We both had with female messuse, at the same time they both put our towels down half way revealing half of our behinds and you can hear a man walking and open up each door and closing it. Even when I told her I had arthritis to my lower back and I don't want her stepping on me, she stretched me and put her whole weight on my lower back. Then there was a period where she was working on my left lower leg and it just felt like she was just lightly rubbing on it as if like she's distracted on her phone or something. It was a good 5-10 minutes before I told her to move onto my feet. And whenever she put heavy pressure on me, I would tell her and she would just laugh and jokingly put super light pressure in response. I told her that if she is going to put pressure on my bones then it is going to hurt. She needs to learn to massage the muscles and not the bones. And that was not even the end of it, I planned to not give her any tips due to her poor performance today and when I went to go pay up at the front, I only paid for the massage session and gave no tips, I was attacked by the front lady saying that I never tip when I come, which was a complete lie. I have tipped many times before and this session with the masseuse was bad. This place craves for tips and is very rude when they give you poor performance and you don't give them any tips.

She lie me down and started with my temples and shoulders instead of my feet which I thought was weird, but it was my first time there so I went along with it. The room was humid, the water temp was hot, and her massage technique felt rushed, fast massaging, and inconsistent. It started with loud talking back and forth between her and another masseuse, the phone kept ringing, and she even left the room mid-session to answer it. Turned out she ended up giving me the 1hr body + foot massage, which I didn't request. When she realized the mistake, made me worried, and then told me there was nothing I could do and kept going. I was left concerned and uncomfortable for the next 30min. I had specifically asked for a foot massage, but the pressure was focused on the tops of my feet, not the soles where I needed relief. When I told her "lighter", she acknowledged it but continued with the same pressure. When the session ended, she left the room immediately without offering assistance. Being 7 months pregnant, I had to roll to my side, carefully sit up and slowly help myself off the high bed to grab and put on my socks and shoes, which was a bit disappointing. At the end, I was charged for the full hour. When I didn't leave a tip, she asked why, and I told her the experience wasn't good and I wouldn't be returning. On my long drive home in this heat and traffic, she texted me--after tracking down my number--to apologize and offered a $10 refund, but asked for my credit card info to do it and sent me 2 pictures. My phone dinged after another, she kept messaging, asking why I was dissatisfied. This is the reason why I was dissatisfied. Overall, I left more uncomfortable than when I arrived. The experience was unsettling, especially receiving anonymous texts afterward asking for my credit card information. I would not recommend this place, particularly for pregnant clients looking for safe, thoughtful care and focused relief.

Normally go to med spas for my massages but I was a bit desperate for relief and was looking for something flexible on time, quick and inexpensive. I've heard so many great things about this business and I was around the corner so I called and asked if they had chair massages and how long the wait was. The lady was kind and mentions the times/prices and said there was no wait. Arrived around 1120am they were not busy. They have a log sheet in the front desk. You choose the massage type, minutes, pace and intensity. I had a chair, 40 mins, slow placed, level 4 intensity. I was taken to the massage chair after I filled out the sign in sheet. My masseur was nice. It was my first chair massage. Later during the massage I realized since my neck was also a problem the chair massage provided no neck support and it might have contributed a bit more to my previous pain from the pushing and pressure movements from the massage. I felt he did more of a deep tissue massage. If that was a level 4 I'm curious as to what a level 7 is. I felt I received the opposite of the slow placed I had requested. I definitely felt I was kung fu-ed by his elbows. Sore for a few days and felt there's not much relief from my initial pain. Perhaps a 30min instead of a 40min massage would have been sufficient with that type of speed and intensity. He gave me a cold water bottle after. They also changed $1.00 card fee. Overall solid 3.5. I would consider coming back and giving them another try. Perhaps choosing a different method and changing my intensity to a lower level. I'm happy to see they offer foot massages, that I would also like to try.

I've bought many pillows for neck and shouler pain as well. But with one visit 1 hour deep tissue level 10 and 30 minutes of Thai yoga massage ‍ the next day my neck and shoulders pain went from 9‐10 pain to 2-3 pain. I was able to turn my head without having to hold my breath due to pain. I've gone back now 2 more times and its been wonderful. I even canceled my chiropractor appointments.
