So we just had the craziest experience here. My husband and I called for hour massages and they got us right in. I'm my room my masseuse was fabulous. She found the knots in my shoulders and worked on them. She also did an amazing job on my lower back and worked on my pelvis. Then the weirdness started. Two workers outside of my room started arguing LOUDLY and quickly. Of course I have no idea what they were arguing about. After what seems like 10 min. It sounded like someone came out of a room and told them to stop. On goes my great massage. About 5 mins later they start up again. Just as loud. This is not conducive to a relaxing massage. I hear my masseuse open the door, go into the hallway, pause a few and comes back in and says " Noisy". I'm thinking she does not want in the middle of it. She finishes my massage in great fashion. Now comes the rest of the story. I finished first and paid for both massages. I tip well thinking my husband received the same service. But low and behold, the arguing came from his massage room. He states another employee came to his door and starts the argument just after his elderly masseuse loads his back up with a ton of oil. His masseuse then kicks open his door to be able to argue back with the other lady. My husband is laid out on the table with just the towel while they LOUDLy argue. When they stop the first time the massage continues. My husband states that the masseuse was just lightly poking at him. His masseuse then goes into the hallway again to continue the LOUD aggressive argument My husband would have stopped the massage then and there, but he didn't have anywhere to go to wait for me. So for his hour massage, he might have got about 40 minutes of light poking. This was the weirdest experience we have ever had during massages. So I'm not sure how to rate them. read more

Highly recommend Amy the masseur, she was amazing. Over the past week I have been experiencing extreme pain in my lower back. I have been seeing my chiropractor, however his masseuse has still not returned to the office. Amy is very skilled and provided the appropriate pressure. Went for a couples massage after a very long drive. I had a lot of aching and discomfort in my back and legs. I took a chance by trying someplace new. Kim was amazing! I don't get massages from anyone else so I have nothing to compare but he has been to many spas walked out of here saying that was the best massage he ever had. This was the most horrible massage I've ever had! There were people talking, cell phones going off, business phone going off, the masseuse did a horrible job as well barely putting pressure.... it was hot uncomfortable on top of all that they jacked me for 10 minuets Part II~ I came in the next day as the owner wanted to make things up to me for the first experience I had. I would honestly say this was the best massage I have had in a long time . However, she stop 3 times to answer the phone and translate for the lady next door. I didn't want my stress level to increase so I just took that time to nap. She claimed she did an extra 5 min , but no she did not . Also when I asked what happened to my feet since it was full body , she said nicely she needed to know earlier . I've been to a few places in the past and this place has been the best. I walked in and and got in right away. I loved that she offered to put on the heater because we all know it can get cold especially while laying there in just in your underwear. It made the massage more enjoyable. The hot rocks were nice, she asked if I was ok a few times and seemed to actually care unlike some other places I have been to in the past.
