Worst massage Ive ever had. Worst experience at that. She did not know what she was doing. My whole body is inflammed and she actually bruised me. She didn't use no lotion and rubbed her dry hands on my back causing friction and actually burnt my skin. Stay away from this place. She even had the audacity to ask for a tip....... She was arguing with me for 15 min in the room instead of massaging me because I was telling her she was hurting me but instead of listening. She just kept hurting me... read more

Coco and Lucky are 2 of the Best masseuses I have ever met that were 10/10. Both have very strong hands and they strive to provide excellent customer service. Go get yourself an appointment. read more

I booked an appointment for my husband to get a massage. We like to try different places because each place offers something different. There wasn't a special and you pretty much pay by the minute. I booked a 90 minute massage a week prior, the day of the appointment the lady looked confused and said I didn't need to book an appointment. So he had to wait about 25 minutes before he was massaged. When I called I asked if I can just do a walk in the lady on the phone told me I need an appointment to that's why I thought we had to have an appointment. Maybe there was a misunderstanding, her English was broken. This place is clean and service is friendly. my husband said he really enjoyed his massage. I waited about 15 mins for him at the end and I heard him snoring!!! So I definitely know it was a good massage! Lol. He said that he asked for medium pressure but it felt more of light pressure. He said he would come back and I will definitely book an appointment for myself as well. We will ask for hard pressure next time! read more

Jade Massage - Massage Near Me - Fresno, California

Massage was okay, but afterwards I wanted to tip and she disappeared so I just went to my car since they make you pay before hand anyways. I saw the lady come out looking for me, she literally came up to my car, blocking me from leaving, and forced me to tip her. So I went back inside to tip and she said it wasn't enough, and told me to tip more. She proceeded to persist on a higher tip. She was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I don't know her name, but she didn't speak good English. Would not recommend due to the aggressiveness and poor customer service. read more

Over the last few years, I have had many massages from Jade Spa, from several different massage theraphist. All, to a person, was excellent. For one hour they charge 60 dollars and I usually leave a tip of 20-25 percent. I know that sheets and towels are removed after each client. Many times, while going to the restroom in the back of the spa, I hear the washing machine going and sets of clean sheets and towels neatly sacked. Also, once when every massage theraphist was busy, I waited and observed previously customer sheets removed and fresh put onto the massage table I was going to use. Since the outbreak of Covid, I take great pains to ensure I have clean sheets and towels. While English is not their first language I had no problem communicating my aches and pains. I highly recommend Jade spa, to those who are in dire need of a good professional massage, at great price. read more

I'm so sad! ANNA MOVED TO LA!! Long story short, I came in and tried the new lady. I was disappointed. I think I was her first every client. The massage was ok. I'd say a 4/10. I kept asking for her to do hit harder. I think she heard hotter because she started rubbing faster and I was definitely getting warmer. Hoping it gets better. The owner was there with her toy poodle. They were both really nice but the massage was a waste of money. Looking for a new place now read more

Schedule a walk in at 10 am and the store was not open when it clearly stated 10 am. Called the person in charged and she confirmed that there were ppl inside already---needless to say no one was in the store...while they tried to figure that situation it took them at least 15 min to get to the store and open up for service. So we where in by 10:20ish. We were on a tight schedule and yes we did appreciate that they allowed for walk in bc most other spa/massages were closed for booked for the weekend. The lobby was super small so there's only one bench that fit three ppl. Because there was a group of us girls we had to limited everyone's service...some opt for the 30 min and others opt for the hour and 1.5 hours service so we could be out at a certain time. I really didn't understand why they didn't service the 1.5 hour person first? They worked on the two 30 min massage first then by that time we were short on time and the 1.5 hr went down to 1 hr massage. It was kind of nice since we went early in the morning there were no other customers so we were able to chit chat with one another across rooms but there was no relaxing music playing so one of the girls decided to put on her own relaxing music for everyone. Rooms 2.75/5: The rooms were recent not super fancy, they have a tuberwear to keep your items/clothes in when you unclothed. I do recommend a pair of sandals I didn't bring mine so I had to suck it up and put my bare feet on the carpet to walk around. They have a mini heater in each room and they give you a blanket bc it's friggin cold. The massage 3/5: this is my first time getting a full body massage so I can't really compare it to anything else. I mean some parts she hit the right nerves some parts hurted like hell but I didn't even make a sound bc I guess I assume it's suppose to hurt only for that split second. Overall it wasn't that bad. The service chart was easy to read with cheap prices! I mean they have really cheap deals that's probably why ppl go there. The lady worked with my service I wanted to change my 30/30 feet and body to a 15/45 bc I wanted the body massage longer and they were able to change it for me for a $5 extra charge which was fine with me. Ohhh goodness when it came down to paying I think the lady that handle the payments didn't understand what was going on and after everyone paid she keep talking and point to us girls and the other worker was trying to explain to her what the situation was... FYI: the towels that they wrap around the feet the first time is super super super hot like it burn you for a second but I got cold feet so I could handle it plus I can take the heat. One of my gals screamed bc it was to hot for her. Oh and I do have very sensitive skin that's probably why I never chose to get a full body massage with oils and lotion but I did it anyway this time and got a rash around my neck area-I don't blame them it's just my skins type. read more

It was my first time getting a massage and I enjoyed it! The setting was very relaxing and dim. The place was not busy so I was able to do a walk in appt. Next time I'll definitely ask the lady to put more pressure on my feet. I would recommend this place! I'll Be back again! read more

Great if you are under 200LBs. Anyone muscular this would not be great for you. I'm built and it wasn't enough pressure for me

Wonderful! Was in town for a work trip, stopped for a massage and it was great. I believe I had the combo massage, the woman that massaged me was excellent and kind. I would stop by again if I'm ever in town! read more

Professional and competent, in a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment. I am overweight and self-conscious about my body, however, the staff there was kind and treated me like anyone else which was appreciated. The hot stones were very soothing, and the overall massage was strong enough to hit the knots but not too strong. Highly recommend read more

Jade Massage is the best bang for your buck! They get all the knots out & know how to do deep tissue massage for body pain therapy. They use hot stones & a hot, damp towel to remove the lotion so you leave refreshed & not oily. I highly recommend them! read more

Maybe like 3.5 stars. The good: The massage alone felt good, they used a couple techniques that I've never had, like hot stone massage, which at first kinda burned because I wasn't expecting it, but quickly fades and just feels really relaxing. The rooms are closed and the mood is peaceful. The bad: While in the middle of my massage and just getting comfortable the door opens and all I hear is a dog bark and run, across! I'm like "what the heck!" Lol. But I'm guessing the owner noticed and took the dog outside. Also, it is next to a bar. And if you go kinda later in the evening, like I did, you will here their music. Not too bad but still kinda annoying. Overall, the prices are reasonable, massage is nice, maybe I just went on a bad day with the dog and music bumping outside. I will try it again. read more

I was a pretty much regular for many years and the last time pre COVID I was there they were really pushy for a tip and tried to overcharge me. However, I hadn't found any place new so I tried them again. I heard one lady speaking with a man and it was English the whole time. Unfortunately I got the other lady. She didn't understand anything!!!! I kept telling her why I was there asking her to hit certain spots, she missed the whole reason why I was there !! Even after mult times telling her!! I was livid. And she was NO massage therapist!! She had no skills at all. She insisted my tip be put in with my payment on cc. FYI- they charge a surcharge now and will not tell you that. I had to request a receipt and they always had a small cup of water waiting for you. Be aware their prices have gone up!! It is no longer 30 min for $30 and 60 min for $40 as it's now 30 min for $40 and 60 min for $60. You can't ask for like 5-10 min on ur feet and rest on body - you have to pay 30 min on feet 30 min on body!! Another man came in and for the other lady and they were able to converse in English. There is only one license or a certified massage therapist on the wall, not more which tells me they aren't all certified. I would try returning for the other lady but I don't know names and I will not let this lady touch me again. She was HORRIBLE!!! read more

This was the worst massage spa I've been to. I guess you get what you pay for but 1) no English so when you ask for more pressure they don't do it 2) hot stones came with the massage and they were no where to be found 3) they don't actually massage you it's basically a soft rub 4) I will never be returning. It's not worth the time or the money. Maybe I've been spoiled by some great spots in Sacramento but man this was awful. read more

A great full body massage! The hour was so worth every penny! Will come back again. Very professional!

Very happy with the service and massage. Great deal for the price. Clean and relaxing. Got the link out of my neck after one session. The girl who assisted did not speak much English, but she knew which shoulder to work. Didn't hurt but wasn't wimpy. I will be coming back for sure. read more

Great relaxing experience, Debbie is highly recommended, no pressure for extra tips and no rush to get you out , extremely professional and compassionate. Definitely a go to spot for muscle tightness deep tissue and face massage read more

Don't expect much, you won't be disappointed. Plain and simple. I was happy I was able to do a walk in on a Monday, because most massage places I called were booked or required appointments. Place is small so I would not recommend for big groups. There were two ladies when I walked in that spoke very little English, only Chinese but we got by ok. I chose the 60 minutes massage for $40. Person worked on the kinks in my shoulders and back. I gave rating 4 stars because I did not get the hot stones like I was supposed to. Fyi they do expect a tip. I was planning to tip her in cash, but she was showed me she was charging $45 so I left it as is. read more

Made a appointment at 10 am for a bridal shower party of five. Place was not open on the day of. Called the business number and the lady on the line was confused herself why business was not open. Put me on hold then came back and said her staff will be there in 3-5 minutes; 3-5 minutes took 30 minutes. Once inside the place was very cold because it was raining, but we went with it anyways. We were on a scheduled time frame and due to their tardiness, our whole experience was rushed by them. When we paid for our services, they demanded for tip, after being half hour late and rushing our spa experience! read more

Esther was very good. Ask how much pressure that I wanted during my massage. I will be going back.

Debbie was amazing. Great experience. The place was clean and one of the best massages I've had. They also take walk ins!

I had one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had at this location earlier today! I had been traveling and/or sitting all weekend and my back and shoulders were so tense, and all I wanted was to find a great massage parlor. After looking up a few places and going to some that couldn't see me on short notice, I walked into this place and Anna greeted me and then took me in. She is an absolutely wonderful masseuse. I didn't want hot stones and requested a deep tissue 1-hour massage. She asked about the pressure and was very attentive to my sensitive muscles. Afterwards, I walked out of there feeling so light and felt every muscle was relaxed. It was truly a wonderful massage and I feel lucky to have stumbled upon this place and get a full-body massage from Anna. I will definitely be back here the next time I am in town! read more

This is my first time here and Ana did an amazing job. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because she answers phone calls mid massage when busy which can be very disruptive. Also, the bar next door makes a lot of noise. Come in during the day or noon and you should be fine. read more

worst massage parlor in fresno. if you want an actual massage go to 555, AAA, (good one on first/herndon) or massage envy. All are waaay better read more

4.5 stars for me. I'm in love with Chinese acupressure massage in general. I came in on a quiet day and there was only one lady at the place. She greeted me promptly and showed me the various options. I chose an hour foot massage. The place is relatively small. There are three separate rooms, then a divider to section off two massage chairs/beds. While you soak your feet in hot water, you get massage for the rest of your body, top down and fully clothed. It can be painful while the acupressure points are pressed but I felt much energy flow afterwards. I was half asleep throughout the entire process. It was so relaxing; I floated out of that place. Obviously not in such the right mind that I forgot to ask for the lady's name. Will be back! read more

This was my very first time getting a message. I loved it! The lady was nice and polite. It was a nice experience but I will definitely have to try other places just to compare. The only thing that threw me off was that they ask for their own tip?! Which I was going to give them one any way. I was in search for change and I had already paid she said "no tip?" I was like "I'm getting there women relax!" I thought that was weird! read more

The massage was excellent each time I visited and included hot stone therapy. The spa was very clean and professional. I received massage from a different masseuse on my visits and both were very good. The 1st time the masseuse walked on my back and was able to work the knots out of my back and shoulders. I received the 90 minute massage the 2nd time and it was well worth it at only $60. I highly recommend Jade Massage! read more

Great massage. They were able to squeeze us in and I'm sooo happy they were able to do so. The atmosphere and music is so relaxing.
