5/8/26 Much needed pedicure! Really bad! Called and they could take me right away. Arrived, greeted, sat down and the worker got to it! Very nice, calm, relaxing atmosphere. Worker showed me a good amount of colors to pick from. Picked color #206. It is the 8th. Why not? Sparkly silver with blue. The worker did a Great job! Cleaned up my toes, hot towel and massage! Enjoyed! Before you know it she was finishing with polish. Turned out exactly like I wanted. Just told to wait 5 minutes to dry. Check out after that. Paid for it with thanks! Do NOT book with this salon. These reviews definitely have to be fake. I booked an appointment online and called to ask for the nail tech I wanted (based on reviews here). I was yelled at by a lady who did not know english at all. I tried to cancel the appointment immediately and was hung up on 2x. I paid $100 and feel scammed. Extremely rude, i could not imagine getting my nails done here. Trying to cancel still and they will not answer. After hanging up on me 2x because I asked to cancel they stopped answering the phone. Update: The company is keeping my money. I was literally yelled at for asking if I could choose the nail tech (online you don't get that option)...now they think I should have to not get a refund. Been here 4 times the last 2 months, There is a young lady there by the name of Yang, she is a courteous and does a wonderful job. I only went there because of her 4 stars for her. I would not recommend the older lady, she leaves polish runs & the male there is flat out rude, would not let me explain my unfortunate experience, said he didn't have time for me, not how we run businesses and treat paying customers here. I love when I can make an online appointment for the same day! Appointments can be made through square. I find that sometimes if I don't go to the same salon every time, sometimes technician don't really do a good job of cleaning and filling the nails. CA nail staff did a wonderful and detailed job! They did a horrible job on my one full set I got. I was highly disappointed. They lady who did them really asked what was wrong with them even though she could see how bad they came out. They asked if they could redo them so I said yes and I was still charged the $50.00 fee. They also decided to give themselves a tip, a $15.00 tip. After that I returned for a pedicure because I'm never disappointed but yet again they gave themselves another $15.00 tip on top of a $45.00 fee that I was told would be $40.00. This was my regular shop for over two years and I always recommend them but after they got new owners this establishment has went to trash. read more

I'm giving 2 stars because they were very friendly I took my friend for the first time to get a mani / pedi & unfortunately the experience wasn't what we hoped it would be the girl doing his feet Finished in 15 minutes geez she at least could have pretended to do more. his toe nails weren't even filed or clipped evenly and his feet were dry when she was finished . The nail tech doing my nails attempted to fix them . Wow, if it weren't for one young girl there named "V" that made sure the job was fixed and done well, then I wouldn't even give this place one star. My husband and I went to get pedicures and I wanted a gel pedi/mani And while "V" was doing my toes a man was doing my nails, HE SUCKED! Such an awful job! Polish was all in my critical and the nails were cut crazy uneven, and when I pointed it out to him... Instead of fixing the problem he stud up and said " if you don't like then you don't like" ??? So my boyfriend works at straight edge barbershop just a few doors down so this is how I found out about this place. I've gone like 4 times to get my nails done and I'm always satisfied! I don't know the mans/owner name but he's the one that always does my nails and he just does great work! The first time I tipped him $10, but that's just because I'm really picky with who does my nails and he did AMAZING! Now like the fourth time I went for a fill and my pinky was falling off with my real nail!! I let him know what happened before he started and throughout the whole process I didn't feel a thing!! Very clean when you walk in and they use liners in the spa pedicure bowl (a lot of places charge for this). The owners and staff were friendly and very efficient:)) I got a pedi yesterday - $30 for callus, sea salt scrub and paraffin wax - such an AMAZING DEAL and they do a good job :)) my feet are still soft :) Any who, I messed up my big toe yesterday and I went in today to get a gel mani ($25) and they touched it up for me!!
