As someone who's been coming to this salon for 7+ years, never did I'd think I'd be writing such a horrific review. For years I've been a loyal customer, often getting my nails done by Tracy or Amy. They are amazing. I came in for a pedicure, and asked for basic nail art. Not only did they rush my pedicure, but failed to clean the cuticles and yet somehow cut my nail beds up? Didn't say sorry, and didn't bother to take into consideration anything I had requested. They had a lady work on my toes, who proceeded to paint all over my skin, and give no attention to detail to what I had asked. I politely asked for her to redo the two big nails because I was getting charged $15 for 4 nails, to which she and another employee began to laugh and speak in Vietnamese. I used the translator on my phone, as their conversation lasted several minutes, only to hear them call me "picky" and questioning "how can she be picky when her toenails look like this". Other several digs were sent my way, as they sent over Diane to redo my design, and when I asked Diane to clean up the polish on my skin, the lady originally doing my nails commented "so now it's those too?". Like clearly I was not welcomed, and I felt extremely uncomfortable. Needless to say the polish was not cleaned up, cotton was still stuck on my nails, and they look horrendous. At this point I paid, left 20% to one of the nail techs, and left. It's absolutely unacceptable to be treated like this, and for a service that's considered a "luxury" to be treated so cheaply. I will never be back at this establishment, and will not recommend it to anyone moving forward. Very disappointed in the quality. Will not return or recommend business. First time at that this place. I went to take off my acrylics and get a gel manicure which I've done before at other salons. The tech took off all the acrylics and trimmed my nails and cuticles. Then,she moved onto the gel mani. That is when the quality went down. I asked her to clean off the nail polish off my fingers. She just buffed my skin with a nail filer and put more oil over my fingers. When I left the shop, I was able to see my nails in natural lighting and really see the finished results. The gel polish were uneven on several fingers. There was gel polish on the skin. The results did not reflect a professional technician. read more

I will start this off by saying that I love the staff here. They are so nice and welcoming and I truly do believe they were trying their best. However, this is the first place that I got consistent acrylic nails and I thought them lifting and falling off after a week and a half was normal. I tried a different salon and I have had these for two weeks and they are still on, no lifting, no falling off. I would love to come back for the staff but since I can get better nails close to my home I can't justify it. Please let the staff know that this is an issue. :) read more

Ok-here goes. We do not live in the area but have to travel here often. My wife will not get her nails done elsewhere now. My son and I even go to them occasionally. They always ask how much you want them to cut and even if at all. All of you reviewers that are complaining about a couple of them not speaking English or getting nicked-y'all have zero clue about life and are just looking for something to complain about and wouldn't get hurt if you weren't nasty to begin with. These people even stayed open late for us. All you haters are going to hate no matter what and just aren't happy with yourselves and projecting. These guys are great. read more

This nail salon is a perfect go-to for anything from a last minute mani/pedi or a full acrylic or dip powder set. The staff is friendly, facilities are clean, and products are high quality... what more could you want from a nail salon? In addition to nails, this establishment also does facials, waxing, and a variety of extras. My nail tech was Tran, and she was lovely. She talked to me throughout my manicure and pedicure, which was super nice. She was gentle when I said something hurt, and paid close attention to detail if I said I wanted something done. The pedicure massage was amazing and the paraffin wax add-on is totally worth it. Overall 10/10 experience. My only problem is that I got sparkly polish and she only put one coat of top coat on me fingernails and the color is already chipped off. That's a number but I knew it would not last for as long as gel. Overall, I DO recommend this nail salon, but ask for Tran. I don't know about the other employees, but if you get Tran, you will have a great experience. read more

Went in today to get my eyebrows waxed.. The lady kept asking me if I was ok every time she pulled a strip off.. She put wax past half my eyelid, there was no hair there to remove (no one has hair 1/2 way down their eyelid).. I've been to this salon a couple times now. The first time I went was a long time ago and I just went there because it was just the closest salon to my house but every time I've gone in I come out a very satisfied customer! I got my toes done with my mom and brother twice before and today I got an acrylic full set. Kim was the nail tech who did my set and she was so nice, I showed her a picture to give her an idea of what I wanted and told her I wanted to change the color and she executed it very nicely in my opinion My sister and her wife went with me and we have all still been talking about how great our experience was. I come here only to see Tracy and won't come if she's unavailable. I can't speak for anyone else's work and I don't get acrylic with her, only gel mani and pedi. BUT I can say Tracy is a hidden gem. She's so precise and takes her time. She's the only person I've been to who accurately deals with ingrown if you happen to have any also. I've even moved to a couple towns over from Clovis and STILL come this way just for Tracy. Other than that, the salon is always clean and everyone here is polite! read more

I don't know where to start. I should start off with I paid, $86 for a regular pedicure (nothing fancy) and simple acrylic set. I went in there today, 6/4/20, and the ladies were very sweet. The pedicure was great, but I have an infection forming on my toe now. Not sure why, but it started hurting after a few hours after the pedicure. I also had a full set done. I asked for the coffin shape and she definitely did deliver, and the acrylic is laid down great, but when she was putting it on it was burning. Also, my nails have been hurting since she did them, and I get acrylic nails done all the time so I know it shouldn't be this way. I didn't say anything, and I just let her finish. The color of the nails is not the color that I asked for but she was already painting it after I realized it was the wrong color. I didn't bother trying to argue. Overall, I'm disappointed because I have to take them off, and I am angry about how much money they charged me. Never going here again. read more

First time here, I'm not very picky with my nails nor who does them so for me to write a bad review is occasional. Lady who seemed "in charge" was a rude mess. Guy who did my nails took about an hour and 45 minutes then had to switch off with lady in charge to finish my nails. I thought was very unprofessional and she did a horrible job polishing my nails uneven gel coats and really messy, I had to take off gel off my cuticles to make them look better. A friend brought me here, she said we would both get manicures and but she wanted gel and I wanted an acrylic set. I was sat down across the room from my friend and they started pushing my cuticles which wad fine but when she started clipping the excess skin I started to feel pain and knew I was bleeding. She continued anyways and started applying coats already and I was confused because I wanted acrylics and not gel...but it was already too late. I put my hands under the UV and the fingers that were bleeding slightly began to burn. She told me to take them out and quickly painted over my bleeding cuticle, told me to put them under the uv and then applied a top coat afterwards. I'm unfortunately going to say this was my worst experience EVER so far with getting my nails done. As you can see it kept bleeding even after we were done. And to top it off there were mosquitos flying around and I got bitten 3 times and they swelled up quickly. Let's just say I'm not happy and it definitely was not worth my money or time or pain. read more

Very rude business. They quoted my mother and I on the price of both our nails and then after the service charged us more than the quote. The lady doing my moms nails tried to take advantage and use clear tips to create regular French tip nails and charge us more for painting the tip white. I thought that was so stupid because you could've just used white tips like all other salons. Then the lady removed the clear tips and put the white tips on acting like she didn't know what we wanted when we clearly told them my mom wanted acrylic French tips. Then I could obviously tell they were talking about my mom and I because they started talking about French tip in Vietnamese or whatever they speak after talking to my mom and I about our nails. The lady who did my nails made my nails uneven sizes, like some fingers were longer than the other and some were not a sharp coffin shape compared to the other finger. As for my mom, you could see streaks of the brush on her nails and the lady left a ton of acrylic underneath my mothers nails that she had to clean herself. Overall this salon was very rude and they lied to us saying the price was this but then changed it to be more expensive after we got the service done. read more

They make it seem like you are going to get your pedicure soon - sit you in a chair and make you stick your feet in water and just make you wait an hour. They do this so you don't leave.. Not impressed.. i Have been to many nail salons.. and this would be the one Iq wouldn't go back to unless I was desperate.. Staff seem nice but the lady that did my nails did my gel nails very poorly and end results the gel paint was all over my skin around my nails.
