Came in today with my 2 best friends, mother-in-law, nephew, & husband. They did an amazing job in such a speedy manor. All of us were finished by 1 pm. They did 6 pedicures & 1 manicure all of us were extremely satisfied & I will be recommending this location before any others first. Thank you to all the ladies who helped us today. can't wait to come back. read more

Unprofessional and inconsiderate. I was actually stood up by Thang today. I had an 11am appt today with Thang. Five minutes before my appt, the owner calls Thang to remind him of my appt. At 11:10, she calls him again yelling and asking what time to expect him. He hasn't even left his house and can't say how much longer before he leaves. I drove 30 min from Madera and wasted my time and gas. Absolutely furious. Update: I ended up going to Adorn Nails and had my nails done with Kim. She was meticulous, took her time, and I am very happy with the gel mani she gave me. If you get stood up or someone shows up late here, consider Adorn Nails read more

Love the quality of product used, I'm very hard on my nails and I do not experience any lifting or breaks in between my fills!! I always get the most simple set yet the shape is perfect every time. Definitely recommend read more

I saw the beautiful work Thang does on their Instagram account and had to come in. I wanted a French nail set and the shaping of the nail is most important to me and Thang served. I'm so happy with this set and I will be back again. read more

First and last time coming in. I paid $40 for a manicure and I was never told before picking my color that "the color will be transparent" or else I would have never picked it. Even though I have gotten a similar color elsewhere and it did not come out like this. Plus you can see it looks and feels very bumpy/ and uneven. read more

If you ever come here for nails ask for Mary or her son! I specifically asked for Mary but she told me her son does good I just know he has a reputation for rushing and being on his phone and randomly excusing himself. He didn't rush on my set or toes, but he did excuse himself(multiple times, not saying anything just getting up and going in the back) and was on his phone so please be aware! But none the less I loved my nails! read more

The owner of DN nails did my pedicure on Mother's day. She was very rude. She nick my baby toe with the electric nail file, so I jumped and she shook her finger at me saying no no. Then she nicked my other baby toe on the other foot and she shook her finger at me again saying no no. I said if you hurt me I have a right to say something. She just ignored me. She even used a dirty tool. Then my pedicure was pretty much done. She blow through it so quickly. It took her 17 minutes to do the whole thing with massage, scub, hot towel and painting my nails. I made her mad for saying something about her nicking me. Then she sat there talking shit about me to employees. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Just awful person. She still changed me $30.00 for a 17 minute pedicure. read more

HELL NO DO NOT COME HERE! Firstly, I called ahead to ask if they had time for a full set asap & the women named Vanessa told me it would be a 5-10 minute wait. Then when i get there, she tells me that "no one had called" & that i would need to wait, for about 20-25 minutes. I asked for a basic long oval french tip & the whole process took over 3 hours. not to mention that the nails looked like crap. absolutely ridiculous. they then proceeded to charge me full price for the nails. this is such a bottom of the barrel establishment & i sincerely hope they get their act together because it was extremely upsetting having my time and money wasted read more

I was visiting Fresno area and was in dire need of a manipedi appointment. I found this place, there was two women there upon my arrival who were very welcoming. My manicure and pedicure came out great and at a decent price. (I called everywhere and they seemed to be the cheapest for gel manicures and pedicures). It is now three weeks later and the gel is still intact, no peeling or cracking. I am sad I do not live closer because I would love to go back for another appointment read more

Great experience today! Hadn't been here for almost 7 years so I called last night to book an appointment for today. Went in today and had no wait time. Mary did my pedicure and I was very pleased with the results!!! Toes turned out really good, color is even, toes are manicured/cut evenly. Prices are good for the quality of work. They have the cutest dog, Bacon, there. I'm actually scared of dogs so I asked if they could keep him away from me and they did, which I was thankful. Overall, great experience! I will definitely be coming back and asking for Mary. read more

Went here for the first time, greeted by 3 lovely ladies. It was not busy at all here on a Sunday mid morning. I went in for a pedicure French tip and got convinced to go for the gel instead which was not bad. She charged me $32 instead of the reg. $38 & I was happy with that. I think by far this was the longest pedicure I ever had, it literally lasted an hr. given the fact I was probably the only customer at the time. The whole experience was just "ok" it could have been better, but for the price it's not that bad either. I had only soaked my feet in the plain lukewarm water for only a few mins, there was no foot fizz nor any wax gel offered. She got to work right away, but took her time. I'll go here again since she did delivered what I wanted. Nice ppl & welcoming. read more

This place isn't as clean inside, but the workers are okay. The only issue I had was the fact that as I was getting my toes done the lady upfront asked if I could pay BEFORE my toes were even finished. I told her I didn't have my card, but only Apple Pay so she made the lady doing my nails unplug the water and made me go out to my car with WET feet just so I could go get my card. This caused the lady doing my toes to not do as well on them because I had paid before they were finished. I don't know if she was racially profiling me or what, but I will not be coming back here. read more

I came here on 7/23/17 with my sister in the evening. I called this place to make sure they are open since a lot of nail places close early on Sundays. The owner answer and said they stay open until 8:30pm. So my sister and I head over and this place is cutely tucked away in a plaza that can easily be missed. It is right next to Ross and Alorica. We found parking easily even though there's remodeling going on with a lot of the parking spaces. We enter and the owner greets us. We were seated promptly even though she was short staffed. I prefer gel nails due to acrylic damaging my real nails. I always say that I am going to try new colors but the reds are my favorite. She did such an amazing job on my nails and I am very picky! I am so glad I found this place...the music is lovely, the colors are beautiful and it was such a lovely place to come and relax and be pampered! For my nails and my sisters it was only $59 dollars! Also, for some reason I was terribly hungry throughout the whole process and noticed that they have complimentary snacks such as Rice Krispy treats, Cuties and other yummy treats you can munch on! I love this place, such a great atmosphere for sure! read more

The pedicure was nice, and it was affordable. However, the lady I had was not good with the manicure. She spoke very little English, and I asked for a silver glitter gel. She was: a) rough (cut me, then doused my hand in alcohol) b) sloppy c) taking creative liberties that weren't good. When I wasn't looking, she did one gold nail on my hand. I didn't have time left in the day to have her redo them, and the reason I'm getting these nails is for a dance. No time or money to go elsewhere to get them fixed. There is 0 gold in the outfit. Plus, the gold gel is completely see-through. Not cool. Overall: affordable, but what you pay for is what you get. read more

Love coming here!!! Their service is one of the best in Fresno!!! Always satisfied every time I come!

Sadly don't think I'll be coming here ever again.. used to be my go to pedicure spot. The lady who usually does my toes I haven't seen her lately so they had a guy do them and I had to correct him so many times he still didn't give me what I wanted. Why pay so much money to not be happy with the end results. I repeatedly told him the line wasn't straight and the black tip needed to be thicker he said that's how he does it... shouldn't it be what me the paying customer wants. Officially never coming back here. Left unsatisfied. read more

Sorry this would have been a perfect new spot. For 22$ with all the time they take on ur feet. BUT the lady cut my nail way too far that she had to glue it back on! And she was not even going to tell me until I saw her gluing I asked her what was wrong. And they tried to save themselves by blaming it on me by me possibly banging my feet before I came lol. Then she kept trying to file my nail down and I told her no it hurts it's sensitive no more filing it down! Lol obviously doesn't know what she's doing. The other girl did my sisters feet REALLY WELL. But my lady no. Sorry 1 Star. They are lucky I paid for the service. I know plenty of other people who would not have paid for that. read more

I feel like it's tough to find a good nail salon in the Central Valley that hasn't had some kind of rude customer service review. Luckily, D N Nails was great and must give them well-deserved credit! This place is tucked away in the Shaw and Villa shopping center. I think that's why it's not too busy. I walked in yesterday after work for a simple fill. I immediately see there were 3 customers sitting having spa pedi's and one sitting waiting for her turn and a total of 3 workers. When I walk in I'm greeted by an older female approx late 40's early 50's. She asked me what I wanted done and I tell her I just need a fill. She then tells me to sit down, which I did. Three minutes or so later that same woman comes to me and said that her customer that was having a pedi done just told her that she also wants a full set on her nails too. My reply was "ok". I just assumed that I would have to wait a while before being serviced and I was ok with that because I was a walk in customer. The older woman then said "so I'm sorry we can't help you today". I then said "Ok so are you saying that I need to leave?" She said "yes please" I was so shocked and embarrassed. She didn't offer me a wait time of an hour or so she just told me no I need to leave....in front of everyone! So I just said "Ok, no problem I can leave". I said by to Bacon the dog and exited. The other girl that was waiting also got up and left. She stated to me outside the salon that if they're telling you to leave than that must mean they want me to leave also. She left and so did I. I ended up getting my nails done at Beautiful Nails on Kings Canyon. I've only been to this salon once before and had a great experience there which is why I came back. They do great work but my review today is solely based on their communication and customer service. They lost 2 customers that day. read more
