Entering the salon, there was calming music and a relaxing atmosphere. A smaller salon than I'm used to and was great. I would not have tried it without the great reviews, it isn't really appealing from the outside. I got a mani pedi and the pedicure was amazing. No harsh filing of the bottoms of my feet but a gentle sanding with a powered sander. They specialize in nail art. I'll have to do that next time. read more

I had a previous bad experience at another salon with acrylics were they split my nail in half while removing my nails. Ever since then I have been afraid of getting my nails done. I decided to try Tan Nail Salon and I was so impressed!! Tran and Tony were AMAZING!! Tran did my acrylic nails and was so helpful and patient with me. She made me feel welcomed and like I can ask any questions during the process. Tony did amazing with my pedicure. He took time to make my experience a nice one. I also got a long massage I dearly appreciated it. I work 10 hour shifts and this visit made my day. The owner was also super nice and squeezed me in without an appointment. There has been significant changes in the last 2 months. After going to the same person for over a year. My first visit after is my last. The person I went to discovered I had fungus and asked if it was seen previously. Which I explained I guess not because the reason to use Tau product was they could detect any issues. I've gone religiously every 3 weeks and that time found out my person was not returning and another person was gone. It is very unfortunate but I've decided to go to another place moving forward. LOVED this salon! I've been looking for a good salon and finally found this gem. They took their time, were super sweet, and the quality of their work was amazing. I've been to other salons where I show them what I want at the very beginning then at the end they can't do what I asked for and say it's because "my nails are too short" when they just don't know how to do artwork or the design. That isn't the case here! I got a Gel X extension set and deluxe Gel pedicure and both were worth it. It's my first time getting Gel X and like these way more then acrylics. They feel light and natural while still adding length and ability to shape. The deluxe pedicure was great from the disc they use to get dead skin off to the massage and stones. I love my nails for my gender reveal coming up soon and will definitely be returning soon and regularly! Tip: They do get booked up so it is best to make an appt ahead of time. read more

The staff is friendly and they offer many services, but the place isn't cleanly. It's a small place that looks clean at first, but there's dust, gnats, and reuse of many of the same tools. The first photo I have with the red rope is the first time. (And I LOVED THEM) but my thumb on my right hand hadn't cured properly. All the rest of my nails seemed perfect. I called, and they told me to come by, and they would fix it. When I got there, Mya looked at all of them and said, " Do you have a little time? I want to redo all of them." I was like, really? She felt they hadn't been cured all the way as well( I would have never guessed that), so she redid the whole set for free!! I have been coming here for a while. Elsa does my acrylics and they always come out looking great for the most part. I've noticed that they are going through a transformation. The other day I booked an appointment for a regular pedi w/ gel and a full set. I had my set done first and then moved on to the pedi. When I sat down, I noticed that it'd be done by a guy that was new. As I was sitting down he asked me how long it had been since my last pedicure. I said like a month. When he saw my toes he gasped and again asked. I tried answering again, but at this point he was just asking to ask because he repeated the question 2 more times so I just stayed quiet. NEVER have I had someone act so disgusted when doing a pedi. I sat there more so in shock. Never again. read more

I normally don't like to write reviews on here, but I'd like to spare the next customer from what I just experienced. I went in on Wednesday for a Gel-X fill, and essentially just wanted to have the exact same nail style I came in with - just refreshed. The manicurist took a picture of my hand at the beginning, and later on when I asked if I could show the photo on my phone of what I was wanting, she told me she didn't need to see it. During the manicure, the manicurist seemed distracted. While working on my nails with the electric file, she went outside the nail onto my finger, causing me to bleed. She apologized and I understand that accidents happen, so she carried on. At the end of the manicure, she asked if I'd like oil on my nails. Instead of pouring oil onto my hands, she proceeded to pour alcohol all over fingers - including the one she had just previously injured. I quickly withdrew my hands because of the stinging, and she laughed, saying, "Oh sorry! Haha I'm horrible," while continuing to laugh. I really wanted to like this place, but due to the rushed nature of my fill & carelessness of my manicurist, I will not be returning. read more

I really wanted to like this place. The customer service is great here. They are quick to respond when setting up an appointment which is really nice. The nail tech always asked if I liked the shape of my nails which I loved. I got a gel mani and regular pedi. I was seated right away and was worked on. The reason I had to doc some stars was after a day I started to get an air bubble in my left thumb. The next day it popped and my nail was ruined. I called them and they had me come in that day to fix it. Again great customer service. Got my nail fixed everything was fine. Again I got a gel manicure. By the time I got home my thumb had chipped! Long story short I was able to peel off my whole gel manicure within a week. read more

Great service here and very clean! I'm glad to see a new business open, even the middle of the pandemic. They are very service and customer focused. I was here for both deluxe pedicure and pink and white acrylic nails. I watched as all cleaning procedures were followed very well by all team members. All chairs are socially distanced and have dividers between stations. Now to my nails-This was the best pedicure I've had in a few years. Yes-years! My feet are soft and all of the rough skin is finally gone! Polish is perfect-hard to do with dark red. No cuts or skin tears from files or implements, which unfortunately I have too much past experience. My pink and white acrylic nails look great. Sadly I have to update my review with 1 star. I'm not sure if the business was sold...but I haven't seen Rosa in a really long time. The quality of the work has gone down significantly. I never had an issue with my nails lasting and now I have chipped/peeling gel on pedicures and most recently this set of dipped nails done 1 week ago today (see pic). The thumb nail just literally fell off today. I paid $113 for this dip set and a gel pedicure. The dip nails didn't even include a manicure with it (like cuticle cleanup at a minimum). I came in for a simple black gel manicure and pedicure just yesterday morning, and already I'm seeing some things that shouldn't be happening the day after. You can see I already ripped off the other half of the gel on my thumb. What had happened was I opened my car and half the gel was gone. normally a week or so after I understand but the next day?? I spent $100 for what and don't even get me started on my big toe. Idk what happened but it looks like there's no clear coat on top or something. This business was so amazing and the staff is so nice. Peter spoke english pretty well and helped me understand the small language barrier. Language barrier was not big and I understood almost everything. We brought four people with us, 4 pedicures and 3 manicures with acrylic. The white design was 80$ for gelX and extra gems. The bright burgundy was 75 for french tip and flowers. The purple design with flowers was also 75$. This salon has awesome prices and treats its customers with much respect. The environment is beautiful and the price makes it just right. I soent a day with the girls and it was 423$ for the 3 manicures and 4 pedicures. Barriers everywhere, sanitize in between customers, everyone in a mask, pedicure liners in the tub and nail colors are put on display so you could select the number without having to touch anything.
