She made my nails look so natural and understood why I went somewhere else. I told her how I wanted them to look, thin and natural but square and she did exactly what I requested and checked in every time she finished a hand in filing and buffing, etc. I like that, its good service. Not like when they finish at the end and huff and puff if you don't agree. Paylen was my tech's name I think. Great work! It wasn't crowded, but they had the room to accommodate, even 2 kids chairs. Well I used to like them. However not so much anymore. This is the second time I've paid a lot of money and gotten crap. I asked for Gel pedi and regular mani. They used the SAME polish. So the non cured one is a thick damn mess. There's no drying fans or anything just wait a few mins and go. Well smudge could be my fault but this shit is CHIPPING and peeling it's only 5 days after. I don't work too much with my hands and we wast gloves doing dishes. I paid OVER $100 with a $25 tip for crap. Staff was bouncing all over trying to serve as many as possible. First time coming here and my supposedly gel nails were chipped after a couple days and fully peeling off not shortly after. I've never had this issue with gel before. If anything I usually have issues getting gel OFF of my nails because it stays so well. Whether it was not actually gel polish (which I paid for) or just low quality gel I'm not sure. Most of the nail techs weren't friendly but I can live with that. It's ultimately the low quality result of my manicure that prompted me to write this. read more

Needed my nails done and this place was convenient. I went on a Friday afternoon and no customers were in the salon. Someone greeted me at the door and walked to the back. I wanted simple acrylic nails with gel color. I waited 15 mins and no one came to do my nails but I heard many staff members laughing and giggling in the back. Then people were walking around but no one came to help. It took an hour to complete my nails which I expected. The nails were terrible and some were very thin and needed more acrylics. My nails were uneven and crooked. I got black gel nails and the gel polish was running Over my cuticles. I do not recommended this place and I will probably never go back. read more

I was so impressed on how they follow all the safety codes like wearing a mask, wearing gloves, social distancing, sanitizing between services and customers, plastic liner protection in pedicure spa, and a pixel glass for manicure/gel manicures or full-sets. The staff is very accommodating, warm and inviting. I love that you use a touch less device to check-in and they do a reward system. And you get 10% off on your birthday. When you are inside this hidden gem you feel like you are in a swanky spa because the ambience is tranquil with all the new technology including new pedicure chairs! My Mini & I got mani/pedis. I treated myself to a Deluxe pedi for Mother's Day. It was pricey but so worth it! It was by far the best pedicure I have ever received! Long soak to exfoliate my feet that haven't had a pedi since before the pandemic! Followed by removing all the dry skin and callus, then an invigorating scrub, then a leg & foot mask, then a long relaxing massage and paraffin wax! My feet have never felt so soft! Several weeks ago I had a manicure and was charged $30. The manicure was good but the tech seemed mad. He didn't talk and that is fine. I like to just have a quiet time during manicures. So what was the problem? Not sure but he threw an object on the table next to his station like he was mad. I may have been totally off so I will let that pass. Today I made an appointment to have a broken nail repaired and I requested a specific tech. When I walked in the door it appeared that no one was even aware of my appointment. I did not get the tech I requested but got the same guy. He asked if I wanted a manicure and I told him I didn't have time and just wanted my nail repaired. He proceeded to take all my polish off and give me an incomplete manicure (no cuticle work). Keep in mind I was only asking for one fingernail to be repaired. This time I was charged $50. What? did the prices go up since my last manicure? I needed to leave because I had to wait so long to be worked on so I didn't ask but I am going to make a call on Monday. Okay so the service was good, offered slippers for painted nails, let your feet soak in water while your waiting, and they don't complain abt how nasty your feet are. HOWEVER THOO my nails (gel no acrylic) were kinda charted weird but not rlly noticeable. I got my nails done here and it was pretty bad. I had to speak up a couple times and the man (who was older) snapped at me and said," I'm not done yet!!" However, even with the finished product, my nails weren't symmetrical and even had some chipped areas where he didn't care to fix. Also ZERO nail prep and he rushed laying the acrylic on. Got a pedicure here today by Tiffany. This is a really hard one for me because she did an over all good job on the massage and prep parts of the process. My feet look great overall. But I wanted my toes and the paint to look good too! How by 8:58 PM is the nail polish on my left foot completely dry but not my right?!? I think she may have forgotten to top coat on one side but honestly I'm not sure. All I know is I checked my left foot before getting into bed and thought I was good to go. Today was the third time my daughter and I went in for our pedicures. We really like it here. They are efficient, clean, and very friendly. We've also never had to wait very long either to get serviced here. Their prices are comparable to other local nail salons. We live on the other side of town, but will drive here for the great service. A bonus is they have a loyalty program, so you get little perks for being a regular. The massage chairs are also awesome! I went by to get my nails done on a Friday afternoon. Every chair was filled, but I didn't mind this since I was coming as a walk in. When I arrived the staff just looked at me and did not even acknowledge that I had walked in. Once I figured out I was supposed to sign in on the iPad. I went ahead and did that. After signing in and taking one of the employees the girl gave me a dirty look and said, "can I help you"? Obviously I am there to get a manicure. I know its not entirely their fault if nail polish chips fast but I paid $85 ($95 to be exact since I ALWAYS tip) for both me and my daughter who is only 7. I think it's quite expensive price for a little girls mani pedi. Most places don't charge you $42.50 for a little girls mani and pedi. If you are looking for a great nail salon that does excellent work and makes you feel pampered, I highly recommend Hi-tech nails. This salon is clean and follows covid regulations. Staff members wear a mask and plexiglass is present at every table and spa chair. They also wipe down the tables and chairs before and after each client.
