I scheduled a one hour foot massage which always comes with a back and should massage too. Great. I need it. Arrive at 11:55am and was greeted immediately and shown to my spot. I was given a basket to place my purse and sandals and covered with a large towel as a laid down in the dimly lit room. The only semi-complaint is that the music, though nice, was a bit loud. I'm sure if I would have said something they would have lowered it, but I was already settled and ready to go so I didn't . While my feet soaked in hot water, which I love, my head and neck were massaged. One hour goes by quickly and then I was ready to head out. Came here for a rare day date on a whim with my husband and I'm so glad we did. I haven't been to a "foot" massage place in years. My girlfriends and I would go to "foot spas" often in the Bay Area and they were usually set up in a communal room, so I was pleasantly surprised this was a private room. We opted for the 1 hour massage. No foot work at all, which surprised me, but the hot stones felt good (a little too hot at first though). I didn't even know it was included which was nice. My masseuse used strong pressure and really worked out my stress and all the knots for the time being. I really appreciated the quiet, no talking vibe. Will definitely be back! The front desk staff was very nice and the place itself was clean--but I strongly recommend you do not book with Pamela. She had me lying face down for the entire 60 minutes, which is terrible for the lower back and completely disregards basic body mechanics. She leaned her full body weight into me using her forearms, with no real technique or understanding of anatomy. It was painful and overwhelming, not therapeutic. She did ask about pressure, and I said, "Lighter, please." A few minutes later, she asked again, "Harder?" and I repeated, "No, please lighter." She ignored me both times and continued to apply extreme pressure that left me feeling crushed. By the time I got home, I was nauseous, weak, and sore. The next day I had severe hip and back pain that felt like sciatic nerve irritation from how aggressively she worked the area. I ended up needing a Toradol injection, PEMF therapy, and red light therapy to get relief. I'm still recovering. Thank god for Dr. Bautistas office helping me. To top it off, when I walked up to check out, she looked at me and said, "Are you gonna tip me?" before I could even speak. I did--because I was caught off guard--but I was already in pain and the whole interaction felt awkward and inappropriate. Don't see Pamela. The rest of the staff might be great, but one bad practitioner can ruin your body. I'm writing this so no one else has to deal with what I'm dealing with now. read more

Excellent customer service and kind staff. I have been here several times for foot and neck massages. On Saturday, I had a full body massage. The gentleman who provided the service was great. I believe his name was Cho (sp?). He was very thorough, attentive and patiently work through my muscles from neck to my feet. The massage tremendously helped the neck and lower back pain I had experienced just days earlier. And just two days later, I have no neck pain and just very slight lower back pain. UPDATE FOR OWNERSHIP AND RENOVATION CHANGES 2/2022: Gone is the funky dark open space, but it is much more cramped in the open, foot bed area. They did put in nice separate rooms for back/body massages, but with the prices starting at $60/hour they don't seem to be used much. I think they should have made all private rooms for all types of massages as it would have been nicer. NOW, everything is cramped in the open space and there are too many people in there, no one is using the rooms. The place is really nice otherwise, much better flow and layout, pretty colors and the like. I did hear really loud music one time coming from the Pilates place on a Sunday which I don't normally hear so I hope that is nothing new. I don't like the cramped space, but at $50/hour for a foot massage with back, arms, legs thrown in, it's still good. My experience with Joy was absolutely fantastic, wouldn't change a thing and will return and request her specifically. I did find the sign at the counter incredibly tacky, it essentially says they expect you tip tip a MINIMUM of 20%, and it should be cash. That's just yuck...don't tell me how to spend my money... There is also a fee for using your credit card which is unnecessary in the price range they are charging. This isn't some under $10 purchase at a convenience store. read more

Booked an appointment and asked for a couples massage and we were assured that we'd be in the same room. When we arrived they didn't put us in the same room, nor did we receive a semi good massage. Just a lot of hard rubbing in one spot. My wife's allergies were acting up and her nose began to run when she was laying down, she asked the masseuse to get up and run to the bathroom. He ignored & denied her request because they have to "stay on time." She finally forced her way up and got some tissues. Finally once it was over we paid for our services w/o tip. These gentleman had the gall to follow us out to our vehicle to ask us to go back inside so we can tip them. I've contacted my credit card distributor to make sure there is no tip added, as I didn't give any. Needless to say, this isn't a place where we will be returning. read more

Excellent no frills massage. I just got in to town to visit my parents and my shoulder was killing me. I yelped this place nearby and gave them a call at 8 pm to ask if they could take me. A nice woman said to come in. The place is in the same plaza at Yosemite Ranch. They followed covid safety protocols. I got 40 minutes for a chair massage and the masseuse was an older male and gave amazing pressure! Got all of my shoulder knots out. I'm so glad they were open and able to take me quickly. I had Mary and I love how gracious and precise she is. She's careful but also goes deep when needed and I can tell she focused on my knots in my back to get those bad boys out (nursing school ugh)!! Today was probably my 7th or 8th time visiting this place. My to-go massage is the chair massage. I always regret choosing 45 minutes over 60 minutes so today I got the 60 min massage. Great as always. Very good pressure and you don't have to undress (just wear something light and comfortable). I tend to like more pressure (deep tissue massage, basically) and they definitely deliver. Chair massage seems to give you the most attention and time for neck/shoulder and midback area and not so much your lower back or legs, FYI. Love love love this place! My wife introduced me to it, and although I'm not fond of other men rubbing on me, these guys and sometimes girls absolutely kick my ass in deep pressure massages. I know they use their elbows and jump on me until I scream "NO!" But anything else is just a tickle, and you can go pay some Swedish chick 100$ a minute for that crap. I wanna be worked...... and these guys and girls do it on the cheap. I literary went from not being able to walk on ER morphine pills to heading to work next day with a chipper attitude because of this place. I'm not really sure what they usually charge up here. My masseuse was Mei. She did a fantastic job. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it's cold af up here and there were no heaters on inside the place. The massage is with clothes on, however, I had taken my sweater off. Best massage I've ever received! Got the combo full and foot 30/30. $35. Called in to see if I could come at certain time just to make sure. Got there and was taken in right away. My technician was Emily. Ahhhhmazing and very sweet. She started with my back and once she finished my shoulders. Done. My body was in a trance. I didn't care that I could hear the laundry going or talking in the background a few moments during, because the massage was that good. Foot massage just as great. Hot water bucket wasn't too hot, just right. While you soak, they give you a head and face massage. Good thing I didn't wear makeup. I like the fact that you stay fully clothed during the massage and it was VERY similar to the massages I got in China which is amazing. Nothing compares.
