On Wednesday I did my video pre-check and then I promptly received a confirmation text about my confirmed appointment for Wednesday at 3:00pm at the Fresno location. I immediately called back to verify my appointment for Thursday and they apologized and corrected the confirmation. Fast forward to Thursday at 5:20pm (right after I had pulled into the parking lot) I get a text saying that the nurse on the schedule is not trained to perform Cool Sculpting and my appointment has been cancelled. So I go ahead and walk in to see what is going on; the young lady at the front explains how this happened and that it seems to only happen with remote scheduling and apologizes. I'm more blown away that this is not a smoother operation; these sessions are not cheap. To be shuffled between two different locations and rescheduled/cancelled on twice before ever even setting foot in the facility is beyond ridiculous. At this point I don't believe rescheduling is even worth it, I will probably be requesting a full refund.

All three have been incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Kiss me recently moved locations and as expected, the new office is gorgeous. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful. Most recently I called looking for a weekend appointment in the morning for myself and a friend. They were able to get me scheduled for the following day (they're typically open one Saturday a month). Linzy was able to get my friend and I in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. I'd also highly recommend following them on instagram and signing up for emails to get notified about their monthly specials. Overall, kiss me has always made me feel very comfortable in what I would consider an intimidating space. Definitely worth booking with them!

Arrived and greeted by kind worker. Great new location! Given paperwork to fill out. Very nice reception area with a classy Christmas tree, t lighting and reception area too! Pink couch and cream chairs. Big screen TV up with music playing from it. Filled out paperwork and gave it to the receptionist. Waited to be called back and told you don't pay until the end. Called back shortly later and that worker was great! Very kind, upfront and honest. Quick chat and then the worker called the doctor and I FaceTimed with him. Seriously! Technology! . Very kind. Wow, how times have changed. He said I was good to go. She got going. Numbing put on my lips. Painless. Just a couple pinches. Then, before you know it, she was finished and lips are plump! Great job! Turned out exactly like I wanted & Great service! Great experience! Highly recommended!
