I dunno, but it's a great drink combo! From the great taste of the Dr Pepper with the lime and cherry, down to the last of the Sonic ice where I can squeeze the last bit of lime on top of the cherries and crunchy nuggets, then enjoy it as a dessert! And that Strawberry Limeade? Man, that's almost a toss-up, to be real. What a terrific combination. And right now, 1/2 price drinks? That's gonna get us back in for the weekend, for sure. Super hard to resist Smashers on the menu, too, and all the slushes you can stand. Thanks for Freki's pup cup, Jhace, you're the bomb! read more

We bought three milkshakes. It took 30 minutes for them to arrive. People have things to do and time is valuable. I thought Sonic meant being fast, like the video game character. Where's the "fast" in "fast food" for this establishment? Make the service faster for improvement. read more

Left me sitting waiting for my order for 30 minutes for an asap delivery. At least they answered the phone when I called. They had the nerve to say they were out of eggs. Didn't someone come out to tell us that ?' NO! read more

do not go here if you like eating breakfast. I came here 08/16/26 after a long 15hr job and just so happen to arrive at 7:01. and i get it, opening shift takes a minutes but that wasn't the issue. the issue was preparing and serving food that was basically inedible. I've worked in ff before and this felt like either 0 effort was put into making this or i was purposely targeted for coming here 1 minute after opening. The tortilla felt like cardboard and was disintegrating when i touched it. also it was a new item so i wasn't prepared to eat raw onion along with a cardboard box for 7 bucks. read more

I'm usually not very picky about food temp if I get it worm or hot however today my food was actually cold and stale. Sonic Drive-In - We will be with you soon proved to be false. - Burgers Near Me - Covington, Louisiana

I've had a couple of good experiences at this location. I'll admit I don't expect much from what we would consider fast food, but stopped here a couple of weeks apart and got good food and good service. The burgers were pretty tasty. On the first visit, it was truly excellent, made just right and a bunch of bacon. The tots were crispy and not greasy. Second visit was pretty close on the burger. They did mess up a bit and added ingredients that weren't requested but it was rather minor. We just removed that ingredient. There unsweet tea is actually pretty good. So many fast food places can't seem to get that right. It tastes like to was made in the coffee pot or it has that funky taste where it obviously isn't fresh. On both visits, we pulled in a stall, ordered through the app, then once ordered said we were there and out in our stall #. I think both times we waited less that 10 minutes and probably closer to 5 minutes to get our order. The lot was clean and both times there were plenty of stalls open on both sides of the building. I could see them getting filled up of it were really busy but we had no problem either time. If you want to grab a quick, casual bite, this is a pretty good place to do it. I realize with most fast food places their is turn over and changes which could affect quality and service but at this point we have had consistency at this location. read more

So I place my order through the app at 8:14. Order in check in spot and checked in as soon I I ordered At 8:28 the order showed completed. At 8:42 I still had. It received order while in the same spot. I called the location phone number and inquired about my order. Someone informed me my order was delayed due to the pretzel bacon burger taking so long. By the time w received our food at 8:50, my frito chili burrito was hot from the warmer but Fritos had essentially dissolved. My corn dog was wet cold and mushy from sitting in its bag waiting for the pretzel burger. The chili cheese tots were ice cold. The pretzel burger was hot but inedible from how sloppy it was. I couldn't hold on to it for all the grease cheese and 47 gallons of mustard all over the bun. The diet dr. Pepper was great. We were so disgusted by the time we got our food and got on the road, we stopped at Taco Bell next door and three our $30 order away except for the Diet Dr. Pepper. The car hop was adorable other than that -10 out of 10. read more

As Vicky L and I journeyed North in search of a castle in Louisiana, we realized that snacks were a great idea and so we were on the lookout for a drive through that was acceptable to both of us. We spotted the Sonic sign AFTER we pulled off the highway (it's not so visible from Hwy 25). We were planning on hitting up another fast food chain...I can't remember which one. The service was quick and our server was courteous, but not on rollerskates (which I always like). And my strawberry limeade was well made. Really that's all I need. read more

Sonic Drive-In - Lots of sppts - Burgers Near Me - Covington, Louisiana

This place is fantastic. I'm never disappointed. They're never out of anything. They're speedy, efficient, and friendly. The Sonic app gets a little wonky sometimes. One-time, the app didn't deliver my order, but charged my card. Based on the information from my mobile banking app, the manager basically comped the order. Sonic, Inc. got paid, but there was no guarantee his store would get credit for the sale. The app got really glitchy again today, but this store still got it all correct, and really put the speed on. This Sonic rocks. read more

I'm so sick of this location, honestly. I keep going back giving them a chance, but I think I've had enough. My order is never correct. And it always takes FOREVER. For absolutely no reason. Tonight I ordered two drinks. Three cars pulled up AFTER me and I watched them receive their bags of food. I waited 20 minutes for two drinks. And to make it even better, one of my drinks wasn't even the correct one. I won't be returning to this specific location. read more

So we tried it again. We were thirsty. Frank said, how can they screw up drinks. I decided I wanted a blast as well. Order 2 blast. One with butterfinger add hot fudge. One with Reese's cup add peanut butter. I ordered a rt44 coke. Frank got a medium lemon strawberry slush. My blast didn't have hot fudge. Charged .60 cents for. Frank's didn't have peanut butter added charged .60. Discovered while driving away. Ate my extra expensive blast. Took a sip of my trough o coke. The gave me I sweet tea. Receipt was correct. Order was not. Receipt said Sylvester. The car hop was a young girl and probably not named Sylvester. This place is a constant ongoing disappointment. We keep trying because it is convenient. read more

I normally wouldn't waste my time leaving a review for fast food.....but today at Sonic I was INTENTIONALLY given something wrong and I just think it is so petty and malicious. When placing my order for a kids meal I stated I wanted tots - she then asked me again if I wanted tots or fries - I told her tots - I went on with my order and she asked again tots or fries? I told her tots again. I then proceeded with my order again (just a coke) and she asked AGAIN tots or fries. I again told her tots. Proceeded with my order and AGAIN for the 5th time she asked tots or fries. So I told her "I've told you several times already that I would like tots" after I answered that time she then proceeded to ask what else I'd like to order. Never was I rude nor was my tone. my order was brought out to me. We left and checked the bag and she put fries in the bag instead of tots. it wasn't worth my time to go back (tho I should have because they pricniple) but the the intentional malice by this girl is disgusting. It was a kids meal for a CHILD - ahe asked 5 times and 5 times I stated what he wanted - she applied it to the order - just to put fries in his bag anyway. Its so stupid I wasn't even going to bother but because I know full well as does she and everyone else involved inside that it was intentional I'm atleast going to call her and this sonic location out and needless to say I won't ever go back. I don't know what has her so miserable she wants to play hearing games and then get mad when the person they are playing games with says "I've said it 5 times already" because she asked that many times (she miraculously was able to hear it that tome by the way) and then intentionally give a child the opposite of what they asked and paid for - but that type of misery doesn't need to be working with the public. read more

I was trying to get a drink ten min before close, I noticed traffic cones blocking off the the entrances so I called to ask if they were closing early . As soon as they picked up the phone and I asked about closing time they slammed the phone down and hung up on me. Definitely not returning to this location after being treated like that for asking a simple question. read more

Rudest employees, no management support. I understand that it's fast food, but come on now, you have to be some what polite. You can't curse at customers over the speaker, the whole parking heard that foul mouth girl. Food was wrong, both times brought back! read more

Worst service. The people taking orders do not listen to the customer and when you tell them 3 times that what they have on the screen is wrong they tell you that you have an attitude. When the car hop comes out to your car you tell them to wait to make sure the food is right and the burgers on on the bottom of the bag under 2 orders of fries and popcorn chicken being smashed and you tell them that and that the person needs to listen when ordering she tells me if your order is wrong just press the button and walks away and then I tell her that is what is wrong with this place they just dont care about the customers, and after I shut my door she comes back to my car and yells at me. This is the last time I ever give sonic my money. Rude people and food is never right of half of it is cold. read more

Wife's business and employees spend approximately 40-50 dollars a week here. Wife ordered food to bring home after work. They left out 3 burgers. We live way to far to go back at the moment so I went somewhere local to get my dinner. Wife went the next day and asked if they'd just replace the order of 3 burgers 3 corn dogs and three tots. They said no way. So the inconvenience that they caused us was not worth 3 dollars to them. Now they've lost all of our business. read more
