Sad to say I had a horrible experience at this salon beware of their color policies. As a new resident to the area I chose the salon based on reviews looking for a great colorist. Hair colored as a root touchup December 14. Today is Jan 2nd color is completely diminished out of my hair. I was told they have a one week policy for hair Color touchup only after I called, she said usually people complain after only one week I told her with the holiday I was traveling from the East Coast and had no option, but to call when I returned not wanting a free service however, just wanting them to make it right you would think as a new client they would be eager to gain new business. I had surgery so was not able to shampoo or style my hair. I booked an appointment last minute and was able to get someone. The salon is located in old town Clovis, which gives it a charming vibe. The use good quality hair products and that is a plus. The stylist was nice and polite, however, my blowout didn't last at all. By night time I had no style and it was my birthday. I have had many blowouts that last days this one not even one day. Prices are not cheap and supposedly I had a master hairstylist. read more

I had an appointment that I set up a babysitter for to be gone for quite a few hours. They call me about an hour and a half before my appointment right as I'm about to drive 40 minutes to get there to cancel. Horrible customer service they asked when I want to reschedule but why would I trust them again? They should have said sorry for the inconvenience I'll give you a $30 credit or something... there's a million salons it's just a hassle for me to get a babysitter and get time to actually get my hair done They told me the stylist was ill on Friday so why didn't they call me on Friday one day before? And also like I said why not offer any type of credit? If a customer cancelled within an hour we would get charged a cancellation fee? Poor customer service read more

So happy I found this salon and Lindsey. I have been to see her three times now and I can honestly say I have been happy every time. The salon is very cute and peaceful, try the Aveda tea it is wonderful, customer service is awesome, really couldn't ask for more. Aveda color is not as strong as some other brands and is more natural looking which is what I love about it but just know that going in. Lindsey works with my budget doing maintenance things between the bigger color appointments which is comforting.
