She was so clear and thorough in her directions on what I needed to do to get ready as well as what she was doing to my skin/face. Not only did I decide to take my business else where, I was charged without my knowledge or authorization. No where in my email appointment confirmation did it state I would be charged for canceling or rescheduling. We've been going there for about 2 years and only recently the customer service has become horrible. The gal who answered the phone put me on hold and after I waited about 5 minutes she hung up on me. When I called back, instead of apologizing, she told me it hadn't happened. Extremely rude. Knowing I had to give a 30 day notice, I cancelled our membership in July but I am still being billed! The last time I called I was told not to worry that August would be our last payment.... I just got my cc bill and there's a charge for September. I am so tired of dealing with these people. My advice is watch your Groupons and shop around. She does offer the products there which are an investment but they last a LONG time & they work. She's not pushy or sales-y at all. I see her as much as I can but her schedule gets booked up fast so try to keep your appointments with her! Do keep in mind that it is an open spa so yes you will see & hear other people. I don't mind it. The atmosphere is so relaxed that you'll forget there's anyone there. It's so relaxed that I can hear people snoring because they've fallen asleep. I've snored a few times. I have been trying to find something that would de-stress my mom. She is the primary caregiver for my dad who has had long-time health issues that are always dramatic. I took her to another place in Fresno recently for a facial, and she received a 50 minute long sales pitch--not relaxing. I asked the nice woman who booked my mom's and my facials how important it was that she relax. Bekah Flores did an AMAZING job!! She gave a fantastic facial with a hand, neck and scalp massage. March 28, 2014 I just went to FACELOGIC spa in Clovis. I had the worst experience ever!!! I called and set up an appointment, Nikki was to do my facial. I was excited because I have a very important reception for the next evening. You know how your faces turns red after a deep cleansing facial. So when I arrived Nikki was not available strike one, I then was assigned to Elisa (?) she was not interested in helping me and lacked customer service skills. I asked some basic questions concerning the treatment but she seemed resentful. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, I went to change then she came to my door telling me, I had not enough time to do a complete facial. She then added "I can do an express treatment, I have a client coming at right after you." This was at least an hour long treatment. Finally I decided to go ahead and do the express treatment but Elisa then stated that she was not comfortable helping me with the facial at all. I was in shock, dismayed and could not believe my ears. I never have been treated like this before. I am a professional with two PH D's and expect normal customer service. NOT AT FACELOGIC! Things escalated even more when Ashley would not allow me to speak with the manager, this was clearly beyond her ability to handle the situation in a professional manner. To add to the drama, Ashley threatened TO CALL THE POLICE which of course was not only ridiculous but extremely juvenile. They are not even deserving of one star. I have been a customer of this jewel for over a year. The service has always been super over here...this place is very cool, clean, quiet, and smells great!! I usually end up falling asleep during my treatments and wake up feeling totally refreshed and invigorated! They went through a change of ownership and got a new computer system, so I also had to complete paperwork all over again because I wasn't in their new system...I didn't mind..I am sure that they had to go through some some growing pains, but they seem to have transitioned over.well and the changes have been very seamless...they maintain a profile on you and try to set you up with the same lady so that your needs are met without having to have another esthetician getting to know you all over again. They have great product lines and are very knowledgeable about those products. There is never any pressure to buy anything, but they give you advice and product suggestions based on what they see your needs are when doing your treatment. I'm pretty disappointed with their services lately. I've been going there for years for brow wax and the occasional facial. They normally fit me right in, I have a great experience, I come home feeling relaxed. But that hasn't been the case my last 2 appointments. Today I called at 9:10am to see if they could get me in for a brow wax. The receptionist tells me they have a few appointments later in the afternoon starting at 2:30pm. I ask to take the 2:30, she books it and says "We'll see you at 2:30". So since I'm a new mom, I call a family member to come over to watch my new baby so I can have a little "me time" and go to my appt. I show up 5 mins before my appt. 3 women are standing around. I fill out new paperwork because Ithey just got a new system and I'm not in there. The lady comes out and asks me "what time was your appt for" I say "2:30". She goes back to the back, a couple minutes later comes out and explains to me that she remembers talking to me, but never booked my appt. She said they don't have any esthetician available until Sunday... today is Thursday. A brow wax takes 10 mins, I don't understand why, since it was their error, they couldn't squeeze me in, or ask me to come back later in the day, but to wait until Sunday. That's super frustrating. I understand mistakes happen, but good customer service is important, and there are several other places nearby that do a great brow wax. So instead, I walked 5 stores down and had Vina Nails wax my brows. They did a great job and I was in and out! So if you're going to go there and make an appointment, maybe make triple sure the appt is actually booked. Good luck! read more
