My pedicures have never look better and they last me until I'm ready to go back. I've had my latest nails on for over 4 weeks now and there not lifting or anything, I've just been to lazy to go get a fill lol. You got to make sure your nails are how you want them as the whole process is going on to make sure you leave with what you want. We went to the wrong place!!! Go to spring nails in the same parking lot. The guy did my nails the "same color" and it's not even matching. This was my first and last time here. The older lady who did my nails was unpleasant. When she was using the electric nail drill, she applied so much pressure to my nail that it felt like my nail bed was on fire. I jerked my hand back so quick, I don't think she even noticed. Then as she was filing my nails, she was filing my skin instead! It felt like she was sawing my skin off! I jerked back once more until finally she realized she hurt me. Getting your nails done were supposed to be fun and relaxing, instead I was tense and almost sweating to the point where I thought she was going to accidentally cut me. AWEFUL! AWEFUL! AWEFUL! If you want to get service from a nice place, DON'T GO HERE! I did not get my nails done, but today I heard of a horror story here. First my mom and sister went to this place today to get their nails done today together. My mom was abandoned in the foot bath before getting her nails done for 1 1/2 hours before they went back to do my moms nails. My sister was just about done with her nails by the time it was my moms turn. They did not apologize about the problem and did NOTHING to correct it. Even when my sister went to pay for her pedicure, the older man who owns the place took her card and swiped it quick before she refused to pay. She asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager. I think there is some discrimination and false play here. Will definitely go back again. They don't take tips on your card though, so bring cash. They had a ton of nail colors and didn't even seem annoyed when I changed my mind like 3 times. The place I normally go to was too busy to fit me in and I was in a hurry so I decided to try this place. I'm so glad I did! The staff are friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and organization of everything. The pedicure chairs are newer and even have cup holders and special hooks to hang your purse so it doesn't have to sit on the floor! I walked-in yesterday and they were busy, so I made a 9am appointment for today with Kim. I have been a regular in the past and decided to start up regular manicures again - but not here. I waited 20 minutes and Kim had not yet shown up. She was called and I was told "she's on her way." I can understand getting behind midday but not for the very first appointment of the day. I went to get coffin sparkle obre nails for prom and Kim (owner) said it was 40$ for everything and then she randomly charged 5$ more for the shape. Then she was seriously unfocused and made me bleed really bad, she also did my nails wrong and while I was looking at them to see if she was doing it right she would tell me "put your hand in drier" very rudely... I recently got into the new trend, "dipped nails". My first time ever getting dipped nails I went to Venus nails & spa because a coworker of mine said they did a good job. Well, she was wrong. Long story short, it wasn't a good experience and I knew that I'd never go back. I walked right in and had the pleasure of Cindy doing my nails today. SHE DID AMAZING! She took her time, asked me many times if I liked every bit & piece of my nails, was funny/outgoing, and overall just did an awesome job. Worst experience ever. I walked in with my boyfriend we asked for a pedicure and I asked for dip manicure. We sat down and my boyfriend completed his pedicure before they even started mine. Two people walked in after us. They started a lady's nails and pedicure at the same time. I asked if I was going to get my manicure at the same time (like I requested from the beginning and they agreed to) and the lady lied and told me oh they make appointments, when I clearly watched them say they were walk ins. Then I asked just for a basic pedicure so I can just get my nails done. She didn't paint my toes charged me full price. I sat down for my manicure and she starts to put the wrong color on when I told her she argued with me and then left. Horrible customer service. Was not satisfied at all. I keep giving this place chances but I won't be back. It took 3 hours and $50 later for a fill. A FILL. My lady must of been the owner and she kept getting up walking around, answering calls, helping other employees, assisting clients etc. 3 hours later I was finally done. I paid $25 more to have coffin nails and this chrome finish. My nails look nothing like the example (she even said oh yeah because I added black on the back) and she didn't do coffin at all. She didn't refund me for the coffin part saying I got it. Already being there 3 ours I just decided to leave. There are more efficient, better prices around town. read more

I got my nails done here a couple of days ago by Henry, he was awesome! I got an acrylic fill with gel polish & he took his time to fix the last girls mistakes(from another salon). He also educated me on the glitter I chose being that my natural nail would show through so he added a base to help the glitter stand out more, perfect! He also made sure to use a new sanitary disposable file & buffer on my nails which was the most satisfying part. Also prices are fair, only $28 for a fill + gel polish. Came in as a walk in on a Saturday afternoon and was immediately sat down for a pedicure. The massage was great! I almost fell asleep! It wasn't quick like other places are. I still go here two to three times a month and I'm still very satisfied with the service. I will say that Nok and Diana have been my people for some time and still pleased. Nok: cynical and cryptically funny. Diana: sweet and careful. It's nice to walk in and not wait but I've waited a couple hours during the busy times (which is fine because it's next to a cute restaurant called Tofas (salmon salad) and Steinmart. I have been to this place several times and have always been satisfied with the quality of work. This week, however, I was not. I went in for a fill and my nails look like what I call "marshmallow nails." The acrylic is on super thick and it was a fill I was charged $38 for a fill bc of art which is a snowflake on one nail that looks like a tree. I wanted matte nails which I got but ended up chipping after two days. Today is day 4 and all of my nails are chipped. And the polish is gel! However we both left with gel that was no applied smoothly (lots of bubbles and uneven texture) and within a week both of us have chipped nails and peeling polish which both of us have never experienced before with other salons.
