I asked for a manicure with builder gel. My nails turned out okay, and there was a little cuticle work, but it didn't feel like a full manicure. My hands were soaked for less than a minute before she started pushing my cuticles back, which felt very rushed. There was also no lotion or finishing touches at the end. Inside is clean and the chairs aren't beat up. The price is fair for a gel pedicure with French tips. I would've preferred a deeper clean around my cuticles but the callous scrub was nice and thorough. My french tips came out even and thin. Overall the job was satisfactory, better than my old nail spot I use to go to that doesn't clean very well anymore. Not too busy so walk ins are okay. Clean and cute place. First time visiting and the services are going rates. Pedi was good, although a bit shy on the foot message and barely any massage on the leg. Overall with trim, callus removal good. Mani- Meh, it's negatives...cold water soak, have two different lengths on thumb nails, tech didn't attempt to look if the same length and picked one color got substituted another... Plus, kept pushing nail dryer nearly dinging my fresh painted nails. No massage on the hands, just a very quick hit of lotion sparsely applied. Then charged two different pos fees for using Apple Pay. Both services with tip and fees was over $100.00 a bit pricy for what I got. I will consider one more opportunity, and hopefully they will do better as the potential for a long term client relationship is there, if they stop short cutting services at the time when given. I had an appointment at 11:45pm and at 12pm I asked how much longer until I was seen and she said another 15-20 minutes. So I have to wait 30-40 minutes even though I had an appointment? Thien did my first set, i loved my nails. he is very patient and takes his time. he is very precise and pays good attention to detail and always asks if the nails are looking okay. He doesn't talk much, but that's okay. The older man did my white acrylic set. They were okay, drilled down too thin for my liking. It was my fault on the color choice, he had warned me that white would show through but i went with it anyway. that's okay. i like the techs, they're nice. I was going to nail world for over a year and a half and I FORTUNATELY have stopped going there.The unprofessionalism I've seen and experience there was super disappointing. Serena the owner has countless times treated not only me but my mom with ridiculous amounts of disrespect. I won't go into grave detail but it ranges from telling my mom that she can just wait to get her nails done because she took walk ins over my mom's PRE scheduled appointment. Shes pushed me over to other nail techs because she quote on quote "did not want to do my manicure because it's not you, you get acrylics" Her second command at the salon who I was pushed to told me my eyebrows bothered her and if she could do them along with my nails. She then went on to tell me I could go to another salon if I wanted gel manicure because she agreed I should stick with acrylics. Another time I scheduled an appointment weeks in advanced with a nail tech who I absolutely adore and upon arrival Serena told me she wouldn't be in today and I could just be with another tech or come back another day, which I learned not to do as my pedicure was butchered several times but her other inexperienced techs. When we did return to the salon it was for one nail tech Fallon ! She specializes in pedicures and is the only reason we stuck it out there her work was impeccable every time. Since she has left we will no longer be getting services done at nail world. And if you appreciate a reliable respectful, and PROFESSIONAL nail salon I suggest you search else where! read more

Their service was mediocre. The lady who gave me a pedi was okay, I don't really care for conversation so she was fine to me but when she went in for the massage she didn't even massage me. He did an okay job the acrylic was a little thicker than what I would have liked and there were some imperfections which is okay but the nail art that I asked for was bomb great job! But I don't know what kind of acrylic they used on my nails but it did some damage. It's left a sort of indentation on my nails. They're growing out now but that's not normal.
