40th Birthday Girls Spa Day- Upon arriving we were greeted by the lovely ladies at the front desk. They were sweet and helpful with getting us checked in. We then ventured to meet Maddie in the waiting/lounge area. She was as AMAZING! Not only was she helpful with answering all of our questions, but really made our private lounge experience phenomenal! She made sure our decorations were all ready, our food was served, and any needs were met as we enjoyed our experience! The waiting/lounge area was relaxing and comfortable. It was nice to sit in a welcoming environment while waiting for our facials. It was stocked with anything and everything a lady could need like fresh water, restroom essentials, and a calming relaxing space. My facial was done by Tirzah. She was so knowledgeable about my skin and walked me through my service. She did such a wonderful job! We booked the private lounge area and were able to decorate for our birthday girl. Maddie brought in our food , in which we preordered from Piazza Del Pane. It was delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful time! I have gone to Muses multiple times over the years and I recommend this spa to everyone; it has always been a great experience. Unfortunately my last two attempts have been less than ideal. My husband booked a 60 Minute Hand & Foot Reflexology massage for me on my birthday in January. I received multiple emails confirming date, time, etc. The day before my appointment I got a call but I was at work and missed it, I called the number back (no message was left). I was put on hold for over 10 minutes so I simply hung up. I showed up the next day and was informed that my appointment had been switched to a later time, and wasn't given a reason why. Due to birthday plans I was not able to do the later time so I rescheduled for March 31st (and they were going to honor the issue with 15% off). Fast forward to Friday, March 27th and I had not received any of the normal emails so I called. They said they had me on the schedule for a 60 Minute Swedish Massage and when I said it was for the Hand & Foot Reflexology, the lady asked to put me on hold. She came back and said they no longer offer that service for 60 minutes "because it hurts the hands of the massage therapist," but they can do a 30 Minute Swedish and 30 Minute Reflexology as an add-on. Ultimately I ended up canceling my appointment, I am very disappointed in the mismanaged appointments and lack of communication with changes, especially when you are stating a change in service. Like I stated earlier, I use to highly recommend this spa but unfortunately that is not the case anymore. read more

I had the classic package. A 60 minute massage, a European facial and a spa pedicure. The whole experience was a little over 3 hours. They ask you to arrive 15 minutes early, but honestly, do yourself a favor and arrive even earlier. The waiting room is on the small side but there are some comfy spots to sit and read a book. They offer you a glass of champagne, wine or mimosa when you arrive. They also have lemon and cucumber water and hot tea available. I haven't used the sauna but was informed that many arrive early to sit in the sauna to relax their muscles before a massage. The massage and facial were both very relaxing. The pedicure however was amazing. I'm certain people go to Pam just for the foot and calf massage that comes with the pedicure. She did mention that she has several clients that come in 2 hours early (for a pedicure/manicure) to change into a robe, sit and relax. Overall, it is on the pricier side but the experience definitely feels elevated. They have a shower available as well. read more

Decided to book massages for myself and a friend to start off the year. Upon entering we were promptly greeted and escorted back. We were given robes and slippers and offered beverages. The facility itself is clean, inviting and relaxing. You can wait in their lounge area or use the sauna beforehand (which we did). They also have showers. When I first came here, I came with friends and booked the cryotherapy as well as red light therapy. I really liked cryotherapy because they let you pick a song for while you're in there and naturally I choose Let it Go from Frozen lol. The red light therapy was fine but I wouldn't do it again. It wasn't comfortable and I have other ways of accessing something similar. My friends and I enjoyed the lounge where we had tea, coffee and water at our disposal. There is also sauna and massage chairs available to use if you've booked a service! It was so comfortable! The bathrooms also have showers and toiletries if you need anything too. And there's lockers for your stuff. I got a massage yesterday with Robert for my birthday and it was great. He listened to what I asked for and checked in along the way. It was very relaxing. The worst experience I have ever received. I have gone to muses for spa days multiple times. Twice in one month for the second highest package and the second time I went, I received the worst experience ever. I do not write bad reviews, I simply just don't go back to the place of business. However this experience deserves a review. That's how bad it was. The message therapist does not know how to massage, apparently she is new and Jasmine at the front desk who acted as the manager simply needs training on professionalism and service. My mom and I came here for massages and were absolutely blown away with how amazing our experience was. Everything from the kindness and hospitality of the staff to the treats, complimentary mimosas, relaxation room and our massages was phenomenal. We felt like royalty. My mom had a 90-min Swedish and I had a 90-min Swedish with cupping. My massage therapist, Tinesha, poured her heart and soul into it and truly made it the most relaxing, healing experience for me. My mom's therapist, Francine, also made a great impression on her. We highly recommend them both! I brought my fiancé to Muses Day Spa to celebrate his birthday with his first real massage, and it was my first time visiting this spa. From the moment we walked in, the experience felt special. We booked the 60-minute couples massage, and everything from check-in to the end of our service was seamless. After signing in, we were each taken to our respective locker rooms. The women's locker room is very nice, well-stocked with amenities, clean, and thoughtfully designed. There's even a separate lounge area connected to it if you want a quiet space to unwind before your treatment. Once we changed into robes and slippers, we reunited in the couples lounge. I highly recommend arriving 30 to 45 minutes early so you have time to enjoy the full experience. We were each offered a complimentary glass of champagne or wine (I had a mimosa), and then we relaxed in the sauna and used the massage chairs, which was such a nice way to decompress before the massage. When it was time, we were guided to our private massage room by our massage therapists, Larissa and Jessica. I was paired with Larissa, and she was wonderful. I requested soft pressure and it was perfect and consistent the entire time. I had mentioned a specific injury spot, and she was mindful of the area and worked around it gently. I appreciated that she took it seriously and adjusted her technique without having to be reminded. My fiancé had Jessica and said she was amazing--he left feeling relaxed, cared for, and completely recharged. The massage room itself was peaceful, dimly lit, and enhanced with subtle aromatherapy that added to the overall relaxation. Every detail felt intentional and elevated. This is definitely a luxury spa experience--not inexpensive, but absolutely worth it for special occasions or when you want to treat yourself or a loved one. He was able to mix Swedish and deep tissue techniques that was more flowing in releasing my knots instead of other massages I've had where the therapist pushes really hard and stays in the same spot until it's really painful. I used to love this place. Until I didn't get what I paid for, spoke with the manager, and she completely neglected me as a client. I very kindly brought the issue up to her, and it was a very black and white situation. But she gaslit me, didn't respect me in that conversation, or help whatsoever. Super disappointing because we love the atmosphere of the place. Services usually were great. But it was a horrible experience last time where I spent a lot of money to not get what i asked for, then having the convo with the manager who didn't help it. It could've been a simple fix but nope. Had a massage with Francine. It was great and pressure was nice. I gave the spa 4 out of 5 because the lounge room felt crowded and there is only 1 shower with only a curtain. I spent an hour there and the whole time there was a line for the shower. That made it feel less "customized" for a lounge-at-your speed vibe and not as relaxed as desirable for amount of people in/out of the lounge room. I'd definitely come back though! I have been a loyal customer coming here for around 4 years and always tip very well at least 40% regardless of the how the service was. Last week I had to cancel my appointment due to food poisoning and called twice the morning of to notify them. I came in today for my rescheduled appointment and they informed me before I could get my service done I would have to pay a "no show" fee of $144 before getting my service. I told them no that I did call and they reduced it to a 50% charge but still required the payment. After years of consistently coming here every month with only a few cancelations ever this felt completely unprofessional. How a buisness chooses to treat a long-time client says a lot. Deep tissue massage was not deep tissue at all. Literally paid $200 for someone to rub oil on my back. The atmosphere was relaxing and the mimosas were yummy. The sauna was okay. The masseuse seemed scared to put any pressure during the massage. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. read more
