I can't believe it's been 6 years! So wild! But I'm still getting my Brazilian Wax done religiously every 4 weeks and I enjoy my experience every time. Ambiance is always fun and chill, never dull! I know it can seem like such an uncomfortable service, which it can be, but Kristal knows what she's doing and has experience which is why I have felt comfortable going back for 6 years. She is very sweet and gentle through the process, yet knowledgeable and efficient. I was able to get my full Brazilian in just under 30 minutes and it was essentially painless. Krystal Clear Skin is AMAZING! I had my first visit with Krystal today and received a Brazilian wax. This was the second one I've had in my life, the first was several years ago. I've been going to Krystal for a while now, and I've never had an unpleasant experience with her. She makes you feel comfortable immediately which, considering the discomfort you might feel going to get a wax, is SO important. She's quick and efficient and I have never left disappointed in her work. Love how she's handling the Covid protocols. Masks are necessary and she has you text before you come in to make sure another client isn't in. She has an area for you to put your clothes and a wipe you can use before your wax. I decided to give Krystal a try because of all the amazing Yelp reviews. I am so glad that I did. I got my arms waxed and in that short time I felt like we really got to know each other. She is super chill, friendly and talkative. I felt so comfortable. After she was done she had me look at my own arms to make sure they were to my satisfaction. She said she would rather me tell her now and fix it then for me to get home and be unhappy with the service. I had 2 very small areas I wanted her to go over and she did so without a complaint. I probably seemed a bit picky but she did it without making me feel that way. She did a test patch on me to see if I was ready for a Brazilian, but unfortunately my hair was too short. I am so happy that she was honest with me and told me I needed to wait instead of just doing it, and then going over and over again (like I'm sure some places would just to make the money). I made my next appointment for a Brazilian and underarm waxing. I mean, why would you go through all that shaving just to have the hair come back really fast? I am excited because that small test patch showed me that because of how fast she is, it's not going to hurt as much as I thought. Side note: I've had one done by another company and the pain was horrendous!!! So, I'm glad I found someone I'll willing to try it with again. read more
