My massage today was horrible. My masseuse was not consistent with the massage she gave me today. It was my first time with her I believe. Even when I told her I had arthritis to my lower back and I don't want her stepping on me, she stretched me and put her whole weight on my lower back. Then there was a period where she was working on my left lower leg and it just felt like she was just lightly rubbing on it as if like she's distracted on her phone or something. It was a good 5-10 minutes before I told her to move onto my feet. And whenever she put heavy pressure on me, I would tell her and she would just laugh and jokingly put super light pressure in response. I told her that if she is going to put pressure on my bones then it is going to hurt. She needs to learn to massage the muscles and not the bones. And that was not even the end of it, I planned to not give her any tips due to her poor performance today and when I went to go pay up at the front, I only paid for the massage session and gave no tips, I was attacked by the front lady saying that I never tip when I come, which was a complete lie. I have tipped many times before and this session with the masseuse was bad. This place craves for tips and is very rude when they give you poor performance and you don't give them any tips. read more

I went in today to get an hour deep tissue massage. When arrived there was peaceful music playing as you enter the building. Then as you get walked to your room the hallway is dim and comforting with soft music which made the environment feel peaceful and ready to relax. I have needed a good professional massage for years but never got around to it. I work 40 hours a week at a desk/computer and my neck and shoulders were feeling painful and tight so I finally decided to do it. Great availability, was able to book for the very next night. I made sure to tell Tukky that it was my first time ever getting a massage, and she was helpful and explained what she was doing every step of the way, as well as asking me before hand permission to walk on my body. She listened to me when I told her during the massage that it was too hard, because I am a wimp and can't handle hard deep tissue. I know most people love it, so no worries! She adjusted for me and gave me a lighter massage while still applying enough pressure to get the tension out. The hot stones are amazing. We arrived 10 mins prior to our appointment. We were greeted. The lobby was small but there was a calming aroma in the room. We booked the $60 for 1 hour it was a bit more pricey than other places but well worth the price. We signed waivers and got placed in our rooms right away. My masseuse was amazing she asked where was the areas that she wanted me to focus on and if she could step on my back. I've never had a massage where they stepped on my back and I thought I was a good unique experience. My back was cracking it was felt amazing. I had so many knots on my shoulders and she was really working it hard. I had a deep tissue and swedish massage. I felt nauseous after and very sore the next day but after that I felt amazing. From the moment I walked in, the environment was serine and calming. My massage therapist was Gia, she was very polite and professional. I've never had anyone walk in my back before. I don't like a lot of pressure, so I was worried it would be too much but Gia knows exactly how much pressure to apply so, it wasn't awful. I personally wouldn't do it again because it was still too much, but that's just personal preference. My only complaint is that they don't include glutes and chest. The best. They step on you, work out your knots, and stretch you too. The music is calming and relaxing. There are therapeutic aromas that help you fully unwind. The towels smell nice. Everything is clean and comfortable. You take your shoes off when you enter the hallway so you know there isn't any outside dirt getting dragged in to the rooms. Arrive and the person at the desk has a large dog that keeps wanting to come say hi (I have allergies and really didn't need this before a massage) but luckily we were taken back in 5'ish minutes or so . Get in only to have a strange massage with intense pressure on some pressure points to the point that it caused me to get a headache (pressing really hard on the temples while massaging head).
