Woman that did my nails was super nice! I wanted to love it here, but these were my nails after 1 week. My nails were also super flimsy and thin after. My nails are finally getting back to normal after going here. I walked in and they got me in right away, there was only 1 other person there when I came in. The interior could also use some work. Doesn't feel as if you're in a nail salon. I unfortunately won't be coming back here.

Kevin and Julia and family are amazing. They are very kind and sweet. They listen to what my needs are. I have arthritis on my right ankle and they are very gentle and caring while doing my pedicure. They do an amazing job. I moved here from San Francisco a year ago and found Kevin and his family and I am so very happy I did.

Amazing nail place to feel like a princess nice set up peaceful and they offered a nice refreshment, hot stone towel as well sugar scrub, nice tv music video set up left refreshed with one amazing pedi.

I have used Kevin and Julia since they worked at a different salon. When he opened his own, we naturally followed. Reasonably priced great choices, and usually no line. I highly recommend the salon. Their host plays great videos!!

However, I got a dip manicure and my nail chipped 3 days later. For $45 and $10 tip I would have expected it to last more than a week. Usually my dip manicure lasts 3 weeks

My experience here was ok. I did a walk in today. There wasn't a lot of customers so they got me right in. They were really kind to allow my friend to sit right next to me. I ask for acrylic,square shape, and short with milky white. I actually wanted my nails short but the lady kept telling me "honey, no worry, i file." But after file she said she can't go shorter than this... i have had the owner did my nails once and he can make it shorter than these. Who knows, maybe her skills are not that great to start with. I looked at my nails and some are a bit off and crooked. I told her that it's a bit crooked and to fix it. She looks at it and said, "Honey, your nails are crooked." With a iritated high tone. She took my nails and file it quick. And start the next step. I felt rushed and unappreciated here. Even i can't speak up to fix her art. I think it's just inappropriate to straight up to tell your guest that its my own fault that my nails are crooked. I know i may have crooked nails but your job is to satisfy your customers and make my nails beautiful because I'm paying you to do the job. I just think that they need to learn how to speak and satisfy their customers rather than blaming it's my nails. WAIT TIME : Is fast. She did it really quick. Estimation time is about 15 minutes. FEES : Since i wanted my nails short and simple, they charge only $45. I believe if you want it longer and wirh designs. They may have other price option too. I was debating my toe nails too. I looked at the menu, the starting price is about $35. AMBIANCE : It's a bit hot inside. I felt like their's no air circulation. It's also pretty dead quiet in there with a few clients in there. INTERRIOR : It's not updated. Interior design is just a normal room with equipments and materials. RATE : 2/5 SERVICE : Great welcoming and exiting service! But my nail specailist service is not that great. I felt unappreciated with my feed backs. PROS : I'm glad that the lady was not pushy and ask you to add more stuff like other locations. RATE : 2/5 OVERALL : I think i just had a bad experience with this one lady only. I love the owner art though. I do highly give them another chance. read more

I've visited MANY nail salons & have not found my nail person ... until today! I drove all over Clovis trying to locate a nail salon. I ended up at the corner of Shaw & Clovis & took a chance at the corner mall. THAT's where I found Kevin's nails! I walked in, was kindly greeted, offered bottled water & a seat. Kevin started with my nails & before long I felt the transformation of my nails, they went from crooked, uneven & needed a fill to WHOLA! I saw these nails in their posts and thought they would be perfect for my upcoming Disney trip, I got in kinda late (5:30 and they close at 7) we weren't done till 7:30 but David made sure they were perfect. My husband enjoyed his pedicure and I loved how attentive they were to my nails. I love coming here and the price I paid was more than reasonable for this amount of work. Mary needs to be let go. Horrible horrible manicure and pedicure experience. Waited 20 minutes before we actually had work done. Took my friend for his first pedicure / manicure. My first time trying this salon and I must say I was impressed! I had an appointment with Tracy for 10:30am i showed up at 10:20 and they had me in the pedicure chair by 10:21! The lady who did my pedicure was so sweet. Everything was super clean. Tracy was very sweet when making conversation, she took her time and didn't rush me at all. The guy who did my nails today did TERRIBLE and i will never be coming here again. Lengths are uneven, i asked for round nails and got a mix of square and round. I told them i wanted my acrylics off and to put gel on my natural nails. They cut two of my nails off completely without asking and proceeded to ask me if i want my nails long or short... DONT COME HERE THEY USE THE SAME UTILIZES ON EVERYONE WITHOUT THEM GETTING SANITIZED!! My friend and I came here to get our toes done, the salon was dirty and very unhygienic.The guy used the drill on my toes to get my previous gel off, and he didn't even change instruments. He went directly over to my friends feet, and use the same tool on hers, he didn't even bother to wipe off the drill either.They didn't even put water in the spa yet both of our feet were pretty dirty upon arrival. This is my new go to salon! The employees are so welcoming and polite. Right when you walk in they all greet you and offer you a refreshment. I've gone to Tracy twice now and my nails are so gorgeous. I always get so many compliments on my nails. I do go in kind of late which caused them to stay later than the time they close and I've apologized due to my work but they're so kind and don't try and rush me out the door! Excellent service and very clean, I highly recommend! They were so good with my mom. New ownership for about 5 months now. Kevin brings experience with his family here. They are all so nice and friendly. I don't normally write reviews, but I was so impressed I had to write this review...they were that good my mom had a mani/pedi with gel and it was so great I had to get a pedicure. They take their time and are thorough. What a great experience my mom and I had!!! We will definitely frequent this establishment read more

First time here! The staff were super friendly, gentle, kind people. They have very reasonable prices for pedicures and full sets (varies depending on length, design, etc). $40 for a pedi with gel (most common price in my experience) & $60 for the fullset with design. It was quiet and calm inside which I really like. I'm not a talker, so I like the quietness. There are complimentary water/soda available. I got a water halfway into the service.
