I'm currently 7 months pregnant and had sore feet, so I tried this place for a 30-minute foot massage. I called ahead for the 30-minute foot massage and they were able to fit me in, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't great. The front desk lady was nice and was also my masseuse. She lie me down and started with my temples and shoulders instead of my feet which I thought was weird, but it was my first time there so I went along with it. The room was humid, the water temp was hot, and her massage technique felt rushed, fast massaging, and inconsistent. It started with loud talking back and forth between her and another masseuse, the phone kept ringing, and she even left the room mid-session to answer it. Turned out she ended up giving me the 1hr body + foot massage, which I didn't request. When she realized the mistake, made me worried, and then told me there was nothing I could do and kept going. I was left concerned and uncomfortable for the next 30min. I had specifically asked for a foot massage, but the pressure was focused on the tops of my feet, not the soles where I needed relief. When I told her "lighter", she acknowledged it but continued with the same pressure. When the session ended, she left the room immediately without offering assistance. Being 7 months pregnant, I had to roll to my side, carefully sit up and slowly help myself off the high bed to grab and put on my socks and shoes, which was a bit disappointing. At the end, I was charged for the full hour. When I didn't leave a tip, she asked why, and I told her the experience wasn't good and I wouldn't be returning. On my long drive home in this heat and traffic, she texted me--after tracking down my number--to apologize and offered a $10 refund, but asked for my credit card info to do it and sent me 2 pictures. My phone dinged after another, she kept messaging, asking why I was dissatisfied. This is the reason why I was dissatisfied. Overall, I left more uncomfortable than when I arrived. The experience was unsettling, especially receiving anonymous texts afterward asking for my credit card information. I would not recommend this place, particularly for pregnant clients looking for safe, thoughtful care and focused relief. read more

Communication is key, don't be shy to speak up! But realize if it hurts it's most likely because your body needs it so don't be coming in complaining. Highly recommend this spot! I have tried giving this place multiple tries to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time fell short. My final chance with this place was the nail in the coffin for me. I was paying for the massage with a gift card I was given. I gave the massage therapist the gift card and she slowly looked back up at me staring. I asked if there was an extra step I needed to do when paying with a gift card then proceeded to stick her hand out and say "TIP, TIP, TIP!" I was going to tip anyway so that wasn't the problem but the approach was weird and uncomfortable. After I handed her the cash tip she looked back up at me and said "MORE, MORE, MORE!" Man. There was a lot wrong with my massage, I asked for medium to hard pressure, but there was no change when I asked for harder pressure... But!! the thing that takes the cake is that I got bed bugs from here. I am not making this up, I am not a bitter client. I went to a doctor the next day and told them what happened, told them every other possibility it could be and the doc said based on the pattern on having it on both sides of my back and it being within one day it was most definitely the massage place. Saturday, 5/14/2022 - Took my lovely mama to "H Massage" for a massage for a late Mother's Day gift. Address is 2141 Shaw Ave, Clovis, CA 93611. Located in a small shopping plaza at the corner. Upon arrival: Pros: 1) lots of parking. 2) when you enter, it's really small. There's really no room to wait inside. 3) after you check in, best if you wait outside till they call you in. Or walk in one at a time to check in. 4) the man at the front desk was very nice. 5) they have little rooms in the back. 6) I got the $30.00, 30 min foot massage. The masseuse I got was pretty good. Her name was Sunny. She did good on my feet massage. 7) Cons: 1) my mom and other person didn't have a good experience with their masseuse. Their masseuse didn't massage hard enough. They said it felt like soft touches only. They were disappointed. 2) I paid for 30 mins massage. I only got 25 minutes. 3) there was no water offered. 4) my room was small. 5) no table to set my stuff down. But there was a hanger. Conclusion: Not too bad massage. I liked my masseuse. LOVED my massage here! My husband and I get massages pretty regularly at different locations throughout Clovis and Fresno in addition to our regular masseuse depending on what our need is. We both were feeling like we needed some instant relief and my husband told me he had been here before. My husband called and was able to get us both appointments. Though the waiting area is small (only 2 chairs) the decor is cute and nice. Please note that this establishment accepts CASH ONLY. Soft music plating in the background and the temperature of the room was comfortable. After I was disrobed and on the table, my masseuse asked me what areas I'd like to be worked on and the amount of pressure I like. She then verbalized her plan. The massage I had was GREAT and my hour seemed lengthy though it was finished on time. She really focused on my problem area with different techniques and varying amounts of pressure depending on the technique. The best part after she worked out all the kinks is the deeper relaxation that is felt when the warmth of the hot stones are applied. So nice and relaxing! Okay look, I been here 2 times before and haven't encountered a problem and tipped both times due to the good service and communication. However, this time around was the complete opposite! My masseuse asks me where I need massaging at and I tell her. She goes and massage everywhere else other than. Came out more sore then I first went in. Honestly waste of time.Not to mention, as I'm finished and putting my clothes back on, she opens the door open wide and keeps telling me she's finished with the massage. Amazing place to go. The prices are super reasonable. My friend &I went together, I got the combo &she got the full body. Amy &Alice served us and they were both so great! They have a great sense of humor especially Alice lol. We both feel so relieved and rejuvenated. I sit in an office chair for hours &my lower back pain was high, I was just a little sore after the massage but today my lower back pain is gone! Going to make this my go to place now. Please don't go here. They don't actually give you a massage. They will push around your spine with their elbow. When asked if they could use their hand they only used their palm and continue to push around. When I asked them if they could rub my back. They said no. I also asked if they could only rub my lower back when I checked in and they told me no problem, but when I got into the room the massage therapist said no and started rubbing my whole back. When I asked for the massage therapist to only rub my lower back and please stop pushing my spine because it was hurting. She said she was the massage therapist experience. It was doing it right. The lady upfront did offer me another therapist and would give me 15 minutes free. I declined because I was in more pain than when I started. I was only in the room 10-15 minutes but they charged me for the full 30 minutes. read more

This was the second time we have gone for a couple's massage. First time was awesome. Second time was just as good but what I didn't appreciate is that after paying the $150 cost we gave one of our masseuse a tip for her and the other masseuse she looked at me and my husband and gave both a dirty look. I coach wrestling and my muscles don't bounce back like they used to so I was in desperate need of a massage. She knew just where the knots were without me having to say a word.
