I love Tran! I've been going to her for almost 2 years. I love her work and how she takes care of me. When she left her last salon I knew I had to follow her read more

The staff is friendly. But a couple of nail technicians need more training. Only a couple days since nails were done and gel top coat flaked off. Cuticles cut back too far and hurt. First night my nails were burning. They are under new management but staff is the same. Too much money for unexperienced nail techs. I do not recommend. read more

Love coming here, Lanny and everyone do a great job! Love coming for mani pedis. My go-to salon!

I have been going to Annie for many years! She is great at doing nails! They also do an amazing pedicure! I love how Tina does the pedicure! Lots of massage! It's very relaxing! read more

Super happy with this place; will definitely be coming back. I've been trying several places and haven't found someone I'm happy with. My nails were either bumpy or super thick acrylic but Le Nails did amazing! I also got a pedicure and it was wonderful as well. Highly recommend. I made an appointment and didn't have to wait at all. read more

The lady did an ok job. The nails were uneven. Was told it was $70 dollars for basic gel pedicure and a regular pedicure for a 5 year old which is basically polish. Gave the cashier $100 but she only gave me back $25. So she took $5, she wasn't the one who did the nails for us. Then we went and tip our nail lady $10. Total cost $85, prices are rising. read more

it is so nice! the nails came out really cute. it was expensive which is okay. the employees were so nice and gentle! i recommend it!

First and foremost, I love this shop and I am always very pleased with the work I have done here. Tina is incredible. Always kind, great attention to detail, and does a beautiful job. Extremely disappointed to learn they let people in the shop without masks on. I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable towards the end of my service when a couple entered and was given service wearing no masks. It should be required. Safely and comfort should be considered for ALL customers. Loved my service but did not feel safe. read more

Lady was rude and rushed my pedicure. I even spent extra to upgrade. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and she was so sloppy. Definitely did not feel pampered and will not be going back. EVER. My manicurist was wearing a short skirt and was walking around barefoot while doing my pedicure. Completely disgusting and sloppy. (See photo) read more

The ladies there do an amazing job-everything is very neat and even. I am not sure why they are getting low ratings - every time I go there I am very happy with the results and customer service, they have a ton of colors and are very diligent. A few of my coworkers also go there and their nails are always beautiful. read more

I really like coming here. They always remember me and my daughter. The pedicures are awesome! Very reasonable and clean!

Friendly and the best customer service! All technicians are excellent! They know me by name. I've been going to this shop since it opened about 7 years ago. If I've been unhappy with their work and I mention it to Tina, the owner, she's happy to make things right. Prices are reasonable. I've gotten pedicures and manicures mostly. I love the nail art. I can show them a photo and they'll duplicate it! read more

Love these ladies! I always get a beautiful set of nails and toes and some fun conversation.

Literally do not go here. The girl made fun of my nails and laughed at the design before she filled them and was just rude the whole time. Looks awful and was a horrible and uncomfortable experience. I called before going to ask if they accepted visa and they told me yes so I obviously did not stop to get cash. I pulled my card out after and she said "seriously you don't have cash". Learn some customer service. Will be telling everyone I know never to come here. read more

I had an appointment at 3 PM and at 3:50 was still waiting with only 5 people in the entire shop. Was forced to simply get a polish change which of course they still charged me for. They tried to reschedule me for another pedicure the next day which why would I do that if your appointment does not matter. Will not be back. They tried to tell me it was because people "came in before my appointment", which was why it took so long. Ridiculous and horrible place. read more

Walk in... Asked for 2 mani-pedis(one was for my 10yr old) sat in the pedi chairs for 20 mins without our feet soaking. Not really a problem because I wasn't in a rush. There was 3 manicures going on when we walked in. I wanted a regular pedicure with callus removal. I was told they don't do that as an extra charge. You have to pay $40 for a specific natural pedicure that includes callus removal(they call it the sole treatment) I didn't want a massage cooling gel paraffin wax etc. This through up a red flag to me because I have never gone to a shop that didn't do certain services for an extra fee. Smh. They finished my daughter's toes before mine and completely forgot about her manicure. When i reminded the lady after 40 mins of eating in the back, she told me that she can "paint them" because she has an appt that just arrived. Uuummmm ok. My nails to me look like s+*%. I'm 39 weeks pregnant and came to get my nails cut and colored. I paid $65 for my Mani-pedi and my daughter's pedi. Mind you in there services book, it states "11 and under... Mani-pedi $25"....i paid $20 for just get toes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. no one was apologetic, they treated my child like crap, and my painted nails aren't what u was hoping for. Too expensive for them to have unprofessional customer service read more

Clean, clean, clean! They use new equipment for every customer. I love that they change the sink liner for every pedicure. Beautiful nail job by Annie. Tina did a flawless job on my pedicure. Friendly ladies! Only negative is be sure of your pedicure service. I did not realize that I was getting the ultimate deluxe pedicure. Sticker shock when the pedicure charge was $42. Whaaat??? We came to nail shop because it was refer by a co-worker but what a waste of time. We should of read the reviews before hand. We were walk in and i understand that it sill be a wait bc of that but if i ask how long don't lie and say someone will be right with you. I waited almost 30 min while my feet was soaking for a pedicure. I finally got frustrated and left without get anything done. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would! Awful service and the lady's kept talking in their language like I couldn't understand them. said awful things about me and my daughter absolutely horrible. Worst nails and over charged. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. read more

I've been coming here for 8 years. I was initially referred by a colleague for pedicures. For the price, this place is great! A pedicure with paraffin wax and a foot/leg massage for under $40? Yes, please! I've tried out other nearby locations that really fell short. read more

Absolutely horrible. Went in on a Friday. Nobody was really there & it took forever. Finally got to pick my colors - the girls couldn't find the colors, had to pick others. The entire time she yanked and pulled on me because I guess I wasn't cooperating. The gel manicure didn't even last a day before chipping. I live an hour out of town so when I finally had a chance to get back on a Sunday the owner questioned me - as if I hadn't come in. I told her my nails are chipping, I got gel for it to last at least a week & it didn't. Please could she help me. Rather than fixing the poorly done manicure she filed and buffed the chipped parts, slapped a coat of gel on it and called it a day. The polish colors don't even match because nothing is labeled correctly. Definitely will never be returning. SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO ELSEWHERE! read more

JUST A WARNING! BEWARE OF DRILLING ON NATURAL NAIL! Visit 1: My first visit here wasn't so bad. Yes... it is definitely your typical "Asian nail salon" but I was trying not to judge them on that matter. The lady that started out doing my nails (I was getting a full set of rock star acrylics) was pretty gentle but halfway during my service someone else started doing my nails which I thought was weird and the second nail tech kept answering her personal cell phone while doing my nails. The nails themselves turned out okay... not the best but I'm really not that picky about my nails. All in all an okay experience... especially compared to the nightmare I had at Queen Bee in Riverpark. Visit 2: This second visit was not so pleasant. I came in to get fills and I had a different nail tech from my 1st visit. Everything was going fine until she started drilling on my natural nail. She started drilling on my left pinky and I jerked my hand back because of the pain... she just looked at me annoyed! There was no... "I'm sorry" or "what's wrong." I didn't think to much of the pain... I thought maybe it was because the drill was hot from the friction. Then she started drilling on the next finger... my left ring finger. I had the same pain and jerked back again... she just looked annoyed again. I guess she got the hint though because she took it a little easier with the rest of my nails. Then she put the primer on my nails and my left pinky and ring finger were THROBBING WITH PAIN! I looked at them and the natural nail was was almost gone! I told her how bad it stung and only then did I get a "sorry." LONG STORY SHORT- when I recently removed the acrylics (I had left them on for as long as I could because I was scared of what was underneath) half of my left pinky nail was hanging on by a thread and I had a hole down to the skin on my left ring finger. My other nails were somewhat thin too but at least they still had nail on them!!! UGH... I swear... I have THE WORST luck with nail salons. I will be doing my own nails from now on! You can read about my first horrible nail salon experience at Queen Bee here... http://www.yelp.com/filtered_reviews/atLZGmJ70cpC8qyc89iEUA?fsid=473NvTpQbGBegKeuS38dyw Yelp decided to filter my Queen Bee review and delete all the pictures I posted of my injury I received there... but I will put them up on my profile if anyone wants to see them. IF YOU WANT TO SEE THE PICTURES OF WHAT HAPPENED TO MY NAILS AFTER GOING TO ELITE NAILS PLEASE GO TO MY PROFILE. I WOULD HAVE JUST POSTED THEM HERE BUT IT'S AGAINST YELP'S PHOTO GUIDELINES. Thanks for reading and be careful out there. Only go to nail salons you trust. I'm now stuck with a hideous half nail finger that I won't be able to paint for months until it grows out :( read more

Luxury Nails And Spa - One week after lady at Elite Nails cut my finger twice where it was bleeding! I do not recommend this place! - Nail Salons Near Me - Clovis, California

I probably had the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life here. The nail technician cut my nails too short to the point where they were uncomfortable to put my shoes on after. She also made me bleed and cut my nails into a weird flat straight across shape. She seemed preoccupied and was constantly checking her phone throughout the entire pedicure. I will never go back here again nor would I suggest any of my friends even if they were in a bind. read more

Typical Asian salon where nobody really speaks English. They just try to get you in and out as fast as they can to make as much money as possible. It's not relaxing at all and did not walk out of there feeling pampered in the slightest. They seem to be pretty clean but the women do a really bad job painting nails. Ive been here three times, seen three different technicians, and I was dissatisfied all three times. read more

Awful customer service and awful job on gel manicures. My nails had a chip in after literally ONE DAY, and a few days after all the polish was peeling off. The worst part was I was there for 2 hrs because they kept stopping in the middle of helping me to do something else read more

New ownership. Many colors to choose from. Not exactly the spa like feel that I look forward to.

First time in for a pedicure. The service was okay.... no real complaints there but I do have a problem when through the whole pedi I had to smell cigarette smoke. I am not a smoker and find it offensive...... It isn't like it was just a random person walking around outside smoking... it was actually one of the nail spas employees.... really? anyway. Not healthy and not relaxing in my opinion.... off to find a new place. read more

Me and my daughter got our nails done there and two ladies both were rude and did a terrible job on our nails. I found a different place that does a great job and is friendly too. read more

I love going to this nails salon. I've only been here a few times but I have yet to be disappointed I broke my nail and was denied to have it fixed by the nail salon I was going to at the time. This was the only place at 9:30 and I had to be at work by 10:30 I needed it fixed before work. Connie was more then happy to fix my nail. They had the same color and everything and I couldn't even tell it broke and wasn't apart of the original set I had. Thank you ladies for your help I really appreciated it then and I will continue to appreciate it :) read more

Came to this nail place for the first time, Got a gel manicure three days ago they started to lift, which anywhere else I've gone lasts anywhere from two to even three weeks sometimes. I go back to them and the lady Sue claims I picked at them and that I probably didn't like the color and that it's my fault they're lifting and didn't even want to fix them or refund me my money. They use some off brand gel polish which should've been my first red flag. Their crappy customer service and quality of work doesn't even deserve one star. Stay away if you want your money's worth. read more
