This review is for the nees and first location I am not sure if the location on the Yelp page is a second one or what. I've gone here on and off for several years. I only come for the foot massages which are currently $40 for one hour. Of course the pressure depends on who you get. The massage has changed slightly over time. It used to be full body for the last 5-10 minutes and now it's not, if that matters to you. Your feet are put in warm water and they have several foot stations where you lay down, there are also rooms for those wanting a full body massage. I personally don't like the type of full body massages given here. But I do love their foot massages and they do a great job using the full hour for the massage. They fail to let you know if you do not pay cash it's a 3% charge on your card. If this was more transparent it would not have bothered me. I didn't see a sign and wasn't told this until it was time to pay and I felt it wasn't an honest business practice. I was greeted right away and was impressed with the covid precautions they were taking and felt extremely comfortable and safe right off the bat. They have you identify your problem areas and what kind of pressure you would like. My masseuse Sonia was AMAZING! She applied the perfect amount of pressure and hit all my problem areas thoroughly. You can tell she really knows what she is doing and enjoys what she does. She was extremely professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. I will be honest, I am grateful she was able to squeeze me in and do a walk in. I was actually excited since I hadn't gotten a massage in a long time. I did ask for my feet to be worked on more than the other areas and I did not really enjoy that I was ignored verbally even when expressing concern for my pain with my feet, as well as it was circled in the chart. What is the point in circling the target areas if those areas aren't worked on better? I left feeling underwhelmed and my feet did not get the treatment it needed or deserved. Booked a 90 minute massage with Judy today. I just got back from a roadtrip and had a sharp pain in my scapula and lower back. During our initial meeting, Judy asked several questions to better understand my discomfort. She even had an interactive online tool that allowed me to show her exactly where the pain was located. I've been getting massages semi-regularly for the past 25 years, so I have lots of experiences to compare. First, Judy was professional, her space was clean, and inviting. From the moment she started working on me, I could tell she was very knowledgeable of the human body and where to apply pressure. I checked in electronically and didn't have to wait at all to be taken back. The massage itself was excellent. I asked for medium pressure and that is exactly what I got. My lower back is a bit sensitive due to my muscle tension and the therapist adjusted her pressure when I requested it. I was pleasantly surprised that my 1-hour massage concluded with hot stones, something I had never had before. They were great! Afterward, the man at the checkout greeted me once again, and gave me a cup of water. The woman who had given me a massage was also there to say goodbye. I felt like a million bucks.
