I've been coming to iBeauty Nails and Spa for a while now. My nail girl Linda is so amazing! She is always so welcoming, honest and friendly. Which is great as she wants you to be confident, look great and feel satisfied with the results. She does what is best for your nails and will let you know if she can and can't do a design but it's rare. Definitely takes pride in her work. Everytime I go out I always get compliments on my nails. She is also a great conversationist as well and has turned into one of my favorite people I look forward to visiting every month. I get my nails done every month so it's fun to play with different designs. Sometimes I come in with a blank slate and we discuss what's been trending lately in the nail world. She will share what's been requested in the shop to help guide ideas and researching I go. Recently took my mom in to get her nails done by Linda and mom was thrilled by Linda and her nails. Overall, I highly recommend this shop. Very relaxing . I see people happy with the results very nice setting. You won't be disappointed at all. We have to book our appointments in advance as clientele is vastly growing. Overall, great work, company and price is very modest as well. So I got a wild hair up my booty on Sunday to get my nails done. I do have a lady I go to, but she doesn't work on Sundays and is very busy most of the time. So I looked on here and found that ibeauty was open and nearby. So I called, and they said, "Come on over!" I walked in, and the first thing I noticed was it was very clean inside. That's extremely important to me when it comes to having my nails done. I was seated right away and given the colors to choose from while she began to start removing my hologram polish I came in with. I asked if she could shape my nails into more of an almond or oval shape, as they were just rounded off square. She totally did! She really did an amazing job on my nails! I was very impressed... especially because I paid less than my usual lady charges... only $40! While I was in there, a few people came in for pedicures and another manicure. In fact, the manicure came in about 10 minutes before closing, and they happily took her in without hesitation. I think I might have a new nail place! I was very impressed with everyone in there and although I didn't get any names (I was kinda in my head about a bunch of things and sadly, I can't remember the lady who did my nails' name, even though I did ask her and I think I remember it, I just don't want to get it wrong on here) I will definitely be going back soon! read more

I had an amazing experience getting my nails done. The attention to detail and time put into the nails really shows. The design was gorgeous and all creative on the woman who helped me (Jennifer') 's part. She shaped the nails beautifully, made sure there was no acrylic powder underneath my nails, and shaved them down very well so they weren't bulky. I needed a pedicure but wasn't sure where to go. I checked out the yelp pictures and was impressed with their work. It's been a while since I've left a yelp review but wanted to make sure I left Linda a great one. She accommodated me as a walk-in before closing. Took my request to use the "healthy" nail polish I brought. And did an amazing job at the shape of my nails and did it super quick too! I cringe when the shape is crooked, but not with Linda. I really didn't want to leave such a negative review but I want others to be aware. The technician was quick to criticize how terrible my nails looked and asked who did them. I know they look terrible and that's why I was looking for a good shop and this was my third shop. The technician kept bragging about how great she is and that everyone comes to her to fix their nails. Well, if that's the quality people are okay with then okay but I ran quickly from this shop. Also, I was up charged under the guise of "back-filling to fix the terrible job". I paid it and just went my merry way as I will not go back to this shop. I did however find the best shop ever and the silver lining is that if I didn't have this negative experience, I would have never found my forever technician at another shop. read more

They openly communicated when they would be able to take us in, accommodated for seating, and we all left with amazing nail work. I tried iBeauty for the first time last night and was very impressed. It is right by my house, so very convenient! Typically I go to Aqua Nails across the way, but I am never thrilled with their work. iBeauty was a breath of fresh air. The interior is small, but clean, inviting, and well-decorated. Hung did my nails and I got a Full-Set w/gel polish. He was thorough, gentle, and did great work. Overall, it took about 65-70 minutes to get my nails done, which I am pleased with. The total cost was $45 - fairly reasonable. I will definitely be back in the near future and look forward to trying my favorite service - a pedicure. read more

I came in for a basic pedicure. The massage was nice but when he was filing and scrubbing and cleaning, we had some issues. He dropped the sponge and a tool a few times and just picked it up and kept using it. He poked my toe and now its getting an Infection on it. I don't think the cleaning process is the best for a nail salon. I should have stopped as soon as he dropped the first item and picked it up without cleaning it. Now I'm paying the price. read more

IBeauty Nails and Spa is located in the Savemart shopping center next to Hungry Bear Cookies. This was my first time going to iBeauty as my go-to person in Fresno was booked for the day. I called iBeauty and got in right away. Got a gel pedicure. Nancy worked on me and she was SO thorough. She really took her time with cuticle removals and it didn't feel like she rushed the process at all (like it is at most nail salons). Excellent price point for the amazing work she did. I went to go pay at the end with card and was expecting to just write my tip on the receipt. Unfortunately, he had already ran it and said I wasn't able to add the tip. I felt awful and the man who ran my card just smiled and told me to get it next time. All in all: excellent value, good people, fantastic work. read more

Do to the rating of this nail salon, I tried them. I would not have if I had known they do not listen. Three times I told them I want a light pale color on my nails. I had been at 2 very popular nail salons, that I have been going to for years, and my nail beds were damaged. So I wanted simple and pale. I gave them the color I wanted, to 2 different people and then the second one pointed to a bright pink on his station. I said no and gave him the color choice again. We had decided on dip as it has vitamins in it he says. So it is hard to tell what color the dip is until finished. My nails look like a lavender Easter eggs. Not the color I showed them 3 times. The male technician on this past Saturday thought he would be good and honest but was not. 1. He caused injury to my cuticles by using an abrasive electronic emery sand paper. I did tell him that hurst and feels like he was burning my cuticles he overed looked his behavior. I went home to apply lidocaine gel and antibiotic ointment and nail beds still hurt. 2. Male tech took my nail polish off very easy and when it came time to pay my card was swiped surprisingly $5 stole/overcharge from me. I did communicate with the male Asian tech that was not gel polish twice. I also gave a good tip on top of my money being stolen from me 3. I asked what is the charge the guy said gel polish was removed which was a lie I shared with him before he touched my hands I had regular had regular nail polish on top of acrylic.. The lady shared they willy charge $60 not $65 . i checked my bank and saw the payment was not reverse. I called them to let them know their is a problem and no one called back In December last year I witness a girl who parent came back into the shop complain that the tech placed her nails on crooked and now believe her now. I think he deliberately hurt my nail beds . Lie cheat and stealing and causing pain to customers in these Asians shops must stop. Please avoid going to this shop. read more

The elderly lady that gave me a pedicure and manicure was sweet, but I don't recommend them if you want a well done paint job. They couldn't do the most simple design that I wanted which was pretty much half glitter on top of solid colors. My little nephew could have done a better job and my nails smelled like nasty wet rags afterwards. read more
