I also learned that special orders can be made for Eminence and Image products, as well as Nairian, which is another product brand, but from Armenia. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The office stayed in contact with me, arranged a very convenient pre-procedure phone appointment, and coordinated my surgery date. When I arrived, everything went seamlessly. Cosmetic procedures are not inexpensive, and this was the most money I have ever spent on myself. I can honestly say it was also the best money I have ever spent. Until you go through a procedure like this, you may not realize how much happens behind the scenes for just one patient. I had an entire team--including Christine, Priscilla, Gabby, and Teresa--and every one of them played an important role. They worked together in complete unison and were professional, caring, and helpful throughout the entire process. I was prepared, positioned, numbed, and carefully guided through each step before Dr. Behr took over and performed the procedure. She was amazing. Although I am only three days into my recovery, I am already very happy with my results. I was also impressed by how fairly the practice treats its patients financially. My consultation fee was only $50, while many practices charge $100 to $150. That immediately told me they were not trying to take advantage of patients from the beginning. I had also seen that some practices charge an additional $100 to $150 for the required post-surgery compression garment. Dr. Behr's office provided mine at no additional charge. That may seem like a small detail, but it meant a great deal to me because it showed that they were not going to nickel-and-dime me throughout the process. The practice also offers several helpful ways to communicate and save money. I joined the Behr Club, which saved me a significant amount on my procedure. They also helped me sign up for Allē--the app with the halo--which allows patients to earn rewards and save money on certain treatments and products at participating providers. Be sure to ask about both programs. Because I live in Sacramento and cannot always drive to Fresno, the Allē program will be especially valuable to me. I had researched and visited practices in Sacramento but never felt completely comfortable with any of them. While working on assignment in Fresno, I contacted Dr. Behr's office, and I immediately knew I had found the right place. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kathleen Behr and her wonderful staff to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure. They offer an extensive range of services, treat their patients with genuine care, and work together as an exceptional team. Follow up~ I have called the office several times now to…read morespeak with Dr. Behr regarding her response to my Google review. After speaking with different staff members, I was told that she does not take calls. I left messages requesting a call back, but still have not heard from her. I remain willing to discuss a resolution directly with her. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience, I feel it is important to warn others before they spend thousands of dollars here. I paid a $250 deposit and an additional $3,575, for a total of $3,825, for filler and Botox treatments performed by Dr. Desai. From the very first follow-up appointment, I repeatedly told the medical assistant that I was unhappy with my results. At every appointment, I explained that I had developed small bumps underneath my eyes, that my marionette lines were not improving and continued to show bumps, and that I was disappointed with how everything was turning out. Dr. Desai also injected my nasolabial folds, yet those lines are still visible. Despite repeatedly expressing my concerns, I felt they were dismissed instead of being taken seriously. During my appointments, Dr. Desai told me that the Botox she had recommended interfered with the fillers. That statement left me questioning why that treatment plan had been recommended in the first place. If I was being told that one treatment interfered with another, why would I feel comfortable proceeding with additional procedures? At that point, my confidence in the treatment plan had been significantly diminished. I have allowed adequate time for the treatment to settle and for any improvement to occur. Given the number of injections I received and the significant financial investment I made, the outcome does not reflect the scope of the treatment. After allowing adequate time, I met with Dr. Behr to discuss my concerns. During that visit, she recommended performing additional treatment. However, I did not feel comfortable proceeding with more procedures because of the concerns I already had, including being told that the Botox recommended by Dr. Desai interfered with the fillers. I wanted my concerns addressed and understood before considering any additional treatments. During that same process, I asked Dr. Behr to review and compare my before-and-after photos because my results looked nothing like the photos I had been shown or expected. Dr. Behr refused to look at my photos or compare them. It was after this that the medical assistant made the statement that "everyone in the Central Valley knows that it doesn't last," which was extremely concerning to me given the amount of money I had invested. I also asked the office manager, Kristy, for a copy of the documentation showing my concerns from each of my visits. Kristy stated that she would send those records to me through email. To this day, I have never received the documentation she said she would provide. The documents that were provided to me did not include any statements or notes showing that I had expressed my concerns during my visits. I did everything I could to give the office an opportunity to address my concerns. Instead of feeling heard, I felt dismissed. After spending $3,825, I expected professional care, honest communication, and accountability when I expressed that I was unhappy with my results. Because of my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before investing a significant amount of money. I am requesting a full refund of the $3,825 I paid. Given my experience, the concerns I raised throughout the process, and the outcome I received, I believe a full refund is warranted because of the results did not reflect the expectations and information that were discussed prior to treatment.

Ok, I'm thinking, maybe an emergency, you never know, let's give the benefit of the doubt. She answers the phone and walks out of the room. She comes back we get back to the treatment, another phone call, then a third. She takes the calls each time and walks out of the room. A man comes into an adjacent space next to ours and his phone is dinging as well. Now, that is not the salon's problem, but after the fifth interruption to what is supposed to be calm and relaxing, it's anything but calm and relaxing. The package is supposed to come with a shoulder and arm massage. I didn't get that. All in all, not what I expected or paid for.

Alyssa is the best!!! I'd been looking for someone who does vivid colors and found her instagram and her work is amazing! We did a consultation first (through messaging) and talked about the state of my hair, my history, and what my goals were. She looked through my pictures and talked me through what our plan of action would be based on all of the info I gave her, and I thought everything sounded great so she booked my spot. The salon is super cute and chic and although I've only gone to Alyssa all the other girls seem super sweet too. Some stopped by to see how my hair was going and chat about it and I was super excited so I was talking to everyone who wanted to listen haha. As for color I wanted to do a sort of orangey red fall inspired situation while keeping my roots close to my natural color (much more low maintenance and looks super cute too) and I wanted to cut some length off as my hair had gotten a little out of control during quarantine and I wanted to add a few layers as well. We actually split my appointment over two days because I have a TON of hair and it had a whole bunch of stuff in it (one of them being black box dye, oops) so it was going to be a bit of a process, and good hair takes time!! On the first day she did a quick rough cut because I haven't had one in a while and my ends were super dead, and then she did the foils. The next day she did the color and the rest of the haircut. The results absolutely exceeded my expectations!!! Before I left I spent a decent amount of time just looking at myself in the mirror because of how good my hair looked haha. Even though my hair went through a whole lot to get to that color it was somehow still super soft which was also amazing. She also went through what products she recommended to keep my color vibrant and help keep my hair soft and healthy. I've been using her recommended shampoo and conditioner and I think it definitely makes a difference in how my hair feels and how long the color lasts, so definitely ask for product recs and tips!! I've gotten my color refreshed once since getting it done the first time and it was still super vibrant when I came to get it refreshed. I definitely recommend seeing Alyssa especially if you want to do some fun colors, you absolutely will not be disappointed!! I don't know what I'm going to do if I ever move out of Fresno haha. Jasmine gave me a complimentary consultation 2 months before, giving me fantastic practical advice on how certain styles would or would not work me or in the photos for the wedding. I moved from San Francisco Bay and new to the area. I stumbled upon their Instagram acct. All pictures posted where a dream and was intrigued to try it my self! OHHH MY HAIR!! I was in disbelief when I felt and saw my results. My hair had come to life! Must I mention in SF I paid $300+ for hair so I'm used to great service and quality work. I must start off by saying I love how modern and chic this salon is. The decorations are absolutely adorable! It makes you feel right at home. I scheduled an appointment with Morgan. She's absolutely amazing at balayage styles, and the colors she does are so beautiful. I had dyed my hair blonde a couple years ago - not by Morgan - and I just let it grow out. My roots were so bad, and the blend was absolutely awful - it looked so choppy and my hair was dead! But Morgan worked her magic and fixed it. My hair is definitely a work in progress, but I trust Morgan with it. Currently my hair is now a perfect blend of brown, with silver tips - just what I wanted. She also did an amazing job with the cut, my hair doesn't look nor feel dead anymore. LaDama is an amazing salon! The atmosphere is welcoming yet modern and comfy. When I entered I was greeted and offered a beverage to enjoy during my appointment. Jessika took the time to find out what I really wanted with my color. She recommended a color combo that would not only look amazing, but not damage my hair. As we went brought the color process she explained the benefits and what each step was doing. The color turned out amazing and the cut knocked it out of the park!!! I was on the fence about making a change, and she showed me some pictures and talked about the options. After months of me not liking my hair and it being like a billion different colors, I decided to finally get it done and take a chance on La Dama. First of of all, the interior is so cute! Water color accent wall, beautiful portraits of strong women(ask about the one that doesn't look so familiar), and an adorable little snack and coffee station. I had to spend my whole morning there, about 5 hours, and every soul who works there is wonderful. They made me feel welcome and a part of their little family. Jessika did an absolutely stunning job with my hair. I love the cut and color, and it feels like less of a chore to style my hair now that it looks so good. I even walked out with products that would prolong the color and keep styling simple, which are all available to purchase at the salon. I got an appointment online/through text and was booked with Stacie. She promptly called and asked what I wanted, and we continued the conversation via text until the appointment. I am so glad I got my hair cut by Stacie! I had long, very dry hair that I wanted cut off into a cute lob. Stacie washed my hair and then cut it and styled it--it was so cute! She was very friendly and attentive, and she really listened to what I wanted, with frequent check-ins. The process took a little under an hour, and for all the hair I had cut off, I think that's reasonable! I was really happy with the cut and with Stacie's service. As soon as I entered I was greeted and asked if I would like something to drink. Also someone was going around to all the clients offering cookies, that was such a nice touch! I was looking for a new hair stylist and luckily found Morgan Powell at La Dama Salon. She is amazing and took her time making my hair perfect and exactly how I wanted it! I came in with hair that has never been colored before and showed her a picture of how I wanted it. She did it even better than the picture and my hair still looks healthy and shiny. Jessika is my go-to hair stylist, she does amazing hair and always listens to the client. I travel several hours just to see her so she can do her magic on this head. She is always on trend, she even attends seminars and classes so she can stay up-to-date with all the new techniques. Jessika is THE BEST! Jess has been doing my hair since about 2009 and in all of that time, she has always given me the best results. I have been struggling for years to find a hairstylist that would give my hair the best color quality. Alyssa is amazing!!!! She definitely cares about what her clients are looking for in hair color. She will ask several questions to get a better understanding of what her clients are truly looking for. She also educated me on my own hair that no other hairstylist has done for me before. I was taking care of my hair completely wrong before I started going to Alyssa. My hair is so much healthier since I started going to Alyssa. I have been going to La Dama since it opened, and it has been an amazing experience every time I walk through their doors. My whole family gets their hair done here! Each stylist is consistent and super talented. They do everything they can to make your hair dreams come true while maintaining the integrity of your hair. I have never been happier with my hair. I love coming to La Dama Salon. The first thing I noticed was that there are framed pictures of amazing women on the walls. I asked my stylist if there was meaning behind the decor. She said the owner wanted to display pictures of women who inspire her. I am inspired to be better every time I go in. I love my stylist, Amanda. She always treats me with respect and I love how she styles my hair. My color is long lasting and I love that she tells me what she puts in my hair and how to curl it like she does. Amazing service by Alyssa!! She always completely understands what I want and goes above and beyond for my hair. Every visit I fall more and more in love with my hair and she is a very talented artist in her profession truly. If you want to do something rihht you will take your hair to her so she can completely bless your scalp and give u the confidence in your hair you might not have had ( she did this for me) . Honestly, my hair was severely damaged when I went in. It had been almost a year since I had hsd it treated, trimmed, or even cut. I never thought it could bounce back and feel (or look) healthy again! I went and saw Holly Hepworth and she worked a miracle I tell you! She did a deep condition treatment, a rinse, a trim, and blew it out. It hasn't felt so healthy in ages and I am beyond happy with how it looks. Not to mention the small talk and conversations are AMAZING! I love talking to her and its just a great environment to feel calm and relax. Very polite. read more

La Dama Salon is the cutest! Walking in you're promptly greeted by one of the stylists nearby. Many of these lovely ladies have worked together for many years. Jessika, the owner, has been my stylist for about 14 years now. She has always given me great service and has very good communication if her schedule is running behind. Because, let's face it, IT HAPPENS! Best yet... they're working on creating a larger more beautiful space to pamper you for years to come! I can't speak highly enough of this salon.
